hi sensao, pls tell me, where is northern Va?

have a good weekend everyone

Heron23 · 30/05/2008 20:45

i was so tired today, slept this morning till 12.40pm (only got up cos i had to pick up DS from nursery!) and then fell asleep when he was having his dinner. as a result, we were way behind our going to bed routine, 30 mins behind schedule!

i told myself that it is not a big deal, as he is 4yrs old and i need to take it easy, sleep when i need to !

Juicylucytoo · 31/05/2008 09:01

Still no AF

...and am getting DS's cold. Pants.

Juicylucytoo · 31/05/2008 09:03

Have just googled it Heron. Northern Virginia. Which means Sensao is stateside and 5 hours behind us (I think?)

jassara · 31/05/2008 09:20

Morning Ladies

How frustrating Juicy! How late are you?

I wondered where northern Va was

I wouldn't worry too much Heron about being out of your lo routine.....when it's school hols my
oldest goes to bed later than usual and my youngest stays up longer too. I have had the mother of all headaches for 3 days and i've had to nap in the day!

Heron23 · 31/05/2008 09:39

Morning all

how's it going juicy?

it is a lovely day today - DS and I are going out shopping.

have a good day everyone

Juicylucytoo · 31/05/2008 12:38

Day 32

Have already done the shops and hung out washing. Now waiting for rain to start.

Got a Barbeque to go to at 5, so if it hasn't rained before then, it'll probably start then!

Running Race for Life tomorrow, so just hope it stays dry tomorrow.

Heron23 · 31/05/2008 17:30

hi juicy, have a good bbq and hope it does not rain

Juicylucytoo · 31/05/2008 21:45

It didn't rain, but AF arrived

Well at least this means that DH will be home when I next OV. Well, that's assuming that I OV atall...

Have a lovely Sunday Girls x

gem2mum · 31/05/2008 22:02

Hi all,

Heron, being tired is such a positive sign of strong hormones so sleep as much as you can and enjoy it Sorry about AF Juicy. I haven't been on mumsent for a few days so I was catching up on all your news and really thought I might get to the end and see a BFP for you.
Welcome Sensao from Northern Virginia. I think you will find quite a few of us here have experienced mc so we know how hard it is but its true that it does get easier.

Well, Good luck to all you ladies, I am off to France for a couple of weeks and AF is due just before I come back. In spite of all my good intentions, I have still packed some PG tests - just incase!

Will catch up with all your news when I return.

gem2mum · 31/05/2008 22:04

P.S. How is Rowingboat? and Xserial hows things with you?

Heron23 · 01/06/2008 11:09

hi gem, have a fab hols in france and fingers crossed for you !

i would have done the same - packing some preg test sticks

roquefortlover · 01/06/2008 11:46

Hey everyone! Am workign/studying today so can't stay long and apologies for not having read everyone's news but.. I have got a BFP!! Am amazed really as didn't get a peak on the CBFM this month and also thought dh was away over the crucial time. Not getting excited yet though as had a cp in Feb - but feeling sicky already which must be good. Like a hangover that never quite goes...Will try to pop back in later xxx for now, RL (no more roquefort for me for a while!)

jassara · 01/06/2008 11:56

CONGRATULATIONS Roquefortlover!!!!!another BFP Wow!!

Sorry about Af Juicy!!Good Luck for this month!!

Have a lovely Holiday in France Gem!!

Juicylucytoo · 01/06/2008 17:16

Congratulations RL

Here's hoping it's a sticky one.

Have a fab holiday Gem.

Heron23 · 02/06/2008 17:57

hello everyone!
hi roque, jassara, how are you all doing?

jassara · 02/06/2008 18:50

Hi Heron been feeling sick for the past few days which I'm glad about, as in my last pregnancy (MC) I had no symptoms and felt really well.
How are you? have you decided to go for your 6 week scan or leave it a couple more weeks?
I've got my first MW appointment on weds, so might ask her if I could perhaps have an earlier scan than 12 weeks on the NHS. Will book a nuchal fold scan for 12 weeks

rowingboat · 02/06/2008 23:21

Hi everyone, sorry I've been a bit not thinking about ttc recently (trying my best to sound like Charlie and Lola there).
Congratulations Heron and Roquefort! That's great news!
AF came along for me a couple of weeks ago and now I am on cd15. I used OPKs this month and had a surge on cd12 then faint lines 13 and 14 - bit odd. Has anyone else ever had that?
I thought I was a day 14 girl, but perhaps not.
We did manage to bd on days 10, 11, 12 and 13, but yesterday I was at work all day and by the time I got home I was too hungry, tired to be bothered. We did have a go, but gave up halfway though because DS was jumping up and down on the bed.
So it's the 2WW again.
I have been reading about blocked tubes and it seems that it is possible to have a dominant ovary, so now I am thinking that perhaps I have a dominant ovary and it's on the other side from my unblocked tube. That would be bloomin' typical wouldn't it!!
I got a book on massage today, so have a go at unblocking the blocked ovary - apparently it is possible.
Have a good holiday Gem!!

ohjoy · 03/06/2008 08:12

hi jassara, i am fine. have decided to go for the 6 week scan this friday. will post what the sonographer sees

how many weeks are you now?

i am actually waiting for nausea to strike!
it is reassuring isnt it?

jassara · 03/06/2008 11:27

Hi heron, I'll be 8 weeks Thurs, think I'm exactly 2 weeks in front of you....it seems to be dragging because I wanna get to the 12 week stage.
We must be mad wanting to feel sick
Hope it all goes well Friday! will be thinking of you

Hi Rowing, good luck on your 2ww

minmooch · 03/06/2008 12:41

Hi everyone.

Got back from holiday on Sunday - AF was late (although early mc last month so not too sure of dates). Am whispering the next bit incase I jinx it - Did a test yesterday and got a BFP! Told my DH but not told another soul. Will this be 4th time lucky for us?

I needed to share my news to make it real. Lost last one at 5 weeks so trying to keep very calm.

Fingers crossed for everyone.

xx

ohjoy · 03/06/2008 12:46

Hi Min! CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!
let it be a sticky bean!!!

jassara · 03/06/2008 13:30

CONGRATULATIONS Minmooch, good luck for a sticky bean!!

ohjoy · 03/06/2008 13:37

hi jassara, i am feeling more calm now...

rowingboat · 03/06/2008 14:13

Fingers crossed for you Min!
I think a lot of people are disproving the supposed drop in fertility at forty - good!
X-serial are you still there? Could you update the stats again pleease so we can see who is still waiting for their bfp??
