Two week wait...again

Hi mums/mumstobe, I’m currently in the two week wait after having a MMC (missed miscarriage) in June at 12 weeks. After a 10 week bleed I have settled into what seems to be a normal cycle again appx27/28 days. I’m saying I’m in the two week wait but I’m unsure if I’ve even OV. Anyone want to keep me company as I’m going out of my mind and feel like I’m boring the real people in my life 🤦🏽‍♀️

@BabyB19 thank you! Yes it is hopefully a sign!! Positive thoughts! Did you try a FRER?

Not yet @siaa I'm trying to hold off as long as possible before I start wasting any real money on them. I'll see how the IC's go tomorrow/Monday and then if there's a clearer line then I will get one to be sure

@BabyB19 that makes sense, the money we must have all spent on tests!!

BabyB19 when I got my BFP I tested with a CB 8 DPO and it was BFN, then about 12 DPO I decided to do an OPK and that had a second line...next morning I done another CB preg test and it was a BFP, so the OPK defo showed my pregnancy....fingers crossed for you.

@babyb19 and @siaa Hoping for baby dust for you both. I didn’t know opk could pick up pregnancy hormones. So just done one and there’s a definite line which is keeping me hopeful even though FRER was bfn. But then on my CP last month it didn’t show positive until 12dpo so will be testing Monday. How do I post a photo?

@BabyB19 honestly I have given up with the OPKs now as they seemed to be throwing up weird results for no rhyme nor reason.

Had some strange cramping over the past few days, like period pain but nowhere near as intense, OVIA predicted ovulation around now so not sure if it's to do with that but never has it before!

Should say that all mine were ICs though so that may be why!!!

Just going to take pregnacare conception every day and use Ovia

The bottom test is today so it's definitely darker but still not mega strong and my period isn't due until next week so just hoping it continues to get darker!

@siaa @ceebee21 @Jonesbabynumber1 I think you have to be on here a few days before you can post pictures for some reason.
It's sounding pretty positive for us so far how exciting!
That's definitely a much clearer line isn't it and still early days so fingers crossed by the time you're due it will be a good strong old line for you! 🤭🤩

@BabyB19 only cycle 2! Due to test in 13 days period due 8th November. See if I can hold out that long!!

I was only holiday and due to test the day we got home so I had no option but to wait, unfortunately my landing in Manchester airport present was to get my period while waiting at the luggage carousel! Of all effing times, holiday OVER!

@BabyB19 no I was really impatient!! Just resulted in loads of disappointment up until AF. OMG you poor thing!!

@BabyB19 no personal experience with OPKs but I have heard of people getting a positive one and then a BFP 🤞
Nothing to report here, I have a feeling based on my CM that it won't be positive news this month but we will see!

@Jonesbabynumber1 thanks just keeping my fingers crossed that it sticks around this time! This was my first cycle after quite a long break as I had 3 MC last year. I've only ever tried to get pregnant 4 times (this being the 4th) and it's happened every time but my problem is they don't seem to stick around! I'm on progesterone, higher dose folic acid and aspirin now though so fingers crossed one or all of those make it happen this time. I've also only ever got positive tests days after AF was due so hoping this early positive is a good sign that everything is working properly now. Are you trying for your first? Do you think you'll hold out or test again before 31st? It's so hard to wait isn't it x

I had a dream I got a BFP 🥺🥺🥺 how mean of my brain! Was gunna test but only have the expensive weeks indicator CB so determined to wait :( I really don't want another BFN :(

@sia sorry to hear about your past MC, sounding positive that your getting a result early keeping my my fingers crossed for you. Yes this is my first but if I knew it was this complex I would have tried much sooner. I was planning on testing tomorrow as 12dpo as this is when I got a positive before CP last cycle which was hard. The mind set I’m in today I’m feeling like I’m out so going to try and wait for AF as BFN is so disappointing. How is everyone feeling today?

@siaa I did the same as yesterday and did an IC pg/opk the opk came up positive again but not super strong and the pt looked neg. I've been up through the night with a bad cough so I've been drinking/peeing so I'm not really surprised. Will try again tomorrow.

@Tbug I've had the exact same dream the last couple of nights! It's so cruel how our minds can play tricks on us. Unless it's trying to give us a hint!

@Jonesbabynumber1 hang in there, I think we've all had bad experiences in one way or another but we have to all keep eachother lofted, at this point we're all still in until the witch arrives ❤️
