Ttc number 2!

Hello! Anyone thinking of ttc number 2? I have a 6 month old baby and don't want a big age gap between babies. AF has been a bit erratic over the past few months but DH and I have decided to make next month the first month of ttc. Anyone else sort of in the same boat?

Scan went fine. Baby measuring exactly as expected. Little heartbeat chugging away.

Phew!

She's given me a couple of 'pictures' but honestly, it's just blob. Nothing to see really.

But at least I can relax a bit now

I'm a tiny bit concerned...I'm feeling pretty well most of the time (small bouts of nausea from time to time) but last time by this stage I had been sick quite a few times and was mostly lying on the couch feeling dreadfully sick. When I was pregnant the first time (the mmc) I had no real symptoms either...I'm a little concerned but trying to tell myself to be positive!

Sonnet- if it's any reassurance I've had next to no sickness or nausea this time round. Felt really rough with DS, so I thought it was odd and made me really uneasy.

That is reassuring! I'm thinking that maybe I'm too busy to really indulge my feelings of nausea and just getting on with things takes my mind off it. Who knows. Got my private scan on the 2nd October so I'll know one way or another by then!

Have had incredibly sore boobs for the past couple of days and AF hasn't showed So I caved and just did a CB digi....pregnant 1-2weeks!

Fairly certain it must be a new pregnancy as hcg was 12 on tues and they are 25 sensitivity but think I might give the epu a call tomorrow to see if they can do my bloods to check, I also had a negative test a couple of weeks ago before we dtd. Feeling excited but also very anxious...

Oh that's great news MrsY, I really hope it works out for you this time.

I'm good thanks. Next consultant appointment this week so hopefully we will be getting close to starting treatment now. LP was crap again this mont so I've totally given up the hope of it happening naturally!

That's good they're addressing your Lp issues- I've heard of some doctors just dismissing it especially if you naturally conceived first time round. Fingers crossed its a fairly quick and straightforward process!

Thanks all, hasn't really sunk in yet as was expecting it to take a few months again, DH has been very quiet about it, think he is feeling anxious about it too, hopefully once I get past the 6 week mark it will get easier.

Had a very negative conversation with the epu yesterday who basically wouldn't believe that I'd had a negative test and wouldn't redo my bloods so had them done privately today and they are 49 up from 12 last week so think that indicates it is a new pregnancy...Now feeling slightly more certain about what is going on but still a bit anxious.

How frustrating Mrs. It must be a new pregnancy then surely? What should it be at this stage? The place I got my progesterone from does hcg as well if you want the link? I think it was £39.

The private place provided a range it should be in and it was in the range for 4 weeks, I'm 14dpo today so sort of stacks up, but still cautious of getting too excited yet. Hoping the epu will do my bloods again next week when I tell them again I'm having positive tests still given she didn't believe I could have had a negative but that link would be great just incase Malbec!

purple how are you? What cycle day are you on now?

I have my early scan on Sunday...a tad nervous. I should be 8+1 but I'm thinking I'm a little behind as I ovulated so late...as long as there is a heartbeat then I will be happy!

I'm on CD11 today. I ovulated CD13 last month so I'm assuming I'm in the FW now. Will see what my temps do over the next few days & just try to DTD as much as possible!

Fingers crossed this is your month and you get a little June baby!
I'll let you know about the scan- symptoms still not here as often as they are (make sense?!) so the scan will give me peace (piece?) of mind one way or another!
