Day 41 Negative Test.

Morning everyone,

Trying for a baby for a year. Normal cycle 27-30 days now day 41, negative "not pregnant" result from a clear blue digital pregnancy test this morning.
Ugh...
Test again (could it be too early) or except it's a longer cycle? Longest I've had since I've tracked in 3 years.
Cramps for a week.
I'm 36 years old if that helps lol..

I have never had a long cycle like that this, my body is teasing me!

After looking through bbt charts on fertility friend I think I deffo must have ovulated late and my period should come by the weekend. I just want it to get here now so I can start again and hopefully get a Christmas BfP! Still feeling nauseous though!

Let us know how you get in with your UTI results!

@Annannanna nor have I, now on day 51 just seems mad to have gone this long but I have seen on other threads a lot of ladies in the same position

Hi @Sunnybeam dip test came back nothing, sending sample off to lab. Doctor calling me tomorrow once that's back and to discuss other properties.
I've not tested again trying to wait.
Felt sickness today and now constipation.
@Annannanna yep it's mad. I'm day 46.

Yep, im on day 47 😥 ive decided to wait a week now and then test again and if its negative them its time for me to visit the gp, let us know if anything new pops up.

I’ve had the slightest bit of pink spotting today so I think AF is coming. I’m actually relieved to be getting out of limbo & starting again. This time I am going to use opk like crazy so I don’t miss ovulation this time!

The nausea must just be caused by my messed up cycle hormones!

My cycles are usually irregular and this isn't my longest but I usually have 3 or so days of EWCM and then 11 days after that AF arrives. This time I've had sporadic EWCM across two weeks (the last time was 12 days ago). No idea what's going on feeling doubtful that it'll be good news this time but I am missing the usual symptoms of AF coming along too! I usually have sore boobs for a week and nothing...

@pizzaandcats my symptoms have been all over the place, @Sunnybeam @Annannanna too I believe.
Boob soreness is definitely a PMT feeling I get. Nothing this time.

This morning I had a really low, firm and closed cervix and no CM at all for the last few days. This evening its so high I can't actually feel it any more and I've got a little bit of sticky CM.

Anyone else hate TTC? I don't have a particularly high libido at the best of times (worse when I know I HAVE to DTD) and the waiting and looking at negative tests just gets me down

Haven't checked my cervix position, No CM yesterday but today white and sticky.

I enjoy TTC my partner really really really really wants a child, that's lovely but I do feel pressure sometimes. Especially now it's not as easy as when I was younger.

My cervix is very low. I don't think I'm ovulating, but if pregnant shouldn't it be high?

Just read a post a women had a low cervix and was 27 days late before she got a bfp..

I've been reading into it this evening and apparently your cervix can take up to 12 weeks before it goes high and stays high if you are pregnant!

Tests for UTI all clear, not a trace. Doctor not willing to do much else in regards to missed/late AF at this point.
Keep testing, if not bfp then AF will arrive soon enough.
Ugh... not sure how I feel now.

Doctor also considering that my uti symptoms could be from a prolapse (or very early beginnings of)
Arranging a pelvic exam etc..
Could a prolapse mess with regular AF cycles?

@missnessa84 glad results came back clear.
I also have been told I have a partial prolapse but wasn't aware it could have anything to do with cycles. Just so many questions isn't there!

Yes @Cjg14 so many questions.
Doctor didn't suggest prolapse could effect cycles, in fact he kind of dismissed my missed AF all together.

More waiting I guess...

Hi ladies can I join? Now on day CD 35, curses can be irregular but normally it comes early not late, normally 25-30 day cycles!
Had a tiny bit of spotting for 3 days only once a day when wiping and it really was a little pink/brown tinge nothing like a period (sorry if TMI) around day 23 no cramping or anything and none of my normal AF symptoms. Since then I've had mild cramps on and off and shooting pains in my boobs on/off, and sleeping so much!
Been testing most days since spotting with IC and always BFN, nothing like this has ever happened before, so confused! Normally I have really heavy AF with terrible cramps so nothing like the spotting!
Found a couple of promising stories on here/internet about late BFP, but it's so confusing!

Meant *cycles however curses seems more appropriate 😂
