Hey ladies, Happy Sunday Smile

Keeping my fingers crossed for anyone testing soon.

I'm in the 2ww (CD18) and symptom spotting more than usual. My boobs feel heavier and tender as though AF is on her way although I only usually get this a couple of days before and she's not due until around CD28 - CD30. Also checking my RHR on Fitbit and that's the highest it's been in a while. Gradually increased by 1 beat the last 2 days.

Really trying not to get my hopes up but it's so hard. Looking at testing 7th/8th November when I'm officially late xxx

re6ecca · 25/10/2020 12:07

Thankyou @HappyVibes and @Pugprincess and sticky baby dust to you happy vibes!!!

chloedancer897 · 25/10/2020 12:33

Anyone who is on clomid, did your GP prescribe it? I'm getting my progesterone bloods done today so dependant on that, I'm going to push for clomid, try it for 3 cycles then call it a day

Runnergirl1 · 25/10/2020 12:51

Ladies not going to lie I’m struggling today. 9dpo and have a killer headache. This tww has been hell. I’m currently 9days into self isolation as 8 out of 10 colleagues have the dreaded Covid. I think I’ve been very very lucky but the isolation hasn’t helped this tww. I so want to be pregnant after my mmc in July and each month that goes by I get more and more disappointed. Just want it to be our turn again. Sorry for the moan but needed to let it out x

HappyVibes · 25/10/2020 13:21

Hey @chloedancer897 I’ve taken it this cycle for the first time. I’ve not had it prescribed but I’ve had all my tests done and waiting now for my consultant appt where I’ll ask for it to be prescribed. But cos it was so far away until that appt I couldn’t wait so bought some myself. I just did research into everything re how to take it etc etc. 💓💓💓

2alreadywantanother · 25/10/2020 13:58

Jeep us posted @re6ecca. Finders crossed for u

Chickoletta · 25/10/2020 14:22

Hi all,
I hope some of you might remember me. I left here in July after a CP (having already had a MMC at 12 weeks in April) saying we were giving up and going to count our blessings.

Well... I threw out all of our ‘kit’ (OPKs, Preseed etc) and looked into a vasectomy for DH ASAP.

This month we got a bit carried away and I’ve just done a FRER on CD25 and got a BFP! Telling myself not to get excited and that it will probably come to nothing but delighted nonetheless.

Lovely to see some familiar names on the BFP list. Hope you’re all doing ok.

Runnergirl1 · 25/10/2020 14:32

@Chickoletta amazing news. 🤞🏻 For a happy and healthy 9months x

MSG92 · 25/10/2020 14:40

@chickoletta congratulations!!!!!! So happy for you.

I'm supposed to ovulate in a couple daya but my ovulation tests aren't showing any signs Confused not had this before, normally levels start to increase a few days before but I can barely see a line

HappyVibes · 25/10/2020 15:51

That’s amazing @Chickoletta how lovely. Congratulations.

@MSG92 how many cycles post mc are you? What cd are you at the moment? And what cd do you usually ovulate? OPKs aren’t really indicative of much until the day before peak, so I wouldn’t worry too much Xxxx

MSG92 · 25/10/2020 16:08

Hi @happyvibes I'm CD15, my CP was July so I've had a few cycles since that have been fine. Ovulation is in 2 days, over the last couple months I've started to see an increase around cd14/CD15, I'm just worried as I've scheduled DTD around ovulation in 2 days...

HappyVibes · 25/10/2020 16:50

@MSG92 you’ve scheduled DTD in? That’s very organised 🤣Impressive organisation skills. Are you still able to DTD outside of your current schedule? Xx

re6ecca · 25/10/2020 16:55

I will kep you updated @2alreadywantanother

MSG92 · 25/10/2020 17:06

@happyvibes well, I mean scheduled to achieve maximum chance of conceiving haha!! Grin so every 2 days until tomorrow when it's every day for 3 days then back to every other day. We don't normally schedule lol, but when you're TTC it has to be done right?!

HappyVibes · 25/10/2020 17:11

Ah I see @MSG92 ha I was like wahhhh at first ha. Oh so like the SMEP approach? We don’t DTD every two days after we’ve ovulated, we just go back to relaxed and chilled. Lots of pressure during the FW for it to be done right like you said xx

VP91x · 25/10/2020 18:13

Hi all, just popping in to say hi 💕💕

I'm on CD40 on this weird annoying cycle, just waiting for AF.

@Chickoletta so happy for you! That must have been a surprise. Keep us updated on how everything progesses. Wishing you a happy healthy pregnancy 💕💕

@Re6ecca fingers crossed🤞 definitely get testing! X

@HappyVibes so pleased for you that you got your peak and a super strong one!! 🤞🤞🤞 X

Thankyou @VP91x I will do in the next couple days!

Furbsies · 25/10/2020 20:19

@HappyVibes and @pinkfizz19 TWW buddies

I think I ovulated yday, had tiny cramps, ewcm and my LH wasn't high enough but the highest its been. In a while. So hoping that was it seeing as my opks are now very very light again.

Will keep opking to see if the smiley ever goes static.. Do have a flashing one since a few days now

DMT1982 · 25/10/2020 20:40

Hey ladies. I’m new on this thread so hope you don’t mind me jumping on. I had a chemical pregnancy a few weeks ago and no real period yet so just carrying on TTC so see what happens xx

chloedancer897 · 25/10/2020 21:30

@Runnergirl1 I'm self isolating too and it's awful isn't it? I really miss the freedom of being able to go out, grab a coffee, go for a walk. It's not great for your mental health! Headache is a symptom so just be careful xx

@HappyVibes where did you get it? I didn't know you could just buy it! Still waiting for my blood results. I'll know better the. If I should take it.

@Chickoletta oh my word! What amazing news!!! Congratulations!xx

HappyVibes · 25/10/2020 21:39

Ah yeah @Runnergirl1 headache is a symptom of it, so deffo be careful. I’ve had to do my second round of isolating, it’s mind numbing isn’t it? Mainly the inconvenience of it that’s annoying.
@chloedancer897 I got it through my friend lovely. I am pretty confident i ovulated this cycle with it after my OPK chart & I had twinges too. Fingers crossed.

Thanks @VP91x I thought the same too re it being a strong dark one. I felt my twinges before I took the test, so I’m a bit confused by that, but hey ho. We DTD the day of the peak & the day after too.

I really hope you get AF soon so you can start a fresh cycle 💓💓💓

SS123456 · 26/10/2020 07:41

Has anyone else charted their bbt before and after miscarriage? I stopped bleeding on Wednesday and a week on from when the mc happened my bbt is still at 'pregnancy' levels? A hcg test is completely negative though and I am getting flashing smilies on clear blue opks. Is my body just a bit all over the shop?!

Jazper · 26/10/2020 08:28

Hi all x

@Katy34 I'm so sorry to read that af arrived. It's always such a disappointment. Also always new hope for next cycle though 🤞🏼

@Chickoletta I've wondered from time to time how you've been getting on. I'm so pleased to read your news. What an amazing surprise. Hoping for a sticky one for you.

News for me is, I've had brown spotting for a couple of days so I pulled my early scan back to yesterday. I should have been 7 weeks by LMP but more 6wk 5d by ovulation pains (it was the one cycle I didn't test for ov!!)
Everything was present and correct and in the right place but was measuring 5wk 6d 😕 the sonographer said she saw nothing at all to believe a mc was pending. She (and I) saw a flicker of what she thought was the hb but she couldn't see it clear enough to be convinced enough to say that's what it definitely was. She's booked me in for a rescan in almost two weeks... if I get that far 😞 I can't help but be terrified.

@VP91x @MichT4 @Pugprincess @MrsK21

VP91x · 26/10/2020 08:47

@Jazper hey lovely 💕

It's going to be super hard, but please stay positive. So many women have spotting or bleeds in early pregnancy and everything is completely fine. So reassuring that you potentially saw a heart beat. Also, your ovulation pains could have been indicative of ovulation coming up, instead of happening there and then so you can't be certain that your dating is correct also! So baby measuring only slightly smaller wouldn't be so drastic if that makes sense?

Also baby is so tiny, and ultrasound isn't always super exact so these things all cause variations. I can't remember who it was on here maybe @Pugprincess or @Lollol86 who had baby measuring slightly 'behind' and then they leaped forward in a repeat scan.

Sending you lots of love. My inbox is always open if you need anything 💕💕💕 x

MSG92 · 26/10/2020 09:04

@SS123456 sorry I've never charted BBT, if I don't conceive this month I will start though as I'm getting fed up after so many months of trying to be positive.

@Jazper fingers crossed for you, they wouldn't normally be positive if they had significant concerns right, for them it would be best to er on the side of caution so the fact she seemed positive should be seen as good news... I really hope this works for you, some of us have to have some luck right?!

I don't know why but I'm struggling today, maybe it's because it's Monday so back to the beginning of a work week, have to drive 2.5hrs to my inlaws after work today to decorate a cake for someone's birthday as the mother inlaw is in hospital, very unwell, so she can't do it. Then use leave tomorrow to drive back in the morning and back to work for the afternoon!! Oh and we need to DTD before I leave today lol. Never easy is it!! Anyone else feeling a bit glum?! I'm on CD16 so supposed to be OV day tomorrow...fingers crossed
