August bus

Thought I'd start this one. This is my first bus and would love to chat with other's TTC in August.

Stats:
Age: 26
TTC number: 1!
Cycle: 1st officially TTC, although was a chance last cycle
CD: 6 of 27-29 day cycle
BFP/AF due: 2nd Augst

I'm trying to really prepare my body as much as possible for pregnancy. Trying to lose some weight and strengthen my core and back as I've got crap core and lower back muscles which worry me a bit in terms of pregnancy

That positive was on CD12 (weds). We DTD weds and fri. I don’t think I’ll be fertile now will I?

Hey @NoseringGirl and @Changingagain! I know, it's a shame to be here, but nice to see some friendly names again. Hopefully this is our month!

And @Giraffe888, from my understanding, that test looks positive, so if that was Wednesday then no, you're not fertile anymore. But seeing as you DTD on that day, you're certainly in with a chance!

Tying not to symptom spot (yea right) but today I noticed terrible tiny spots all over my chest. I read maybe progesterone? Currently 7dpo x

Symptom spotting can make you go crazy 😂

7 years ago I TTC’d for 2 years with my ex DH. We ended up having to go through fertility testing. Ex was infertile which was actually the reason we couldn’t conceive but they found that I had low egg count which worries me as I don’t know if that will still be the case now?

How's everyone doing? Think I'm 5/6dpo and yesterday I had a strange feeling like a pinching sensation low down on my left hand side. It felt like a hot pin but not painful. It was there for a good few minutes. Not even sure that's a symptom of anything to be honest, zero signs of anything else. Am determined not to test this week, not due until anytime between Sunday and Tuesday next week.

I dint know much about egg count @Giraffe888, how old are you? Might be worth seeing the doctor for updated tests?

@VenusStarr I had the same thing last night! It went on for a few hours, like a really localised pinching feeling but mine was on my right. Not exactly painful but uncomfortable. No spotting or anything though. I'd just got my head round being out for this month and settled down with a glass of wine so probably my body just playing cruel tricks on me but it did feel strange!

I dunno if this helps the symptom spotters of not but your body won't even know your pregnant until the egg implants and that's when hormones should change. Knowing this has really helped my symptom spotting.

Did you? @jess21690 not had it before, it's hard to describe the sensation so wasn't sure what to Google! when are you due af? Hopefully it's a good sign for us :)

@impatientmammy you're absolutely right, that's when the hormones kick in. But now I'm over 7dpo my insanity has started to kick in. Distracting myself with house renovations today!

@VenusStarr if you Google 'implantation pinching' there's lots of threads to drive yourself crazy on!! Apparently pinching on one side is a good sign, but it's weird because it really was to the right not in the middle! I felt it down my leg at some points as well! I think AF is due around Wednesday but it's my first cycle, going to try not to test before then but who knows how long my resolve will hold out! Fingers crossed for us both, when are you due?

I don’t want to get obsessed with symptom spotting so I’m just going to try and forget about it until AF is due!

CD21, with a hint of despair.

Been TTC for 4 cycles, but only temping properly and OPKing for this cycle.

My Natural Cycles tracker thought I should ovulate tomorrow on CD22, which is late enough as it is but here I am on CD21 and my BBT shows no signs of an LH surge. Been OPKing for over a week and there's not even a trace of a line.

Even my app is now admitting it's confused!

What's going on?!

How many dpo does implantation usually take place?

@VenusStarr sorry I forgot to say I’m almost 32. I don’t think docs would do tests as I’ve only just started TTC again? Maybe it’s worth me asking though x

Anyone else really excited ttc when you can dtd and actually do things to make it happen and then hate the rest of the month. I'm just at the start of my 2ww but pretty sure I'm just waiting for af. Find myself wishing time away and I hate myself for it as I have a 2 year old. All the guilt but I just wanna know and try again x
