@daisyorange Yh try to stay sane as it will drive you mad lol. You know your normal though so trust your gut and fingers crossed it all works out 🤞🏻🙏🏻 One day at a time xxx

Sallyjo27 · 08/11/2020 11:07

Hi ladies, how are you all?
I’m 1dpo (cd18) today we’ve DTD a few times of the past few days so just hoping we’ve done it enough. AF is due on the 17th, 2 days before my birthday so hoping that we get a BFP. Going to be a long two weeks!

daisyorange · 08/11/2020 12:01

@Pugprincess sorry if I am over sharing but did you experience any other implantation symptoms? I have had a very bad stomach today and I threw up this morning. Could just be food related but bit of a coincidence?

RichmondLady1981 · 08/11/2020 15:27

Hi @Sallyjo27. I’m 4DPO today. I DTD lots but missed ovulation day as we were so worn out. Hope it’s enough too! I’m due af 16/17 November.

RichmondLady1981 · 08/11/2020 15:30

My birthday is today so hoping it could be a late birthday gift for me!

I’ve just also been informed that I have to stay away from work for two weeks as I taught a boy on Friday who has tested positive for Covid!! Luckily I’m not symptomatic so will try and enjoy some relaxation time (between remote teaching!) 😳

RichmondLady1981 · 08/11/2020 15:31

How you doing @HappyVibes? Are you testing again tomo? X x

RichmondLady1981 · 08/11/2020 15:31

@daisyorange this all sounds very promising! Everything crossed for you x

Runnergirl1 · 08/11/2020 15:44

@RichmondLady1981 happy birthday my lovely and fingers crossed for you bfp as a late bday present. That would be nice c

RichmondLady1981 · 08/11/2020 15:49

@Runnergirl1 thank you so much! Hope you’re doing ok x

Pugprincess · 08/11/2020 15:56

@daisyorange oh yes I think I was the queen of symptoms 🙈😅 in my notes I’ve got stabby pains belly like belly button area, around back and in thigh, in my boob a couple of times. Bloating, feeling sick, one faint spell. Sneezing?! Was proper random and an eye twitch which I still get a bit now lol. Started peeing more often, feeling hungrier, heartburn. Wind. Lightening crotch. Twitchy abdominal muscles. Increase in discharge lol. They were all different for me. I’m not one for heartburn usually but again I still get that a lot now. Still get twinges and stabby pains. None of which was ever a pmt thing for me xx

susiebluebell · 08/11/2020 16:39

@Pugprincess That list of symptoms has made me laugh! So weird isn't it. I had an implantation 'stab' and then just fatigue and sore boobs.

@RichmondLady1981 Happy birthday! Is it a birthday blessing or curse that you'll be home for a bit now? 😛

Pugprincess · 08/11/2020 18:26

@susiebluebell I think I got everything going 😅 my fatigue kicked in much later, wow it’s crazy when that hits. I still get pretty bad now. Funnily enough sore boobs wasn’t one of mine either, which I expected as it was the first time, that’s come later too.

Fingers crossed for you all 🤞🏻

HappyVibes · 08/11/2020 19:52

Hey @RichmondLady1981 I’m all good thank you. The tests arrived later today so we’ve decided to wait until the morning so we can use FMU just to prevent us being in the ooh what if situation.

I’ve done lots of reading up on all the possibilities and situations etc so I feel like there is still optimism, but also geared up for it potential being CP too.

We are going to test in the morning & then either way I’m going to ring the GP and ask for bloods - to test my HCG and my progesterone levels. If it is a CP i am going to try & ask for prescribed pessaries to take from ovulation. If it is positive, I’m going to ask if I can have weekly progesterone checks to keep an eye on it. I’m not sure if this is all possible but I feel strongly about it now so I’m going to ask. Either way, I’m also going to ring the gynae dept that I’m under & see if they can bring my appt forward...for similar reasons to the above.

Your remote teaching may be helpful in the TWW to give you a nice home life balance to try reduce cortisol levels, which can in turn support implantation fingers crossed this is all aligning good for you lovely 💫 xxx

RichmondLady1981 · 08/11/2020 20:36

Hi @HappyVibes

Amazing- sounds like you’ve been through every option in detail. Smart lady. But do try to be positive too! I know it’s hard for us ladies with what we have all been through but we must try. I have absolutely everything crossed for you. You are always so positive for others, offering advice and support for everyone in this group... every part of me is hoping this is your turn.

I’m hoping being at home will take away some stress. Fingers crossed for reduced cortisol. First few days will be hectic whilst everyone settles to their new norm. After that it should be better. Thank you 💕

MSG92 · 09/11/2020 08:08

Morning all. CD30 for me today, would normally expect AF today or tomorrow but I'm 11DPO so it's expected in 3 days this month, not feeling great about the whole thing, started as a positive month and thought this was the month but I'm preparing myself for her arrival, not sure how I'm gonna take it this month...i made it to another DPO without testing thought, go me! Haha.

@Furbsies how are you on 11DPO?

Hi @Sallyjo27, yes I feel your pain!! The TWW is awful isn't it!!! It really is the wait that's that problem isn't it, if I knew at the beginning of the TWW AF was coming I'd be lack damn that sucks but whatever there's next month, but just waiting is torture!!!!

Is anyone else in the TWW?

SS123456 · 09/11/2020 08:19

@MSG92 fingers crossed for you! 🤞🏻. I agree that the ttw is torture! I'm currently 3dpo in my first cycle since my mc last month.

My bbt is already really high (36.87) as it never dropped back below the cover line (around 36.4) following the mc last month. Is it possible to somehow retain some of the pregnancy progesterone within your body as my bbt has never been this high before? At 3dpo it wouldn't be due to pregnancy as I'd be yet to even implant

HappyVibes · 09/11/2020 08:20

Good morning lovely ladies,

Just an update from me. I didn’t test this morning as my AF arrived. So it looks like it was another CP for us.

I’m going to chase my gynae appt up ASAP hopefully before my next ovulation as I do strongly believe that I must need progesterone for this to keep happening now. Fingers crossed I get somewhere before next ovulation.

Yay @MSG92 staying strong throughout the TWW is a big achievement! Very hard to do!!!

Sending you all lots of strong healthy baby dust 💫 💓

SS123456 · 09/11/2020 08:40

I'm really sorry @HappyVibes 😔. As rubbish and upsetting as this is though the positive to come out of it will be hopefully pushing for medical intervention sooner. Take it easy today ❤️

Furbsies · 09/11/2020 08:46

@msg92 hey lovely how are you? I'm doing okay. Have no symptoms so completely expecting AF in 3 days. Got my USS delayed to be done on day 2 of my cycle whenever that is so I won't be testing until I'm actually late and have some symptoms..

I started this month off positive and now I'm not so positive either. Another cycle another struggle.

HappyVibes · 09/11/2020 08:58

Thank you @SS123456 that is so very true.

I’m not going to lie, I am heartbroken - I knew this was likely going to be the outcome from the line progression. I just think the hardest thing is how many times it happens and the optimism and faith just slowly dwindles each time & the light of hope just seems to get dimmer each time it happens or each cycle that goes by. This isn’t me at all thinking like this, and that’s the sad part too is how much it changes us as a person. Ahhhh.

I will get on to gynae and GP today for the medical front of things. I have a new book coming this week for positivity & I’m going to get back into my healing crystals and meditation.

💓💫💓💫

HappyVibes · 09/11/2020 09:00

Aww @Furbsies have you any reason not to be positive about it lovely? Have you seen any signs of AF arriving? If not, you’re so truly still in for hope lovely. You were so so positive at the beginning of this cycle 💫 xxx

MSG92 · 09/11/2020 09:27

@Furbsies same here. If AF arrives I'm thinking takeaway and a bottle of wine and a hot bath with my alexa banging out some tunes, let it all out pick myself up and move on. Think it'll be hard seeing as we started out so positive.

@HappyVibes I'm so sorry this is happening again, get on to those medical professionals and get some answers, if there are any. On a positive note, you can conceive and that's half the battle.

Bellabubble · 09/11/2020 09:46

@HappyVibes I’m sorry to hear this - my heart goes out to you! I hope you can get some answers quickly - it can help when you feel like you are heading in a direction to get answers/be proactive about things!

@RichmondLady1981 Happy Birthday! Sorry to hear about the covid scare - fingers crossed you’ll be ok! I’m currently on my full day PPA (to minimise supply in bubbles) but it is good for keeping busy!

I’m currently in a wait and see situation, I’m hoping my body starts the process naturally - but if not - does anyone have experience of medical/d+c? I read about medical management and really freaked myself out as people said it was really painful and they bled loads!

HappyVibes · 09/11/2020 09:54

@Bellabubble lovely I really hope you’re okay this must be so emotional for you. I had medical and very glad I did as this was at home in my own comforts etc. I would opt for medical again. It wasn’t painful for me but I did develop a haemorrhage so then needed a D&C too. The D&C wasn’t pleasant - it didn’t hurt, just emotionally it wasn’t pleasant. Especially with covid being alone etc.

Sending you so so much love I truly truly feel for you lovely lady 💫 💓

RichmondLady1981 · 09/11/2020 10:08

@MSG92 I’m in my TWW too. I’m just 5DPO at the moment. Well done for holding off testing!

@HappyVibes I am so heartbroken for you. I agree with others that it’s acting as a good diagnostic for the future. Did you have your luteal phase bloods done to check progesterone? Just think though, you are ovulating, your eggs are good, your partners sperm is doing it’s job etc. Your gyno will be able to put a plan of action into place. Again in no sorry you are going through all of this.

@Bellabubble thank you. good that you’ve got some time today. I have heard mixed reviews of medical management. Some said it did the job but others said it only completed half the job and then ended up having to go and have surgical in the end.
