Ttc number 2!

Hello! Anyone thinking of ttc number 2? I have a 6 month old baby and don't want a big age gap between babies. AF has been a bit erratic over the past few months but DH and I have decided to make next month the first month of ttc. Anyone else sort of in the same boat?

It's still quite faint. I'm a bit worried it should be a bit darker at 11DPO. So I still don't want to get his hopes up (or mine).

Might buy a clear blue digi and save it for Saturday and then put it in the oven with a bun. Is that too cliche and boring?!

I don't think that's a faint line for 11dpo tuna. Understand you being cautious though. Fingers crossed its a sticky bean!

I don't think is too faint for 11dpo at all. But yeah I guess it's sensible to be slightly cautious until AF is properly late but I'm still saying a massive congrats!

LO treated me to a lie in this morning as she didn't wake up until 7.40 - she's usually up at 6 so feeling rested today.

It's not too faint for 11dpo- when I was 11dpo (with my daughter) I got a negative...think it was about 15 dpo for me so you're fine!

Malbec - I had really low backache 6 DPO which I guess could have been implantation. Then a twinge or two on standing up which felt an awful lot like round ligament pain on 7DPO.

And my boobs are a bit sore. But other than that, no symptoms really.

I think I'm still in shock!!!!

I've kind of come to terms with the fact it's probs not my cycle now. Feels like AF is on her way soon.

The plus side to not getting pregnant this month is that I can have a few drinks on holiday in couple weeks!! Might need them to get through a plane journey and holiday abroad with a rowdy toddler haha

Tuna may I ask what sensitivity your tests are that you have been using?

These ones are 25ml so I'm hoping at 9dpo it might just be too early for these tests to pick it up. .. clutching at straws I know.

Although with my first preg I don't think I got a positive until 10dpo....

Loz I've used clearblue plus (the non-digi) but stronger positive on Superdrug early tests (10ml). They take a while for the line to come up though.

9DPO almost certainly too early for a + to show up on a 25ml test

Am I going crazy or is there a second line? Obviously I am on the (mini) pill and not trying so would be super unlikely but I felt I should test as I don't get periods on this pill and I have been acting quite insane emotional the last couple of weeks, there is a chance I missed a pill as well.

I can see a hint of a second line squirrel but it doesn't look like it has colour to me but that could be the picture quality on here.

I'd test again tomorrow morning if I were you!

Could be an evaporation line squirrel? But I do see a hint of something there. Could you crack that mother open and prise out the test strip for a better look?

What made you test? Are you late?

Tuna - I don't have periods on this pill so do occasionally test as I'm paranoid / have missed a pill here & there

Seems to have disappeared now anyway. Will test with morning wee tomorrow just in case.

The lines are so confusing aren't they?! Something like that happened to me about 3 months after baby was born. I still hadn't had a period, totally panicked I was pregnant, took a test, thought I had a really pale line then re-tested the next day and it was obvious negative then eventually got my period!! Just wish it was more obvious, eh? Hope you get whatever result you want tomorrow x

Thank you. It would be a little inconvenient with respect to wedding dress and booze but I would not be that upset if it was a BFP! I think... Let's see!
