BFN 12dpo , not even a hint of a line feel so distraught anyone else had the same this month?

Hi @Bumblebei I tested today at 12dpo and get bfn and also came on! Was more shocked at that then the bfn as my LP has shortened by 2 days...was always 14 days so that was weird! How are you doing?

Hope everyone else is ok? Any testers soon?

@notyetamumbuttrying oh no I was going to post but didn’t know whether to ask. I’m gutted for you! I can tell you want this so much! I’m a novice when it comes to all the different parts in the cycle and so sorry can’t be more help. How do you feel?

Thanks @Bumblebei! Feel ok now apart from awful period pain! I really thought this would be it this time so it was pretty crushing but I'm ok now. How are you?

@notyetamumbuttrying it’s the worst feeling and I can’t even imagine how you feel as been trying for a while longer than me. With my first, I came off depo in the August and didn’t fall pregnant until the following May, 9 months later. This is why we are so shocked and worried as we had prepared for many months of trying and cannot believe it’s happened so soon. Our bodies are such strange things and I really hope next month is your month. I feel excited but very scared and taking each day as it comes I’m nervous that AF will show on Sunday so really want that first hurdle out the way. OH is the same he said he can’t believe it at the minute until I’ve had at least two months without AF. Sorry I sound really negative but we don’t usually get lucky and we so want this to be real

Hi ladies, has anyone had a hyfosy before and could offer me some advice? We've just been referred for one after TTC for well over a year..
Having the shittest of days today, proper ugly crying after my best friend told me she was pregnant last night, I'm obviously over the moon for her so why do I feel so sad? I'm not jealous and love her to bits.. Feel horrendous like I want to just curl up forever. Sorry for the super negative post.. Just really loosing the hope to carry on at the moment.

@Teadrinker30 sorry to hear how you're feeling! I've not heard of that no, what is it?
You'll feel ok once her news sinks in. I was with my mates. I guess you've had all your blood tests, semen analysis and tubes checked now?

Hi @notyetamumbuttrying. Thanks so much for your kind words. How is your journey going so far? I'm feeling a little more positive today, I think its because I've not really dealt with the emotional hurdles that come with TTC.. Its nothing to do with my friend at all, more that I just had a realisation about our own journey. I've not had tubes checked yet and actually have a internal scan booked for today. We will see where it goes, a Hyfosy is where they check for tubal patency (tube flushing) so that could be next Xx

@Teadrinker30 but crap lol! Cd6 so at least I'm off now and ready for FW. Good luck with the scan, keep us posted! That tube flushing sounds ideal! I've heard it makes you more fertile so would be great to get that done if it comes up!

@Teadrinker30 how was the scan on Friday? Have you got long to wait for the results?

Hi ladies! @notyetamumbuttrying it went OK I suppose.. They said I had a cyst on each ovary though? However the lady doing the scan did say that this was pretty normal and shouldn't necessarily effect our chances of conceiving. I get the full results of scan and bloods on the 21st so not too long to wait. You were right re my bf, once the news sunk in I've been fine ; the upset I felt was never about her anyway and I've even made some bunting for her and hubby 😊. How are you doing? Xxx

@notamumyetbuttrying. Aw no prob! The weeks are flying by at the minute 😂😂 I don't know what day it is. So AMH (egg count) test came back and said I have a normal to low egg reserve for my age. Not going to lie the word "low" proper panicked me.. All abit overwhelming. But he said it shouldn't have any effect on natural conception etc. Next step is tube check.. I'm exactly like you, testing tomorrow as its my friends big 30th and it's going to look super odd if I don't drink. Got all my fingers and toes crossed for you lovely. I'm not expecting a positive tbh... Lots of cramps but no AF yet and due to start any day! I think we deserve a drink tbh 😂😂 only way we can cope! I've had a wobbly week emotion wise, how are you feeling? Xx

@Teadrinker30 for a change eh lol! That's good AMH was fine even tho low. The word normal is in there too so that's good!
Good luck for tomorrow! I'm not expecting much either as I have pms. I'm not due on until Tuesday so I'm doing it quite early but I do have a FRER to use so at least it'll be conclusive. Hope you have fun at the party! I'm ok thanks, pms so have had mood swings today and yesterday but I'm ok overall thanks.

Sorry to hear it was bfn, think mine was too although I thought I saw the faintest of faint line but think I'm just seeing what I want to see!

@notamumyetbuttrying ah OK! Thats what I used. I thought I saw the same.. I literally said the same to my other half. Big hugs.. Its rubbish isn't it?!

@Teadrinker30 hey! I've been having a break from MN as I'm in Portugal on hol at mo. Last day today tho so thought I'd come on. It was our first wedding anniversary on Monday so it's been nice celebrating that whilst away. Cd9 so just waiting to ov. Been dtd every day for 4 days now so be interesting to see if we can carry on when we get home. I'll doubt we'll feel as in the mood when home and in the rain lol! How's things with you?

@Teadrinker30 hello! I'm 12dpo today so thought I'd come on again and give you the latest. We had the result of Dh's SA last month and it isn't good news, but explains why we've not conceived! He has low count, motility and morphology so has been referred to a urologist and also to a clinic. I've got my scan tomorrow so will get those results next week. How's things with you?

@notamumyetbuttrying hi there!! So sorry I've also just seen your last message. Ahh it's so difficult with tests and awaiting outcomes but at least you can pin point it to some degree now and get some support. I'm OK actually, can't say ive given up yet but I cried so much last month after I had a late period (I was convinced then got a big N) I don't think I've got anything left so I've gone into "I'm not bothered anyway" mode.. I'm actually starting some acupuncture this evening just to help with my overall balance so we shall see what happens! Sending support your way! Let me know what happens with the test, fingers crossed for you xxx
