Hi girls! I know we wanted to start a thread for the ones who didn't get their BFP this month.

Anyone else welcome to join us on our conception journey and looking to test around 2nd week in December.

AF due around 9th September

This is my 1st month using OPKs - anyone got any advice on when to start testing?

@Symptomspotter86 my apps reckon AF is due for me on 19th. I reckon it’ll come before that if it’s going to though especially as I ovulated earlier, we shall see! I’m not planning to think about testing for 2 weeks yet but.. hmm.. yeah 😬😂😂
Tbh I’m just going to keep DTD until AF shows!

I'm due af on the 16th December! If I'm not preggers this month though I'm in Australia from the 11th December so I'm hoping the long haul won't mess up my cycle. In case it does I'll be dtd every other day lol

I’m prob going to head out on the weekend and worrying about whether to drink 😕 it’s going to be quite messy apparently! In limbo as wont be far enough to test.. 6dpo on Friday..
This is the issue around Christmas!!

@Sunflower2019 I wouldn't worry too much about drinking at that point - it's unlikely one night of drinking will effect anything. If you were really worried, I would just drink a little less then normal.

@Sunflower2019 I agree with @Beau2019 you’ll be fine to have a few drinks.
Sounds awful but about a week before I found out I was pregnant with DS1 I did pretty much everything and anything you certainly should NOT do when pregnant 😬 and he turned out just fine 😂
(I’ll leave out the naughty details of that to your own imaginations)..... 🙃

I’m 5DPO today and af apparently due 11/12 of December x feeling a bit nauseous this morning but I haven’t had my breakfast yet so that might be the reason x nothing else to report x

@Sunflower2019 do what you are comfortable with I say. My partner and I are going to an Xmas dinner on Sunday and I will drink wine with the dinner :)
I'm okay, dtd again last night and we will one more time tonight for good measure! I'm getting excited to be in the 2ww. I think I may have ovulated yesterday already but I'm not sure so I'll stick with tomorrow being 1dpo haha

@Quiffy yes! My sister lives out there so we are going to stay with her. I'm so excited I feel like a kid again! Haha

@katie1109 not for me, I’m feeling extremely tired but didn’t sleep well and I was really hungry this morning, have some cm but guess that could be from ovulation, I’m currently 2dpo

@Ellsbells112 yes I’m going to see how I feel, we don’t actually have to go but I know if we end up going it will be silly! My dp actually said you may be pregnant so then what, I said I prob won’t be, although we dtd loads on ovulation day just seems so unlikely after a few months of nothing xx

@Sunflower2019 hi there! I absolutely hate the tww, first couple of days go unnoticed, but from 5DPO onwards it’s a battle since I read somewhere that earlier implantation can happen 5DPO 😂 I just had my breakfast but it made my nausea worse so I’m literally trying to keep it down at the moment x and keep getting a chill sort of feeling across my body and getting goosebumps x 😂 someone please tell me all this is irrelevant, I wish I could stop symptom spotting till at least 10DPO 😂🙈

I think I ovulated on Friday as had static smiley on Thursday but I have loads of EWCM today.... more than normal. Worried it was later and I missed the boat as last time we DTD was saturday morning. Hmmm.

@Katie1109 definitely think you may be a teeny tiny bit keen on the symptom spotting lol, but the thing is you never really can tell! It’s hard isn’t it 😬

@Symptomspotter86 how many times did you DTD over those days? You probably have covered it, but like me just panicking because you missed one day 😂

Symptom spotting is a bitch and she catches us all. I had all the symptoms the first 2 cycles. Absolutely embarrassing lol now I really try to keep a grip 🤣🤣😬 but it is so hard haha

@Mumofboys17 we dtd thursday friday and saturday. Static smiley Thursday eve so thought that would cover it. But now worried I missed sunday as that is when I got cramps and now have EWCM this morning. I think I need to do BBT next month to have a better idea on when I exactly ovulated but then I feel the more tools I use the more obsessed I will become...

@Symptomspotter86 Ahhh You definitely gave it a good go then! Maybe DTD tonight if you can just in case? Lol I’ve just said to DH we’ll keep going until AF shows up as I’m convinced I’m out this month too 😂😂
I’ll be temping too and using clear blue next month if I’ve missed this month me thinks x

@Ellsbells112 too bloody true. Every cycle prior to actually falling pregnant I was convinced I had symptoms. Then when I actually was I swear I had zero symptoms! Except for my boobs, could not bare for anything to touch them, they were so sensitive it made me feel sick!!

@Katie1109 hahaha that’s ok hun! 😘😂 thing is it’s not completely unknown to have symptoms early on so I can’t say you’re totally mad! I just don’t think it’s worth the heartache to test too early though, especially when it may not be an accurate BFN. X

Ughhhhh so the dreaded TWW begins I'm about 2/3 dpo I think. Just wanna fast forward to next week 😂 how many dpo are all you guys? X

I was the same when I was actually pregnant boobs and a really bad stomach ache one day which was prob implantation..
These last few months I’ve felt sick the works but I’ve never had morning sickness so isn’t even a typical sign for me!

I’m worrying as didn’t dtd last night... what if I took 36 hours to ovulate?

@SarahMS honestly, not a clue 😂😂
I’m guessing it was Saturday due to a rise and fall in OPK’s and egg white cvm on Thursday 😬 so I’ll say 2dpo 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

@mumofboys17 yeah I know what you mean!! I've been pregnant a few times to know that each time can vary in lots of symptoms or no symptoms till like 6 weeks! It actually helps because then I'm like well it can go either way! Lol

@Sunflower2019 no I know it's hard not to worry I'm exactly like you but you've dtd loadssssss so there should be loads of spermies swarming your luscious egg 😂 all the attention babes hahahaha just the way it should be! The sperm runs after the egg 🥚😉🤣 and she's like, boy you've got 24 hours before I'm outta here! 🤣 I don't know why this amuses me so much hahaha
I'm definitely thinking I ovulated yesterday because today I'm super dry (sorry tmi) and actually quite bloody sore, a little crampy but not the left or right ovary pains I was getting yesterday. I don't know what side I ovulated from this time as I had pain in both! What do you think? I had ewcm on Saturday then the solid smiley Sunday and more ewcm with ovary pains and now today dry and crampy but my cervix is still high, on Saturday it was still hard and low but Sunday high and soft. Gosh detective work here we come xxx

@katie1109 literally I got pregnant once and I knew I was pregnant the feelings came over me like a wave 🌊 but negative first response. I must have implantatrd really early, waited a week and it came up on the test. 2 weeks later I went for an early scan and I was so bloody early they could barely see the sack on the screen! Bodies are amazing

@SarahMS I think I'm 1dpo but gonna dtd tonight too to cover bases!

@Sunflower2019 I’m not planning on testing earlier than 10DPO, so another 5 days to go, don’t see a point any sooner x the month I had my MC I felt sick from 6-10 DPO, that’s the only reason I’m wondering today x sorry can’t help you with chart, I’m not temping, but looks like you DTD right when you should so fingers crossed for you x

@Mumofboys17 same! I am just guessing my dpo because I had such a long surge! I'm confused but just gonna go with it! Lol and I thought it would be easier with OPKs boy was I wrong !!

@Sunflower2019 I'm due then too! Hopefully af doesn't show for us for on the 14th or for another 9 months 😜
