After all that desert sand, we are in serious need of slightly damper place...

This one is a hamam, complete with essential oils and thick Turkish towelling bath sheets. Mosaics on the floors, marble pools. You get the picture. It still needs some decorating though.

We have had a few graduates (OK, quite a few), which is good, but time to dust off the old Hut for those of us who are still barren.

pmsl 5 opks! i think before i have done more pg tests than that in a day...

1Wish · 06/07/2007 11:19

I know, i'd give anything for a 28 day cycle, with my cycles for all i know i haven't even ov'd by cd28, it does my head in!!!

Sorry for stalking i just noticed we were same kinda age, doing a similar degree etc, and untill recently i tended to just lurk instead of post, so i've done lots of reading!!

scorpio1 · 06/07/2007 11:26

what year are you in? we share some of our lectures with the SS lot too at our uni i go back to start 2nd year in Oct....

i was only joking about the stalking!

have you got dc already?

1Wish · 06/07/2007 11:34

No unfortunatly no dc as yet been trying since i was 18 though (with a different partner) And with my current dp for about 16 months. I can't beleive im having such difficulty its horrid, but i'm kinda getting used to it now

I've just finished 2nd year of ss, so doing 3rd and finial year in sept, we can definatly swap tips, as this years going to be alot more social policy based and i'm useless at it!!

scorpio1 · 06/07/2007 11:36

i've just completed a whole social policy module

it will happen, don't worry

1Wish · 06/07/2007 11:41

How are you feeling at mo scorpio? Definatly think you should go get your boob looked at.

Know i shouldn't ask but any symtoms to report yet?

scorpio1 · 06/07/2007 11:42

no, nothing

and i don't want to get it looked at, but my DF says i have to and that she will kick my ass if i dont!

1Wish · 06/07/2007 11:49

You really should, sounds like it could be a blocked milk duct.
No expert but my mate had somet similar. They just gave her some pills and a cream and it disappered in a week or so

Hi all, thought I'd come and lurk with you for a while.

Mslucy- really interesting what you've been told about adhesions and what lissie said too.

I had 2 ERPCs in Feb following a mmc. The 1st was a bit of a disaster and I have been left with scar tissue. From the little I've been told this needs to be addressed before I can get pg. I too have had feelings that i am getting pg but implantation isnt happenning- and my acupuncturist is like a therapist too.

I'm waiting to see a consultant to see what happens next- but I think it will be a lap.

I'm just scared Sh**less that the ERPC has left me permanently barren.

Hello to everyne else here, I'm going to skulk in the corner.

scorpio- I agree with the others- best go to the GP hoever embarrassing

Crumbs. I really have turned into a mardy-arse! It's quite nice to not have to be all happy and smiley!
I just can't understand the "ttc a girl" or "ttc a boy" preference posts.

duchesse · 06/07/2007 13:42

Ah, Ready, you're just embracing your inner Huttee. Welcome!

Rainbowdays · 06/07/2007 21:55

I am still here, sitting quietly drinking my wonderful guiness, and just pondering about nowt, and feeling generally nothing-ish. Wierd, but this feels just right.

kensgirl · 07/07/2007 11:28

lissie · 07/07/2007 19:38
