Yeah @susiebluebell I think it is a common thing lovely. It is important is the CM flow for conception as it helps the flow of the sperm basically. This is where GF juice is also recommended too. I think I’ll try the primrose and preseed next cycle (if needed).

Thanks @Furbsies hopefully you are right. It’s so very hard to balance everything of being optimistic/realistic. Kinda just need the definitive answer one way or another eeek. My mind runs havoc until then questioning each little thing. Eeh cxxx

@HappyVibes I'd say just keep your spirits up. Hope or not. Its too much stress for our bodies. Trying all of this

Absolutely no update from me here, I am on CD50 after an anovulatory cycle. This is the longest cycle I've had aside from the one post-MC. I'm on metformin now from my GP which is good, so just waiting (im)patiently. Xxx

@VP91x Morning all,

I got my BFP 2 days ago, had my MC 2nd august, I was around 5 weeks.

Here is a little background - I have a just turned one year old who is amazing; no previous miscarriage history. She was born October 2019. July 2020 I fell pregnant and I took my pregnancy test clear blue week detector 3 days after AF was due, it said 1-2 weeks, I then confirmed with a FRER the line was there but not in your face dark!

Bringing us to here and my little glimmer of hope - I took a First response normal test NOT the early detector, I took that 2 days before AF was due the positive line was instant, I mean I didn't even look away and there it was it was sooo fast and dark, and then I done a clear blue week detector which said 2-3 weeks - so I believe I am 4 weeks +1 today. I am really hoping that looking back at my test in July that this one is looking good. I don't think I can say I have any symptoms apart from feeling like I have lots of air in my belly, with my DD I was sick from 6 weeks up until 25 weeks so god knows why but I'm praying for that!

@VP91x amazing to hear from you!! So so glad you’ve now been prescribed metformin - that’s a big leap forward & such good news for you. It’s meant to be quite hard to get metformin prescribed for pcos in the UK, but the success stories I’ve heard are amazing! Very happy for you. Oh goodness I hope so much that AF arrives soon for you lovely. If not in a week or so, maybe ask your GP to prescribe something to stimulate AF?

Not much from me, I’m 12DPO. Tested the other day & BFN, and then yesterday the ever so slightest tinge of pink in my CM ask I think AF is on her way. I’m all good about it though 💫

Ooh yay to the strong line - that’ll be because of you being further on than last time so your HCG will be much higher. That is so reassuring to know that you’ve got nice strong HCG levels 💫

Oh my goodness so you’re showing as 2-3 weeks at a couple of days before AF - how many DPO was that?

Yeah!! So I was due AF yesterday, I use the Flo app and have done for ages, it's always very good. I tested on Sunday and honestly it was soo fast. Makes me wonder with the MC if for me personally the signs were there as like I said I was 3 days late for AF and the response lines wasn't like this time? I am thinking it's all good signs anyway - although I have heard the line colour and response times do not mean anything xx

Congratulations on those discovering BFP! So exciting.

I’m feeling a bit deflated! Was ovulation day yesterday and we’d been DTD so much on the build up that my poor DH just had nothing left! We tried but it was just too soul destroying! I ovulated yesterday (Wed) according to app and BBT and had sex on Friday, Sun, Mon and Tuesday. Tuesday sex was at 8pm so hoping those little swimmers would still be hanging around for egg release Yesterday.

Any of the ladies who recently got their BFP dtd the day before ovulation (and not ovulation day) and still get a BFP? Hope I’m still in with a good chance. 😭

Another quick question... do any of you get ovulation cramps?? Tuesday night (after sex and the evening before ovulation day) I was getting bloats crampy feelings on left side. Not necessarily painful but quite uncomfortable. Had gone the next morning. Perhaps the follicle enlarging? It’s all a bit of a guessing game isn’t it.

Anyways, I’m 1DPO- anyone close to my timings for TWW? 😊.

@RichmondLady1981 thank you lovely! Also, do not worry about not catching ovulation day honestly the most important are the five days pre ovulation day apparently! I had a stats thing somewhere I'll try and find it. So you are completely covered and in with a brilliant chance ❤️

@HappyVibes thank you hun! Yeah it was a journey to get it my GP initially referred me to gynae but then he was a massive dickwad and then the GPs done a peer review and overturned his decision to not give me the metformin and prescribed it! It has its side effects but I'm hoping it will help in some way.

I'm sorry it isn't a positive this month and AF is possibly on its way. But you've absolutely got this for the next cycle 🥰🥰 ovulation is the hard bit so you've got that down and then you're in with a brilliant chance each month. It's just a matter of time ❤️

@RichmondLady1981 it sounds like you are more than covered lovely. Blooming heck you two have been very busy at this DTD malarkey - you sound like us two with the every day approach. I wouldn’t worry re no ovulation day - I’ve heard of loads of woman on here who got their BFP without DTD on actual ovulation date. 💫

Ah yes I get ovulation cramps. In a very weird way I quite like it as a thought that I’m definitely ovulating.

I’m hanging on in there with the hope. I might get up now and test but I dunno if I can hack the thought of a potential BFN. Ordinarily I’d be jumping up and testing but you know when you just feel like it’s BFN. Ha. I’m not being a negative Nancy, i just feel like I know.

I don’t know if it’s just me, or is there a very faint line? I genuinely don’t know. I’ve been a crazy women in the past and dismantled tests etc so I don’t trust my own judgement with these now haha. 💓

@RichmondLady1981 we only DTD once in my
Fertile window (2 days before ovulation) and I got pregnant. It was the same the time I ended up with MC(maybe we did it twice but not on ideal days) I'm now 7weeks and feeling bloody awful (taking it as a good sign!). So don't feel deflated about not DTD enough - you definitely have!

@HappyVibes I can see a line test again tomorrow to see! Actually, with FRER, mine was stronger in the afternoon! Xxxx
