Well, I thouht I'd better start this thread as I am CD1 of my 6th cycle of trying for our very precious first baby. This is going to be a lucky and positive thread, I can feel it so I'm laying down the babydust now so that as you join me, you can collect your dose .

For those who join me, what are you doing differently this cycle?

Hi all, haven't posted on here for a while I was trying not to think about getting pg too much but it's not working.

Have still been coming on to see how it's going for everyone. Sorry about the AF's that have arrived. I really hoped that there would be lots of you with BFP's, your all so lovely it's just not fair!

I'm on 6dpo and testing on 14th Dec if AF hasn't arrived before then. Here's hoping that we get what we want for Christmas

i drunk grapefruit juice on sun morning in hotel. i never drink grapefruit juice, even over the last 6 months of ttc.

things are getting serious.

now i just need to feel womanly and desirable enough (blasted spots, fat tummy, hairy legs etc) to have sex. that would be a start :-)

lets see if it's worked. Had my first mince pie yesterday yay! Loving the sound of your Creole christmas cake MrsmcClaus must do some Christmas baking this week.

I know what you mean Sparklybits, I feel so unattractive just now, when people say just have sex when you want it and don't think of it in terms of TTC, well, that would be never right now really!

KittiwakesSnowflakes... yeah, we are cycle buds are we not!? I am CD24 today. I am symptom free actually... which I am not sure is good or bad really. My temps have been higher this month, but not sure what to make of that really, if anything?? How are you? I won't test until 5 days after AF due (well that is the plan) so I think you will be testing before me! Good luck!

I'm CD24 too, have had some odd symptoms in the last week but not sure if they only exist in my head Feeling a bit ratty today and have ginormous spot on chin which are usual signs of AF so feeling much less optimistic than I did last week. 5 days would take more self-control than I possess so I will test on Sat I think Good luck to you too and anyone else testing soon, keeping my fingers crossed.

Now on the topic of grapefruit juice how much are you ladies drinking and are you just drinking this during ovulation? I'm trying to stomach a glass today and its not going down...uuugh!!! Is pink grapefruit juice ok - its far nicer??

On the subject of grapefruit juice... when are you supposed to start drinking it, and for how many days during your cycle?

Pink grapefruit much better than normal grapefruit juice! Not sure when to take it, I think first part of cycle til ovulation, but not totally sure. Certainly worked for me, in increasing obvious amounts of CM, but then ovulation seemed to be delayed!! Don't think it was grapefruit-related though!

Dh Humphing at me, so I'd better go - hopefully I'll get back on later this evening!

XmassyCharlotte, the grapefruit is up to OV I believe [?????]

And I asked about pink grapefruit BoJingles, and although I can't remember who, someone said that it's the same as golden grapefruit, and you are SOO right, the pink is far nicer.

Completely forget the grapefruit juice this cycle, but to be honest EWCM was not in short supply
