Hi girls! I know we wanted to start a thread for the ones who didn't get their BFP this month.

Anyone else welcome to join us on our conception journey and looking to test around 2nd week in December.

Cycle #2
AF due around 9th September

This is my 1st month using OPKs - anyone got any advice on when to start testing?

FYI all I'm feeling so shit at the prospect of a BFN this month I'm looking into getting another dog instead 🤷🏼‍♀️ it's either a baby or 6 sausage dogs

@Beau2019 looooool I keep whining to my partner that if a baby doesn't come I'm getting a kitten! I'm also feeling down at the prospect of a bfn once again 😒

Just read that checking your cervix for indications of pregnancy is pointless until at least 12DPO 😂 no more fingering ladies!!

Does everyone else get dull aches in ovary after ovulation? I get it religiously

@Ellsbells112 I’m 7DPO today hun x what about you? I keep feeling cold. I’m off work today so seating at home, heating is on, I’m wrapped in a blanket on the sofa and considering putting a jumper on! Boob pain is building up slowly, but that’s quite normal at this stage for me. Also, I feel an increased sex drive, almost like during FW but not as badly (All I can think of is sex during FW, I’m terrible! 😂) and we had sex 3 times in the last 6 days. What’s your sex drive like after ovulation? I haven’t really noticed it before x

Ectopic and tube removal August this year!

Tried Opks for the first time and they’ve just had faint lines for the past 2 weeks so I’ve no idea when I ovulated!! Damn things!

Currently CD18 and AF due around 13/12. Hoping for some some good news for Christmas!

@Katie1109 like none existent haha. I love my little sex holiday after FW. We still do it like 3-4 times a week (sometimes as little as twice) but FW it's like every day/every other day. TBH, we hardly did it at all this time around, only 3 times in FW. Oooops

I hope you don't mind me joining. I'm 33 (as of last week) & hubby is almost 35. We're on c2 of ttc #2. We fell pregnant on our first month of sort of trying with ds who is now 13 min so I haven't gone through this before. I did the cb opks this month as I'm still breastfeeding & was afraid it might stop me ovulating but I got my static smiley on Saturday 30th on cd11. We had dtd on Thursday of that week only (an app had put my predicted ovulation as Wed of this week so it was just for the fun of it😊) & then planned on dtd Saturday but ds decided that sleep was for the weak so we got no alone time at all on Saturday😩. Dtd once on Sunday so I'm afraid we're out. Af is due on the 16th so fingers crossed. Im symptom spotting like mad though. I got the tiniest twinge in my groin when I stood up earlier & I was like oh yeah definitely pregnant that's round ligament pain which I reckon is a bit early 😂. Stop me please!!

So been out shopping with my mum today, bought all new house bits, the cosiest white fur blanket for sofa, in love with it!

I had some cramps today and went to toilet and had loads of white cm, really white, boobs feel achey but I’m only 4dpo so it can’t be pregnancy related but @Ellsbells112 can you see it it has anything in your book??

Had sore gums too.. but maybe me trying to puke yesterday! 😂

@Beau2019 my DH calls it a sex holiday too! He's working long hours atm and says he too tired for any extra activity so he keeps finding chores to do before bed so I'm really sleepy when he gets in haha.

@sunflower2019 Love the idea of the blanket.

Okay girls, I just got REALLY excited. I stood up and got a sharp pain in my left boob. I was practically naming my first child (well middle naming as I have one in mind already oops) until I realised that the wire has come through on my bra...

I feel soooooo tired today it’s unreal. I never really feel tired, I’m very much physically active, always go for a run on my days off etc but today I haven’t moved from the sofa. And I had a nap during the day, which is also unheard of for me x but that’s also probably in my head and I’m getting my hopes up for absolutely nothing 😭🙈

My first symptom with ds2 was extreme tiredness! Sounds positive...

My name on here is living up to its reputation. Symptom bloody spotting all over the shop. Felt thirsty earlier and convinced myself that it was a pregnancy sign. Felt a bit dizzy = preggers. Felt a twinge = preggers. Farted = preggers. Breathed air = preggers

God help us all.

My husband is out tonight so I'm sure I'll be sitting in reading everything I can. All of which have conflicting messages but I will find the one small thing that gives me hope....

@Symptomspotter86 I'm in the last week where I loose my mind and know I'm not pregnant.

See I'm the total opposite. During the day at work it's all I think about. At home I somehow manage to keep myself busy I don't even think about it.

just a quick question guys when would you say the earliest you would get a positive if conceived ?dpo

I had three people say to today are you ok ? you look a bit peaky
so I don't think it not in my head but could be anything but that little voice in the back of my mind this could be it fingercrosed it not a bug tho really don't need that

Apologies for joining in super late but I’ve been lurking and keeping up with this thread! so thought I’d say hi

I’m 28 and in my second month of TTC. No previous pregnancies, and had my Mirena coil removed after 5 years in mid October. I’m not really monitoring with anything other than keeping an eye out for signs of ovulation, and working out where I should be in my cycle. I’m probably 2-3 DPO at the mo by my estimation! AF due around 16/12.

Just thought I’d get involved and say hi! Hope everyone else is feeling good, and wishing us all the luck for this month!
