Two week wait...again

Hi mums/mumstobe, I’m currently in the two week wait after having a MMC (missed miscarriage) in June at 12 weeks. After a 10 week bleed I have settled into what seems to be a normal cycle again appx27/28 days. I’m saying I’m in the two week wait but I’m unsure if I’ve even OV. Anyone want to keep me company as I’m going out of my mind and feel like I’m boring the real people in my life 🤦🏽‍♀️

@Jonesbabynumber1 sorry to hear that. I hope it doesn't drag out for you!! I'm tempted to do the temping as feel it's a one time purchase and something different.

Yes it is a pain every morning especially on weekends. You need to try and take it at same time everyday. I like it’s best way to learn about what your bodies doing I thought I ovulated on cd 14 but my temps say it was more likely cd20 which is late and that’s likely as that’s cause of delayed period. According to temps I’ll be due on Monday so be interesting to see if that happens.

If it was cycle day 20 @Jonesbabynumber1 when is 14 days after that? That's when you're supposed to get AF isn't it? X

Yes 14 days is Monday but it’s strange as my LH was highish on cd 14 so it has thrown me a bit. Are you on cycle day 1 now?

I'm cycle day 3 now @Jonesbabynumber1 so a bit ahead still. That's if I go from my second bleed as I think the first one was just a bit of random spotting.

@BabyB19 aw I’m gutted your going to be well ahead if AF comes Monday but I know your going to be the first with a BFP and I can’t wait to see it ☺️

That could increase though couldn't it @ceebee21 the more it settles. Did you take any vitamins or anything yet? I'm glad we will be close I'm gonna try and be good with the testing so you can keep me in line x

No I am going to order a combined b vitamin and take pre conception vitamins, as I was taking those before I fell pregnant last time. If I get a BFP I will then increase my folic acid dose to the prescription one.

I am going to temp this month, or at least try. Maybe that will stop me from testing xx

I'm on cd5 now so a little bit ahead af still here though but I think she's finally leaving. At least we've got the Christmas month to keep us abit more distracted..hopefully anyway 😄

@BabyB19 hehe don’t know what I would do without this chat 😋 well I’m behind you all I’ve never wanted AF to come! before trying to conceive I never thought about it ever 😳 @ceebee21 temping is helping me understand more about what’s going on but I do resent it aswell. if I wasn’t temping I’d still be really hopeful for a bfp but because my temps have gone down I know that’s it’s very unlikely plus i would have never known I ovulated so late but that is still questionable but does give reason to the delayed period. Be good to have someone to compare with. @dizzy85 yes Christmas good distraction, however makes me a little sad as I definitely had the thought I’d be pregnant around this Christmas but readying knowing that I could Still have a baby by next Christmas fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Yeah, it would save me keep testing though in a hope I may see a positive. Worth a try I guess.

@dizzy85 according to my calendar if I have a 33 cycle again I won’t ovulate until 21st @BabyB19 yes a new group be good we’ve lost quite a few people on the way so good to start again.

Anyone testing next week?
I’m in cd 23.
Flo telling me my cycle will be 28 days (was 35 for ages then 32 and Iv had a 27!!).
My boobs usually really hurt 5 or so days I start AF but Iv nothing!! Im actually squeezing them just to check for pain lol!! I’m hoping it’s a good sign I feel different...
oh and my thyroid function was borderline, for ovulating and maintaining pregnancy it needs to be in healthy range, worth asking gp for a blood test. They started me on thyroid meds so 🤞
