@russkispy I'm good, thanks for asking. Currently 6 weeks pregnant today after our last FET, but really stressed out about it because I'm getting small intermittent bleeds. Viability scan is on Tuesday so we'll see what's going on then I guess.
The twins are now 18 months old believe it or not 😳

Hopefully123 · 16/11/2020 18:59

@Russkispy...a huge congratulations to you...I'm soo happy for you...enjoy this precious time with your new baby and family 💙💙💙💙💙

Anxiousbuthopeful · 16/11/2020 22:29

@Russkispy congratulations!! How wonderful to hear. I have also been lurking on this thread, was on a previous version. I have been trying IVF, on my third cycle now with one miscarriage and one chemical pregnancy behind me. Egg collection towards the end of this week, hopefully, although have low AMH so don’t produce many...

Anxiousbuthopeful · 16/11/2020 23:25

And have just caught up with some of the thread. @Chickoletta! How wonderful! I was on the thread when you miscarried in April and I’d wondered how you were doing.

SamoyedFan123 · 17/11/2020 13:52

I've had my viability scan this morning and seen a prefect little 6 week 3 day baby with a perfect little heartbeat, so feeling very relieved. Also there's a little haematoma which is what's causing the bleeding.

Sunbird24 · 17/11/2020 14:11

Brilliant news @SamoyedFan123, what a relief that must be!

Catconfusion · 17/11/2020 14:48

Yay @SamoyedFan123 so pleased for you. Those 12 weeks are so nerve wracking. You’re doing so well to deal with the bleeding. Fingers crossed it’s plain sailing now! Xx

Sunbird24 · 18/11/2020 14:44

I’m out, 8 wk scan wasn’t good. Best of luck to everyone else.

Russkispy · 18/11/2020 16:36

Thank you everyone!

@Sunbird24 so sorry to hear it! Sending you big hugs 😔

Catconfusion · 18/11/2020 21:09

I’m so sorry @Sunbird24 Sending love to you and your family. Take care of yourself best you can. Fingers crossed next time works out for you! Xx

So sorry to hear @Sunbird24 - I've been there and it's tough very tough. Take care of yourself

MaryShelley1818 · 28/11/2020 20:32

Hi everyone, hope you're all staying safe and coping during lockdown.

Just a little update, I'm now 29+2. I had my first growth scan on Tuesday and by a stroke of luck the hospital changed their policy the day before at 5pm so DH could finally come and see his little girl.
She's breech but looking very wriggly, healthy and on the 65th centile for estimated weight.
Only just over 7wks left now until I'm induced.

FutureMum · 30/11/2020 21:25

Hello ladies. Still here, still trying, at the ripe old age of 43. Here’s hoping... sending hugs to all.

yesitcould · 03/12/2020 13:37

Me too ( have name changed but was on previous threads) 2 ectopics to date hoping for one last try and a positive mental attitude

SamoyedFan123 · 03/12/2020 13:56

I seem to have fallen off this thread again - not getting many notifications for some reason.

I'm so sorry @sunbird24 - i hope you're doing OK now xxx

Congrats @MaryShelley1818 - you must be very excited now 😊

AFM I'm 8+5 today and had a scan this morning - all looking good so far, and the haematoma I had that was causing the bleeding earlier seems to have cleared up now so just trying not to stress too much 🤞

Anxiousbuthopeful · 03/12/2020 13:57

Me too! Just got results back from a hysteroscopy and apparently I have chronic Endometritis. Am hoping that may have something to do with the miscarriages...

I think I still feel a bit detached from it all which is weird! Not sure if it's just because I can't believe it's real, or whether it's due to being pregnant through Covid - no one has really seen me so it's like it hasn't really happened! Lol. Hopefully when baby arrives things will be a bit more positive.
It's my DS's 3rd Birthday tomorrow, we're mid-renovation so living on a building site, I'm still working, I'm still at Uni with an assignment due 17/12 and then we've got Christmas.
In the New Year the work should be finished then we need to decorate/carpet etc and I need to get a car as my lease car returned last month. So will definitely be kept busy until baby day! I've also became convinced they've got the sex wrong and it's another boy (despite a private gender scan, the 20wk Anatomy Scan and the 28wk growth scan all saying girl!) You hear about people getting it wrong and although we'd be just as happy with either I feel like it's another thing making me feel a bit detached. The mind and anxiety do very strange things! Not sleeping either and on 11 pills and 6 injections daily for various things.....

So pleased your scan went well, that's so lovely. When is your 12wk scan? Xx

SamoyedFan123 · 06/12/2020 09:37

@MaryShelley1818 - sounds like you're keeping very busy - these last few weeks will fly pay and very soon it will all be feeling very real i'm sure 😂 I know what you mean about the lack of seeing people - midwife booking in appointment over the phone last week was very weird. Waiting on a date for my 12 week scan but I'll be 12 weeks on December 27th so I'm guessing I won't get scanned until after the new year.

Sunbird24 · 06/12/2020 09:49

I did a pregnancy test last night and there’s still a very faint line, but it’s only been 8 days. Will do another on Friday at the 2 week mark and hopefully it will be negative. The clinic want to do a natural FET in January, so I’ll need to stock up on OPKs, any advice on that front?

Chatbash72 · 16/12/2020 19:02

Hello ladies,
It's gone very quiet.. but I guess we are juggling everyday life coming up to Christmas.. turned 48 last week and some massive peri anxiety decided to turn up.. what fun that is..!!!
Had a scan 2 weeks ago to check out what is going on in the womb, all looks good. Lining, overies etc got a blood test week after Christmas to see what the hormones are doing so I'm hoping that will help on the old ttc journey.
Hope you are all well... lots of baby dust to you all

Hi ladies ttc baby no 3. 41 next month. Had 2 cp since March and 3 months of no success since x

SamoyedFan123 · 17/12/2020 12:07

@chatbash72 good to hear from you, how's you're keeping safe and well. Good luck for those blood tests xxx

@sunbird24 my FET was medicated so I don't know about using OPKs for that. I have used them for taking natural cycles though and found the OneStep ones you can get from Amazon are OK. Clearblue digital are the best though if you don't mind the cost of them. Good luck for that next try xxx

Welcome @Idreamof2more

AFM I'm 10+5 today and just had a private scan as my NHS dating scan isn't until January but we wanted to tell the family at Christmas. Got to see a cute little baby shaped blob bouncing around all over the place so it's starting to feel a bit more real now 😊

Sunbird24 · 17/12/2020 14:37

@SamoyedFan123 that’s fab, so happy for you!

Dipsy77 · 21/12/2020 06:18

Hi all,

Just wanted to pop on with an update. Think the last time I was on here was June.

After my MMC in February I got pregnant in June and I am now 28 weeks with twin girls.
I'm 43 and didn't think it would happen but it did.
I used everything doing and had been doing SMEP but the month I got pregnant we dtd once due to my OH having a bad back and I used the fertility cup but that's it so it just shows

It can only take the once.

Sending you all lots of baby dust xx
