I don't know if he understands, but he will pat my tummy and say 'ahh baby'. My ds is very interested in babies.... Don't know if I should be worried! Haha.

I've had bad spd in both pregnancies so waiting for it to strike soon!

Is that all the difference is? It seems ages since you told us! I hope don't get SPD.It sounds awful. I remember now how much pain you were in.

Just a couple of things she has said when she has got her period and when DH said he wanted to TTC another baby. MIL asked us if we knew anything too which means she is wondering.

I have spd too. I have a physio appt coming up, I'm hoping they will give me one of them belts to help.

Any news on the crash cupcake?

He's fine- eating well. He and DH had fish pie tonight with vegetables- DH made it. I had mashed potato, green beans, carrots, vegetarian sausages and veggie gravy. I can't cook fish.

I hope it does too Ducky- they are so lovely with DS. They would be great parents.

Yes lulu, I'm 12 weeks tomorrow. I'm due around 14th March :)
I hope it happens fast for them Lulu. I've recently heard that exH's cousin who has been ttc for 10 years gone through 2 rounds of ivf, they are pregnant due 8th March. It happened naturally for them as well.

I've still got my belt Lulu, as soon as I feel like I'm getting signs of spd I'm gonna start wearing it! And going to ask about physio ASAP as it took so long last time to be referred.

I've been given her insurance details. That's all. But I'm not claiming anyway as I've had my car all checked and it's all fine so... Yeah. But that's all.

It is sunny here today but a bit of a breeze and Ds wants his paddling pool out.He says 'poo peas' which is a bit confusing but points to the pool. Mind you he was stripped off in it the other day and pooed- DH had to scoop it out and empty the pool while DS looked on fascinated saying 'poo mummy'.

Anyway, I don't think it is warm enough today but I can see this leading to a meltdown so we are taking him up the coast in the camper van to the country park this afternoon. 'Bambam' as he calls it.

Cats look relieved to see us getting ready. I think they like the peace and quiet

Had my 12 week scan!!!! I'm actually 12+3 weeks and my due date is now 12th March :) :)
Can't believe there was a perfectly formed baby there lol!!

I have a Dr's appointment next week- to see if I need to be consultant looked-after. My thyroid was no issue last time. I have a bit of a dodgy cervix as well though so I might have to be. It didn't really make much difference last time- I felt a bit more secure really I suppose. It just means I had to go to Newcastle to give birth at the RVI.

Were work alright about you missing training to go for your scan Cupcake? They should be - they are a hospital after all! Good news about your scan. Nearly 13 weeks- only 27 to go, you are a third of the way there already.

DS is still up. He should be worn out today with all the running around he has done. DH took him down to the beach with a ball for a play.

Lulu, make sure you get the care you want! What was the problem with your cervix?

Two things Ducky. It is tilted oddly and I have had two lots of pre cancerous cells removed (about 10 years ago now) and it has left a 'bit lopped off' as the oncolgist puts it. I just have regular smears now but had to have them every year for 8 years at the gynae oncology clinc where they look at your cervix with a microscope at the same time so they can get a good look at all of it.

I am not feeling well tonight. I am achey and feel sick. Am going to bed. DH is back at work tomorrow- that has gone quickly.

Interestingly, now I am tucked up n bed and lying flat I feel better. I had better stay here all day tomorrow DS is at nursery. The luxury that would be - quiet house to myself and a morning in bed.

DH is tired but fine- start of term is always hectic. He is excited about all the new stuff he is doing though.
I am just tired Cupcake.SIL took DS out this afternoon from nursery this morning and I had a lie down and slept for 2 hours. It was bliss.
DHnhas been on the internet again, he tells me our baby is the size of a small pea. It has been named Peapod

Tomorrow is ds1's last day at nursery. I'm having to take him out as it's costing me so much money and I can't afford it and I'm behind on payments :( but he's going to pre school! And I can use my 15 free hours and only pay £2 for lunch. He'll be there 2 full days and one half day. It works out so much better for me and ds1.

Well I have been to see GP and I have to have Consultant Led Care again. But this time it will be at the new district hospital where the facilities are all lovely apparently- everyone has their own room and it has a bed for DH too.

Anyway, I am having a scan in 2 weeks and seeing the consultant- who might only see me twice the GP said.

DS came with me to the appt and he was very good.

I don't mind if it is a boy or a girl nor does DH- hopefully just a healthy baby will be lovely.

When does Ds1 start pre-school Cupcake? Is he excited?

Cupcake what is the difference between nursery and pre school? This stuff really confuses me! I really need to find out more about it all. How is the job going?

I haven't moved out yet, the estate agents are still waiting for all the keys to the new properties coming up. Have got a few more to try though so fingers crossed.

I feel awful still, h has actually been quite nice to me recently, although he's slipped straight back into doing nothing in the house. But no way I can stay. I'm not happy here and can't stay miserable just for his happiness! And also I can't wait to sleep in a bed!!! I have been sleeping on ds floor since becoming pregnant and it's starting to get v difficult.

I have been given an induction date for 10th Nov when I'll be 38 weeks but am hoping to evict her as soon as I get to 37

No. I had a couple of weeks of feeling sick with DS and then it stopped. I am just tired, not sick.

Why are you sleeping on a floor Ducky? If you don't want to sleep with DH could you not get a single bed at least or a mattress or sleep on the sofa. The floor must be really uncomfortable and can't be good for you. Does DH let you sleep on a floor? You are definitely making the right decision.

The 10th November isn't far off at all! That has gone very quickly.

Will you be finding out the sex this fine lulu? Or a surprise? How many weeks were you when your waters went with ds?

I have been sleeping on the floor for a long long time now, then we split up, then when we were trying to 'work things out' I spent a few weeks on the floor and then moved into the bedroom for a week or so, then I got pregnant and things started to get bad again. When I was about 6 weeks I moved back into ds room with a blow up camping bed thing. It's not comfortable, is noisy when I move and is getting increasingly difficult to get myself up! But I just can't bring myself to share a bed with him.

He still thinks everything is rosy, and I will be moving back into the bedroom soon. It messes with my head so much! Surely there's something wrong with him it he thinks things are fine when I think it's this bad

Is your scan a 12 week one or is it an early one?

Ds1 will start pre school I'm about 2/3 weeks. We are going to visit and talk to staff on Monday then I go on holiday with the kids the Monday after! Which I'm so nervous about! Never taken them away on my own before!

Ducky there's not much difference between preschool and nursery. Preschool follows school hours, so 9-3 and you use all your 15 hours funding on those hours. Nursery you pay for a certain amount of hours each day and it's more like day care id say.

Ducky 10th Nov is not far!!! That's my brothers bday :)
And as for work my official start date is 3rd October! I've completed the training now and having to wait for my uniform to be ordered (I've had to order maternity one )
They pay me maternity pay! Even tho I've only just got the job they pay me 26 weeks pay! I'm so pleased with that!

And ducky you need to sleep in a bed :( the floor is not good! I have a spare bed you can sleep in it's ds1's toddler bed lol! He's been awful and will only sleep next to me in my bed :/ don't know why he's such an awful sleeper. Ds2 is in his cot fast asleep by 7pm that's him for the night till 6:30am at the earliest. Ds1 still wakes up at least once a night just to ask for a drink.
