TTC June.... early I know but excited and don't want to talk to anyone in RL about it!

Have been slowly coming off antidepressants and stopped taking the pill (using condoms) to get body back to normal ready to try for no.2 in June, also started taking pregnacare. I know its early to start posting but got my first proper period today so just been on site to check fertile dates for months again and think we're going to go for it in June - ooooooooooooo, very excited. Just wondered if there was anyone else out there planning way ahead cos i wouldn't talk to anyone in RL life about it so far ahead, other than dh!

Hi Scorpio, my cycles used to be really long sometimes, although not usually more than 35 days, thankfully since having DS they seem to have calmed down. Although nice to see you on here, hope that May has been a lucky month for you and you wont have to join us here .

i hope this month has worked, but then its only 12 weeks since my coil came out so im prepared to do a few more months yet. my cycles have always been longer than 28 days,although im not sure exactly how long. i was on the pill since 14,had a baby at 17 (was ill and pill didnt work) so i didnt know how long my cycles were. then with ds2,(aged 19) i stopped the pill on holiday away from dp, came home and 6 weeks later got a +, so this is the longest i have ever tried. its a bit nerve wracking tbh, finding out how my cycles work for me. but i am prepared to wait and i aim to be pg by xmas

Hi ya Scorpio. You're doing very well to hold off testing. Hope you are OK in all other ways. I'm not too bad. Was away a bit at the start of the week as dh is off work so it's all a bit odd round here tbh.

yeah im doing ok thanks, just one exam to do and then on my hols [ahhhh] ! dp is away this weekend seeing his son in somerset so im home alone from friday-monday but ok

Hi all i couldn't stay away after i said i would have a break. lol. But here i am i miss having this to express myself as i havne't told anyone on real life i'm trying.

i have worked out from previous threads i have a 34day cycle. so a long one which makes it seem for ages. lol.

But i'm glad i know as i was unsure before. so i now know when to test and not to dissapoint myself.

Me and dp are bedding every other night in the hope that it might catch it, from when my period stopped.

I am getting restless. AF might not come until tomorrow, I am usually 27-30 days and today is CD29. Had really bad pains in night, and this morning I was sure AF was about to arrive, but now I feel ok again.

Pinkslippers I know what you mean, once we really start trying in June I will find even more that I want to chat to you lot as I wont be able to share my stresses with anyone in RL, we didn't even "try" this month and I am getting anxious just in case, even though I know it is so unlikely I would be pregnant. A miracle almost .

Scorpio, I had a look at your profile, you lot are a very attractive family aren't you?!?!?! I can't put a pic of myself up for fear of scaring people off. Your pics are lovely.

No I have a DS who is 15 months. If June happened to be successful for me there would be just over two years between them. It took 18 months to get DS though, hence it would be a miracle for anything to happen this soon. Like Scorpio I am kind of hoping something happens before the end of the year, after that I will start getting really impatient . DS was conceived on a two-week holiday of constant trying (!), and to be honest we never put in that kind of effort when we are at home!

aww i hope you get your BFP soon. I have two dc from a previous relationship and i had a miscarriage in september 06 with my partner. I am just really impatient really. lol.

Oh pinkslippers, sorry about your mc . Hope you get a BFP soon too. June will be my first month of trying after just being a bit careles / carefree in May so I must not be too impatient. No AF yet... Am going to my parents tonight with DS (DH is working) so am packing all the sanitary protection as am sure AF will hit in the middle of the night!

yeah i am fine thank you. yep i worked out that my cycle length is 34 exactly from march to may it's been that and always knew it was quite long.

good luck scorpio i thought you tested postitive or did i read it wrong?

Good luck scorpio, i dont know how you can be so patiant. I think ill be testing before afs due at the rate i go at. I had my follow up scan on fri and the lady said i had an active ovary and would ov soon however i have been bleeding a bit si i dont know how it supposed to stick (sorry if tmi) does anyone know how long ovarys are active for before they produce an egg? thanks

pinkslippers-i dont know what that test was about-there was a line but it must have been wrong or an evap. i am patient because i dont expect to be pg yet,and i have before always got a late +, not until im about 6 weeks pg.before that they are always neg.

my af due by next wednesday, according to last cycle.no symptoms.but i never do!

spugs-when your af due? hold off the peeing!

hELLO EVERYONE! Please can I join you? I've been on the May thread but I think it's time I graduated to June. I think I ov'd on wednesday and our bd timing was OK, but only time will tell. af will be due around 7th June if I've got my dates right and I might test on saturday 2nd(10 dpo).

Afternoon all. Hello pobletsmum welcome to the June thread. I have only just joined myself. Am still waiting for AF, due yesterday or today... been feeling really crampy. I would be getting vaguely hopeful or excited but boobs not sore, tingly, bigger or anything, and last time that was the first thing I noticed, in fact they look even SMALLER than normal, if that's possible. If AF has not come by Tuesday I will maybe do a test , but I am so sure it is on it's way.

Doggiesayswoof, I know you were waiting for AF this weekend too. Any news?

Hello All....
I've been working my arse off all weekend(i'm a chef) and I have Bank Hol Monday off - Yippee!
Feeling better now I've had a cup of tea, dh is cooking me dinner and I can catch up on mn.
af due anyday, keep counting days, over and over....like they're somehow going to miraculously going to change the more I check!.....kinda resolved myself to ttc for a few months yet.....
Hope everyone has been having a nice Weekend, even if the weather is rubbish.

Hi all. I have been so good and not spent my life reading MN. Just thought i'd check in and say hope all is going well for everyone this month. Just about to start BD again and waiting for CD 21 for blood tests. not sude what CD i'm on (which is amazing for me)!

For the first time ever can actually say i'm not fussed about whether or not i get pg this month as DD is just so much fun. Just going to relax and not let it get me down.

I'll be back and tell you what the bloods came up with.

Morning ladies. Lots of new June members, I guess May is drawing to an end so people are moving over. AF has still not arrived, but I was awake half the night with cramps.

Lexie100, I felt the same, DS is such a lovely lad I am really happy just with him at the moment, but now there is a slight chance that No 2 could be coming, I am getting obsessed all over again! I am honestly in no rush, but it would be so nice NOT to have to go through months of waiting like last time.

Thelittlesoldiersmummy - have not bought any mags yet, but I have been reading all my pregnancy books again .
