No idea, in wtf cycle after early miscarriage over the last bankholiday weekend at the end of may. We've just continued on as normal. Will have to get the courrage up to test early next week if it continues and try to stop dh from symptom spotting too much and saying you were like that with dd. But I'm normally a night owl and I went to bed before dd both nights over the weekend.

keys27 · 10/06/2015 19:01

Sounds promising hun. Its so heartbreaking being in the wtf cycle you have no idea where you stand. I tested yesterday and got a faint FR but everything else is negative doctor said because I was quite far gone the hormone stays around on the extra sensitive tests.
I know I have a bad infection but I am still hoping I have fallen but tbh my pains have turned in to cramps AF cramps so I think and hoping AF wont be long now just so I can get back to normal.
I am keeping everything crossed for you hun the exhaustion is a really promising sign.

CarrotVan · 10/06/2015 19:42

Oh keys I'm so sorry you're feeling so rough. The EPU put me on antibiotics when I first miscarried as there were signs of infection in my blood test and I had d&v (could easily have picked something up from the toddler). It was just exhausting.

Look after yourself and try to rest

Honey85 · 10/06/2015 20:30

Hi ladies, just had a mammoth catch up, been so busy with work and house stuff!

Glad you've got sorted keys, but so sorry you are going through so much rubbish!

paws I'd probably just avoid fertile times as opposed to going back on pill, personally.

ibeka hope you are feeling ok!

autumn so stressful when you think too much about timings, I do it all the time. If I hadn't have miscarried I'd have had almost a year off with dd before she started school ... But it just wasn't to be!

dobby hope you get some answers soon!

Honey85 · 10/06/2015 20:34

disney glad you had a nice time in London in does do good to try and get away from thinking about ttc! And what better place than London to keep you busy!

happy I can't offer any advice re post mc cycles I'm still in my wtf cycle too and it's frustrating not knowing. Although I've been so busy my mind has been elsewhere tbh!

No real updates from me! I'm boring! Nothing is happening waaa!

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 10/06/2015 21:21

Hi ladies! Thanks for all your advice...think I'm gonna steer clear of the pill then...although we did conceive straight after coming off it the first time (sadly ended with mmc).
Prob just use dreaded condoms till holiday comes, wanted to start ttc whilst away but the way my cycle stands, I'll be 'on' while we're away Sad But you never know, although I came on like clockwork 28days after erpc, things may change between now and then...just wish I could time Ov for the two weeks we're away! But knowing my luck I will be on Angry
Sorry if I seem very inconsiderate not asking about some of you other ladies...its only because I don't know your stories if you know what I mean. I will try to take note, hopefully I will settle into this thread soon.
wifey great to see a friendly face! Sorry you've been ill...take your time hun with ttc...theres no immediate rush. I think most women go through feeling the need to start asap. It gets very clinical when you try to get pg again quickly, that's how I felt anyway...still do. Postponing ttc seems very odd to me, feels weird to try to prevent getting pg for the two months before Holliday. But I think it may do me some good. A clean slate so-to-speak! Will be ttc like mad as soon as Holliday comes though (praying I'm not on).
Definitely will be your ttc buddy! ... Even if I am waiting a few weeks...;) xxx

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 10/06/2015 21:28

Oh forgot to say wifey ... Cycle after mc can, and usually is very erratic. I was lucky (if you can call it that) and came on 28 days after erpc. As everyone says its called the wtf cycle for a reason. It's very cruel, I definitely ovulated two weeks after erpc but sadly didn't fall pg.....but had convinced myself I was as I was having some serious PMS symptoms that were just like pregnancy, had never had pms before mmc so was adamant it was another pregnancy. Gutted when af showed up but such is life, I believe everything happens for a reason. Try to relax and enjoy ttc. Its so easy to make it a another chore. X x

happywifey · 10/06/2015 22:04

Hi All - Thanks paws - has been a rough few days but am getting there. Lucky you to be getting away, I have been umming and erring about a holiday but have been advised by DH that he is going to be working until at least October so we will unlikely get away this year. Am Enjoying my time off work though, had my hair dyed today for the first time in months - and it feels good. I have my final scan tomorrow and then we are going to start TTC for real. I totally get the whole clinical thing though, I have been like it previously when I have been trying so hard ttc, it seems that's all I can think about , and only time I wanted to be intimate with DH is when ovulating. Interestingly as soon as I stopped doing that and took the pressure off I got pregnant and didn't even know the date of my last AF. Go figure. TBH I feel happy that I can actually get pregnant after so many years of TTC and it makes me feel more confident about this time. My mum had 4 mcs (2 late) & 1 stillbirth before she had me , was told like me that it would be unlikely she could have children, and then went on to have 4 of us, so I feel hopeful it could happen. Fingers crossed it happens for all of us on this thread too! It will be great to buddy up when you come back from your hols - Make the most of your time off. I miss drinking lots of coffee :) xx

redredwine4 · 10/06/2015 22:59

Evening all

keys that's great that you went to the doc as you can get that infection treated. I don't know much about that side of things and so don't want to get your hopes up, but if there is a chance that you're frer is showinga new pregnancy then I am willing it so much for you.

I am with you ladies who are a bit all over the place with O. No signs of it at all again this month- that has been since mc in Feb. Grrr. Still of course hoping for some miracle this month but it's most unlikely....

dobbythedoggy · 11/06/2015 12:51

Keys I think I love you a little bit. Between your surgestion of astons and parsons powder and dh waking dd to dose her up again when he went to bed. I got 8 and 1/2 hours of uninterupted sleep then another solid 4 hours after dd got in with us. This morning my eyes have actually stayed open!

Have had a positive with opk this morning. Darker line when I tested again when we got back from our morning parent's group. Thank goodness between us dh and I have picked up loads of cheep tests between us. Actually think I'll be awake enough to dtd once dd's in bed.

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 11/06/2015 14:18

That sounds like you're being really positive wifey, i know its hard. You're looking at it the right way hun...i have a friend who had 3 mc's, 1 ectopic, 1 ovary removed, diagnosed with polycystic ovaries and told she would never have children....shes now the proud mummy to a dd and I couldn't be more proud of her! So there's hope for us all xxx

keys27 · 11/06/2015 16:04

dobby Iam so pleased hun glad you got some well needed sleep as if that line is red you and OH will be doing that dance tonight :). Was the only thing that helped my DD they went into administration so really hard to get hold of now but I swear by it.

red I wish hun still getting a line but clear blue is completely negative and getting af cramps tbh if my AF hit I would be so relieved I am really worried about my cycle now. :(.

Anyone heres one for you lovely ladies lovely sunshine thought id but my shorts on make up nice top on the school run strutting myself and I kept getting beeped feeling really good I get to the school realize my youngest has dropped her shoe to only find it again the placed where I was being beeped up. FML. lol

CarrotVan · 11/06/2015 18:54

I'm spotting so I think I'm out for this cycle. If I do come on tonight/tomorrow then it will be 30 days since the start of the MC and 12 days since ovulation so not too weird in terms of my cycle getting back on track.

keys27 · 11/06/2015 19:01

carrot I know AF is a bitch when she hits and I think I am going to be very emotional but like you in a weird way I find some comfort getting to know my cycle again. Have a nice glass of wine at the weekend. I am wishing you a bfp very soon hun x

CarrotVan · 11/06/2015 19:33

Thanks keys. I'm just going to see what happens.

keys27 · 11/06/2015 20:24

Bad cramping again tonight fx I get my AF its due on sunday but on wtf cycle who knows. Defo af cramps though.

Honey85 · 11/06/2015 20:41

Oh keys that post re the beeping made me chuckle! That's the kind of thing that happens to me hehe! Hopefully, in a nice way, af arrives and so you can feel a bit more at ease.

carrot good news in a sense so that you will feel happier your cycles haven't been interrupted by mc.

It's 4 weeks since mc now and after thinking I ov'd last week, I'm now thinking i didn't and I might be now judging by what's going on down there! Hoping dd stops messing about and goes to sleep soon Grin.

CarrotVan · 11/06/2015 20:52

Good luck honey

DisneyMillie · 12/06/2015 08:54

Hey all

Your story made me chuckle keys!!Grin

So sorry for everyone having messed up cycles. Flowers

I'm now 7dpo and I assume I'm out - literally no symptoms however hard I try and look for some - actually feeling quite well (who'd have thought they'd want cramps / sickness / tiredness etc!)

I wish there was a time machine so I could just skip the x months until I'm pregnant and stop feeling like I'm constantly waiting for something.

How's it going red? You're a similar cycle day to me aren't you?

Tftpoo · 12/06/2015 09:40

Hello. May I join you on here? I had a missed miscarriage and had an erpc on Monday. All I can think about now is trying to get pg again. The hospital said to wait three weeks after the erpc to do a pregnancy test but I couldn't resist doing it this morning as I've had no bleeding or cramping since Tuesday. It was negative - i guess this means my hcg levels are right down again but does this mean I am likely to get a 'normal' cycle this month? I know it's best to have one normal cycle before ttc to date any pregnancy but is there a chance that I could get pg this month if my hormones are back to normal now?

DisneyMillie · 12/06/2015 09:56

Hi tft, I'm sorry for your loss.

There's a possibility of getting pregnant before first AF and there's certainly no reason not to try if it helps you with this horrible process.

But please bear in mind it's hard to tell what your body will do in this wtf cycle. You might have a normal ish cycle, you might not ovulate, you might ovulate at a weird time so please try not to get stressed if it's not straight back to normal (I know I did so I'm a complete hypocrite!)

Be kind to yourself and I hope you see a bfp again soon x

Tftpoo · 12/06/2015 10:05

I know things might be a bit all over the place this month. I promised DH that I wouldn't get the opk's out again but maybe just this month to see where things are at? Or is that just the slippery slope to madness (spent a long time ttc first pregnancy)?

CarrotVan · 12/06/2015 10:23

I have used opks in my wtf cycle to see what was happening but it's actually the first month I've used them.

redredwine4 · 12/06/2015 12:07

Welcome poo. Opks worked very well for me before the mc. I have fallen out with them since as they are not doing what I want them to do. However I'm glad I've used since the mc as they have alerted me to what might be an ovulation problem.

disney do you usually get symptoms? 7dpo is early days so don't count yourself out yet at all. Out of interest, did you ever get a fixed smiley face? Nothing to report from me. It'll be a miracle if I fall pg this month. I'll hold off till next Sat to poas. You?

ibeka, drifting- any sign of o for you guys?

Hi to everyone else

keys27 · 13/06/2015 06:59

Tft I am sorry to hear of your loss 4 weeks ago tomorrow I had a D+C. I was desperate to get pg again I drove these guy mad lol. I did calm down my cycle has been all over the place though. I do wish you a bfp really soon. We all know what your going through on here Flowers. I have never met such a supportive and caring group before your in good hands here.
Big hugs huni it will get easier I promise you. xx
I have been using OPK's hun. I kept getting two lines faint ones. I had no idea what I was doing lol.

carrot Has the spotting stopped yet hun? Your near test date are you not?

disney So sorry your having this trouble with with ovulation. As red said defo is early days still hun.

Well I dunno how to say this I am so confused. AF due tomorrow clearblue negative 2 days ago. Done the cheapy one this morning and have a really faint pg line its faint but its defo there so I am off to get a FRSR to see if that line is darker than last week and if it is it I am pg again. Red You could of well been right however I really am not getting my hopes up my cycle has been so messed up.

I will keep you guys posted. Have a lovely weekend. xx
