August bus

Thought I'd start this one. This is my first bus and would love to chat with other's TTC in August.

Stats:
Age: 26
TTC number: 1!
Cycle: 1st officially TTC, although was a chance last cycle
CD: 6 of 27-29 day cycle
BFP/AF due: 2nd Augst

I'm trying to really prepare my body as much as possible for pregnancy. Trying to lose some weight and strengthen my core and back as I've got crap core and lower back muscles which worry me a bit in terms of pregnancy

So faint lines yesterday followed almost immediately by horrendous cramping but no bleeding and now heavy bleeding this morning.😢

Congrats on all the BFP and finfrrs crossed to everyone else for the next bus. I am 8/9 DPO, so AF is due either tomorrow or thursday for me. ive had very sore boobs for a bit longer than i normally have and last night i had some pains, but ive also had lower back ache which i get just before AF arrives.
I have no tests in and cant get to the shops until Saturday, so i will have to wait and see.

Ohhhhh baby bombed by my friend. She forgot her pill on holiday and now pg.

@chocolateaddicted oh no it’s so hard when that happens. You want to be happy for people but inside it makes you really sad.

I’m feeling so stressed out, 10dpo now, been spotting since Friday. Last night I woke up about midnight and thought I had red blood although now I can’t even remember as I was half asleep. Put a tampon in (sorry TMI) and this morning just a bit of brown on there again, hardly anything. Nothing since. No PMS symptoms, no pregnancy symptoms, AF due Thurs/Fri, BFN at 9dpo yesterday on a First Response. I never spot before my period! Just want AF to arrive now it’s stressing me out too much. Think I’ll test again tomorrow then accept I’m out if BFN again x

I think I'm 7dpo and not much to report apart from slightly achy boobs under the arm but I have had that before and wasn't pg!

7dpo today, & talked myself out of testing this morning because I knew it would be a waste of time!

I'm also talking myself out of symptoms because I know it's too soon for that too. I'm tired because I got up bloody early! trying not to let my imagination run away with me.

Clue says AF is due next Tuesday, but based on my peak OPK I think my LP is actually slightly longer than 14 days. I reckon it's more likely next Thursday. I now wish I tracked ovulation for a few months before we started ttc.

I'm thinking of doing a FRER on Sunday then a CB next Sat if AF doesn't arrive. I may do an IC on Friday, which will be 10dpo.

Waiting is horrendous!

AF finally showed up yesterday so I’m hopping off, I’m getting on the September bus!

It’s my first ‘proper’ period since I’ve been off the pill. I had spotting for a few days immediately after coming off. So is this the start of my second cycle TTC or is it technically the start of my first?

Been a bit twingy today. Other than being tired, which isn't unusual, I have no real symptoms.
My back is hurting which is often the case in the lead up to af. But af isnt due till Friday at the very earliest. So a bit early maybe? Especially the cramping.

I tested again this afternoon out of curiosity. Bfn as expected.
So I'm not going to bother testing now until Friday. Unless af shows up of course.

Hi everyone, congrats to all the BFP's and fingers crossed for everyone still waiting.

Been on my honeymoon and DTD as much as possible! Been logging all my daily info and symptoms on Ovia for the first time (as this is still technically cycle 1 for me) and the fertile days just seem to follow me and change each day, so just hoping one of them was accurate and we DTD on my most fertile days. Had some symptoms that I thought might be ovulation whilst I was away, very light spotting for a couple of days, back ache, headache and feeling sick in the morning for a couple of days, any of that sound familiar? Anyone else find this when they first started TTC and using apps? Still waiting for my first AF after coming off the implant at the end of June so just a little in the dark still at the moment. Will take my first pregnancy test in a couple of weeks time I think just to see!

I tested today (8dpo) because I have no self-control - and got a faint line!!! I'm cautiously excited because of my chemical last month, but the line showed up straight away, and is already darker than it was then. I'm so excited! Now just hoping for a sticky bean.

Got my faint but obvious bfp at 8dpo.
Had negatives since (and a few chemicals before)
Still creamy cm (sorry tmi) and temps looking about right. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤞🏻

Well, that's a good question 😂
Naturally, not till Monday.
But I injected to force ovulation. So, maybe Saturday.
After the injection I had a 4 day LH surge which I've never had. So.. maybe I didn't ovulate when I thought?
One fertility app says Friday/Saturday.
The other says Sunday.
But it could be Monday.

Serves me right for messing with my hormones 🙄

Tho given the bfp at 8dpo I really wouldn't have got that result much earlier!
So I'm just assuming this weekend at some point. 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Wishful30 Well I'm hoping AF will steer clear and you'll get another positive soon! Still early days, and your temps looking good is a great sign!

1dpo here and I'm already going mad. This is going to be a long 2 weeks sigh

CD20 today. Think I'm probably past ovulation now. AF due in 10 days.

Jumping off the August bus ladies, first AF since implant removal 6 weeks started today, kind of relieved because at least now I can have a cycle day to track from. I'll be jumping on the September bus! Fingers crossed for you all xxx

I'm not sure if I have line eyes/evap line. Could I have some honest opinions please. 8dpo and not fmu

@ItsAllPeachy I think 8dpo is still really early to pick up a faint line. I'm not sure if I can see anything, but that doesn't mean you're out. Fingers crossed for you.

I'm on exactly the same dpo and I'm trying to sit on my hands until Friday.

I'm not sure I can see a line either, sorry. I'm 8dpo too and really wanting to test, but I can't face any more disappointment 🙄 My chart is looking promising, but it doesn't mean it's going to be my month

So I'm pretty despondent today. I went to see about getting acupuncture and he told me there was no point at this stage. He said Clomid (which I'm on now for four months) has such a poor success rate it's more something the hospital is doing because it's what people expect and we should be asking for IVF. When I said this to my DH he said that's not something we need to discuss until we reach that point. I explained we have already reached that point but he refuses to discuss it.

He has 3% morphology so IVF is really our only choice as he won't take supplements and won't cut down more than he has in terms of diet. He also puts off doing any exercise. In reality I think I have to give up the baby hopes and accept that I'll never have a baby. Is this grounds for divorce do you think 😢
