Hi girls! I know we wanted to start a thread for the ones who didn't get their BFP this month.

Anyone else welcome to join us on our conception journey and looking to test around 2nd week in December.

AF due around 9th September

This is my 1st month using OPKs - anyone got any advice on when to start testing?

@Beau2019 absolutely! I spend half my time sitting in the toilet at work googling pregnancy stuff. I've read a good article now along with pictures so I am clued up. Now I just have to go finger myself for the CM

Soooo I just went toilet and had more ewcm. Does that mean I haven't ovulated yet?? 😩

Holy crap guys. I’ve been away for a day and just read about 50 posts about you all fingering yourselves and having cooked egg whites coming out of your fannies 😂😂😂 too much for a Tuesday evening!!! 😂😂😂

Boring for me as have nothing new to report today, next to nothing going on discharge wise downstairs, haven’t had a feel around but tbh I have no idea what I’d be feeling for 😂😂 so didn’t bother haha. Still convinced we didn’t DTD enough 😩 I’m such a pessimist!!

@Katie1109 in reply to one of your earlier posts today I’ve still been doing OPK’s just in case I didn’t really ovulate early (plus keeps temptations at bay to crack open the FRER’s in my cupboard 😬) and I’ve had second lines still appear too but definitely negative x

Hey all the girls who have or will be fingering I found this...

After ovulation your cervix will go to a soft hard and low position. If you do fall pregnant the hormones that change your cervix won't be present until later in your cycle than 3dpo, and would change the cervix from its low and hard position. Even if pregnancy does occur it can still take a long time for the cervix to go to it's pregnant state. The best thing you can do is check your cervix every day to see what's normal for you throughout your cycle

Soooooo basically we can’t tell.. and I tried looking up about cm and it’s all so different some said dry some said creamy some said snotty!

What’s next we all buy a vaginal scanner 😂😂

We are all officially crazy at this stage! I def found my cervix though.. and it was sitting on the toilet, maybe because mines tilted, it took a whole finger but I have short fingers? I’m only 5ft 1 so 🤷‍♀️ It felt closed.. xx

Same here for me. Nothing down there. No symptoms. Weird electric shock pains in the middle of the night that woke me up.

That is all. We deffo didn't DTD enough, only once in static smiley face I think. Twice in flashing smiley.

Luckily I work from home so I can google anything I like and nip off for a quick finger without anyone noticing. I used to work in an office where the old boot in the office kept a diary of how often we all visited the loo and how long each visit was. She was a right joy.

Nothing new to report here. Still got cramps under my belly button that are more annoying than painful.

Can I join? Was in another early Dec thread but my cycles are long and unpredictable at times so I won’t be testing until after af is due which is the 11th. I’m 6dpo now.

Month #2 of trying.

How are we all ladies?x any new symptoms appeared overnight?x I’m 7DPO today, boobs are getting sore, still wet down there and last night I have seen little orange spots but not liquidy, more like mucus, but they were very small so I ignored it 😂 no af like feeling this morning, lower back is a bit sore, but I wouldn’t say that’s unusual for me x slept like a log through the night, at least I thought I did but I drank whole bottle of water, so must have been awake at some point 😂

I'm find hard with symptoms whether there in my head or not
For the last 3 day I been feel really nausea in morning and evening I know to early but I taken test yesterday which negative

Can you get symptom this early?or just my imagination playing with me again set me up for disappointment

With my first I was literally a week from deciding we start trying to falling so this all very new me and my god Its emotionally and physically draining there just not information it seem all about once you fallen pregnant

@Katie1109 I'm 5DPO I think. If you go by OPK. No symptoms yet other than tiredness but then I'm always tired! Too early really. Hoping to feel a bit different by end of this week.

@Katie1109 not that I want to give you false hope but I had implantation bleeding with my first around 7/8dpo and it was bright pinky/orange in colour. I knew it was different because I’d never seen anything like that before! Got my bfp 2 days later! 😬🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

@Mrslane2019 hello! Welcome!! We’re all TTC mad here 😂 I wouldn’t say its impossible to have early symptoms but especially as you had a bfn recently try and hold off another few days before testing again x

@Mumofboys17 oh don’t worry about giving me false hope 😂 one minute I think I’m definitely pregnant and the next I feel like crying because I feel I’m definitely not 😂
Ladies, back to fingering...😂 I’m off work today so a bit bored 😂 my cervix seems to have moved higher up, I can barely touch it with tip of my fingernail now 😂 still plenty of creamy cm, sorry for tmi x lower part of my abdomen feels a bit sore x

Morning everyone!

I slept in this morning. Was out like a log until 830 and usually get up at 630/7. No positive test dreams again, but I did dream that I had a massive abscess on my leg that looked amazing to burst (total Dr Pimple type) and I woke up with my hands on my leg ready to burst at 3am haha. Was really disappointed.

LOTS of cm this morning. So, Im hoping that's a good sign. I'm also in a really good mood this morning - whereas yesterday I was furious. Could easily be AF mood swings though. Still got that dull feeling of being aware of my lower abdomen but not as much as yesterday as well as sore back (again could be in my head). What I do have that's really unusual, and I have had for last two days, is (TMI) so much gas. I feel like I might take off and DH says he cant wait to go back to the office tomorrow to get away from me.

@katie1109 Oooooh the orange sounds very promising!!!

@Mrslane2019 welcome! I think a lot of people say you can't have proper symptoms until X weeks, however, with the amount of people I've seen getting all sorts of feelings in the first few days I think we can. Although it might all be in our hopeful heads haha

I'm not feeling so hopeful now, the spotting has turned into more like bleeding and although it's not enough to need a full pad (just a liner is working) it's quite a dark red a little clotty. No idea why I'm bleeding as it's only CD21 and by all accounts I ovulated a week ago :(

@fredthespider Aw no :( Could still be okay - especially as so early. Fingers crossed and keep an eye on it

@Fredthespider 🤔 do you normally bleed between afs? Keep an eye on it it could be implantationyou never know. Keep us in the loop if it gets heavier or lighter x

@quiffy glad you're in a good mood! Yeah I'm sitting here thinking is it in my head since I feel sick! 😂🤮 It probably is all the vitamins I took an hour ago hahahaha I hope we all get good news though! I'm dreading thinking I'm going to come on on a lovely island and just bloody cry lol well worse places in the world to be upset though ay!

When we all thinking about testing? I still think I'm going to wait until next Wednesday if AF hasnt showed, but I do love a good POAS.

@quiffy haha hmm I think earliest I will test is the 13th December maybe... I'm due the 16th though so I'm just hoping I get that pregnant feeling so I know before hand! When is af due for you? I'm already losing my mind and the 2ww has just started

I'm due around the 12th, so it starts getting into that tantalising bit before when FRERs come into the picture. I think the absolute earliest would be Sunday as my husband will be home. If I can stay strong, I might just wait and see if AF comes.

I've convinced myself I'm pregnant too many times before now so trying not to be crazy again haha.

Started to feel a bit sick today and I'm furious today about everything. Like you mentioned @Quiffy

But then I'm probably just hangry as it is lunch and this is all in my head. This is only second month of TTC and I'm already a mental case

@Fredthespider don't count yourself out yet, might be implantation.

I'm feeling so done about the whole TTC thing. It's only my 3rd cycle and I'm prettyyyy sure I'm out. Feeling exactly the same as I did every other month. I've convinced myself I won't be able to get pregnant and there is something wrong. I fell pregnant on my 3rd cycle last time, had different symptoms though I'm sure. And this was a few years ago.

I've ordered my FRER to come for tomorrow so going to TRY and hold out testing until at least Friday night (3 days before AF)

I just had to feed my POAS addiction and done an IC 😂 of course it’s bloody stark white, you’re only 7DPO idiot 🙈🙈

@Katie1109 I did one too last night 8DPO. Very obviously BFN!! What we like ey!
