Day 41 Negative Test.

Morning everyone,

Trying for a baby for a year. Normal cycle 27-30 days now day 41, negative "not pregnant" result from a clear blue digital pregnancy test this morning.
Ugh...
Test again (could it be too early) or except it's a longer cycle? Longest I've had since I've tracked in 3 years.
Cramps for a week.
I'm 36 years old if that helps lol..

Hopefully something shows up for us soon, I still am waiting for bfp or AF. getting even more discharge today TMI. Its horrible when you have no idea what is wrong with you. I hope at least one of us gets a bfp soon then at least we will know that could be a possibility for us too!

I'm feeling like you @Sunnybeam day 47 17-20 days late.
No AF and still bfn!! Limbo.. hopefully one of us will get a BFP soon.

Glad we've found a place to express our worries and frustrations.

My friend has just told me she's 9 weeks pregnant (they weren't actively trying but stopped contraceptives and ots happened in 2 months). How can I be feeling so happy but so frustrated at the same time?!!
Baby is due on my birthday though which is very cute and exciting

Well AF arrived for me today. I’m relieved to start a new cycle after 42 days (usually only 24)!

I had every symptom apart from sore breasts! Lots of nausea, twinges, frequent trips to the loo, lots of creamy cm! I was sure I was pregnant for a while but I think it was wishful thinking. I believe I ovulated late after a chemical pregnancy last month. I wish I had tracked ovulation better as I missed it as I was too busy looking for my AF or BfP!

@annannanna funny you should say that about ovulating late after a chemical pregnancy. I had a chemical pregnancy last cycle too so maybe there's something in that

Make sure you track ovulation or continue to BD so you don’t miss late ovulation like I did!

Ive just read back your comments about checking your cervix. I checked mine just over a week ago and it seemed really high, I thought that was a good sign I might be pregnant but I think it was actually my ovulation time.
I checked again this week and it did seem a bit lower, ready for AF to come!

Sorry you're out @Annannanna but on the plus side you can start fresh now

I will keep tracking just in case I'm yet to ovulate

@missnessa84 not really, my dr just said to do pelvic floor exercises which 9 times out of 10 I forget to do 😬

@Annannanna sorry to hear af has shown but at least you can concentrate on next month. The waiting and not knowing is so annoying isn't it! I would rather af just show so I can deal with it and move on to the next month.

Hi ladies, can I join too? I read this thread last night and thank god someone else is going through the same!

I am 34 been TTC for 15 months or so. Always between 25-28 days, although AF is irregular it's normally more to do with heavy flow and them lasting 7-9 days.

I am 6 days late and have had 3 BFN's. My mind is going crazy. I have really sore boobs (like I have just before AF) and have been having crazy dreams randomly. No other symptoms. I almost feel like my period is sitting there just waiting to come out, I feel bloated etc.

I don't track CM, BBT or cervix. I did do ovulation sticks and this month they went from low to peak, no high period in between? Anyone had that?

I am so confused and my mind wants to believe that I am pregnant.

It's madness isn't it? My mind is thinking of nothing else. I've been testing for weeks, because we are TTC guess I tested too early regardless.

I'm day 49 now about 21 days late.
Cramps and bladder ache my only symptoms now.
Maybe I've just missed a cycle. AF can't be far off now, but like you always normally regular and have been for years. This is just odd!

I'm getting to the point where I've got to just wait and see, I'm keeping boots in business in pregnancy tests
At least we can all be frustrated and confused on here together.

I have no idea. I don't normally have many dreams and also don't really remember them, but currently every time I wake they are really vivid.

Glad we are all In this together, definitely a comfort!

Is anyone else stressed, in life generally I mean? I have a lot going on at the moment, but have had a lot more stress in life before and it has never affected my periods. So I really don't think it is that!

@missnessa84 little update from me. Onto day 45 now. Boobs started hurting yesterday and started spotting just before bed last night. My sore boobs are different though, not sore in general or feeling heavy but (and i know it sounds weird ) sore if squeezed and if I jump or run on the stairs.
Spotting has carried on today but BFN with FRER. I also had a vivid dream last night!

Last time I had spotting and vivid dreams I got a positive test which ended in my chemical pregnancy so really hoping this is a good sign but that this one sticks

@WhiteLily86 I'm feeling a little stressed about a few things, but like you said it's never effected periods before and I've had much much more stressful situations.

@pizzaandcats I know the heavy boob feeling, hopefully the dreams and spotting are a sign.
Sorry about the BFN I'm finding each one more and more difficult.
Going to wait as long as possible before the next. One test left from the collection

Not a lot to say from me @missnessa84 Now on day 54 but haven't tested again. I know I should really but just can't face another bfn and then worrying about what is going on with such a long cycle. Think for me as I've been tested and had results of low amh, I'm really worried incase it's the start of the menopause although I literally have no other symptoms for that. I know that If af doesn't show soon I'll have to test just to confirm but in a way not knowing means I don't have to face wage reality of what could be happening to my body if that makes sense x
