New thread!
This thread pretty much does what it says on the tin...
Shall we start with some stats?
I'm 32, TTC since last Jan, 2x MMC last year and on second cycle of trying again.

Thanks Mrs. Couple of weeks time for when I'm 8 weeks. Although I think I ovulated on day 18 so that would put me back a few days wouldn't it? Xx

MrsConfusion · 26/04/2015 23:13

Don't apologise fizzie - or anyone - this is a good team of women for hand holding and support in all sorts of different life situations. The bit we have in common is mc - and not judging each other. This is the place to be honest when it's so hard in RL
Flowers just because you're all fab

Mamama31 · 26/04/2015 23:47

Thanks Marys, I agree DH has been so supportive. He has actually overwhelmed me with how he's been. I just wish I knew how to tell him how much he has actually helped me, I don't think he realises what a dark hole he has pulled me out of!

Fizzie do not apologise, it must be so terrifying and I completely get that you would have such anxiety around this and know I'd be exactly the same. Just get through each day at a time as best you can and keep busy to make time pass quickly until your scan. Everyone on here will support you and listen to your fears without any judgement.

littlebbunny · 27/04/2015 06:46

Just took a hpt. BFP on CB & FRER. I had my mc on the 29/3 and no af in between so feeling very nervous. I only took a test because I decided to take my temp and it was higher than what I've seen.

mrsdiddlydoo · 27/04/2015 08:38

fizzie we'll be here holding your hand come scan time

Wow littleb no hanging around for you! congratulations! Hope its a sticky this time Smile

Fizzie100 · 27/04/2015 08:49

Thank you Mama, Mrsc and Mrsd you are all wonderful and kind women. Before the MC I was a firm believer in dreams absolutely being able to come true so today I've decided to revert back to my old way of thinking and be as positive as I can. Lots of love ladies and congrats little bunny! Wonderful news xx

Tootle10 · 27/04/2015 08:50

Thanks all for the warm welcome.

littleb - so pleased to hear your news this morning. Can understand your nervousness but this is a new pregnancy and everything I read indicates there's no risk from conceiving straight after mc.

mamama - your day out sounds idyllic and well deserved.

itboils - baby bombs are the worst. But completely agree with others, no reason to put your ttc on hold.

In my news, had lower back ache for about a week - now on cd25. Before mc I never had any sign that AF was coming (other than being a bit irrational in the few days before - but I only ever saw that with hindsight Wink). Last month, which was my first AF post mc, I had back ache in the week leading up. Seems that mc has given me a new pre AF symptom. Anyone else had this?

kep1979 · 27/04/2015 10:37

ibeka - sorry AF got you Flowers

mamama glad you had a great day out, I was really anxious too but it is getting better - and luckily like you I have an amazing dh who has shown just how amazing he is.

boils sorry for the baby bomb - I just don't get people who think others are steling their thunder. Here's your grip hands over grip

fizzie hopefully things will get easier after your scan - and we are here to listen and hand hold.

littleb woohoo - congratulations Smile I can totally understand you being nervous, but like the others say, this is a totally new pregnancy and hopefully will be a boring nine months for you.

Mamama31 · 27/04/2015 10:47

Littleb congrats! Lovely news! Hoping it's a sticky one for you x

Thanks everyone, I'm glad that I'm starting to enjoy days now and I did make it through 2 days without any tears so that is progress for sure. Today we are buying a new little tree for our garden then going for lunch. The tree will be planted as a little memory of our loss but also to remind us that we have got through it together.

Although I'm feeling stronger I do have niggling worries, that it took such a long time for our bfp (almost 2 yrs) and we really want to do this naturally before needing ivf (which we will be at the top of the list for treatment in jan 2016). I'm just wondering if anyone on here got a bfp after mc quite quickly when they were ttc for quite a long time for their first bfp?? I'd love to think that it could happen again for us soon, but doubting that given how long it took before.

redredwine4 · 27/04/2015 11:14

Congratulations littleb! Xx

littlebbunny · 27/04/2015 11:15

The support here has been amazing and just want to say thank you ladies. Xx

I'll be sticking around and hoping you ladies get your sticky beans soon.

Adventuregame · 27/04/2015 11:38

Littleb that's wonderful news !! Congratulations !! I'd be exactly the same worrying but as everyone says it's a whole new pregnancy with every chance of sticking !!

Mamama so glad you had a lovely day - I told you the crying gets less. Hope you find a nice tree - I look out at my plant every morning as I open the curtains and have a little smile to myself !

Mamama31 · 27/04/2015 12:07

Thanks adventure. I know, it does get easier but I fear the want to be pregnant again is going to take over and it's so annoying as after such a long time, I had finally over those last few months before our bfp just let go and got on with life. And now I feel I will be desperately obsessing again. I need to just chill out and get through each day! Please tell me to chill out!!!!

Adventuregame · 27/04/2015 12:45

CD26 and definite ewcm. Thermometer and chart arrived today so as soon as i've had my first af I should be ready I guess.

It's still hard for me to actually think of ttc as we had just left things to chance last time. I've never had a real overpowering maternal longing for a baby (sorry if that's not the done thing to say on here) but DP and I decided that we did see it in our future and hadn't wanted to leave it too late. So actually saying 'yes lets try and get pregnant' is freaking me out a bit !! I keep thinking of how devastated we both were when we found out about mmc so that tells me that we do really want this, it's just I spent the whole 12 weeks pregnant getting my head around it and then bam it all changed and I'm back to square one to go through it all again with the added challenge of following the mmc I think your naievity of prgnancy is shot to shit (fave quote) !

Sorry for rant just needed to voice it !! Wish I was just 12 weeks again with all my plans in place.

CarrotPuff · 27/04/2015 13:29

That's fantastic news MrsM, stay put little bean!

brickie we are cycle buddies (have I said that before??) - I also ov'ed on CD13 (I think), but I'm one day behind you - 4dpo.

Huge congrats bunny, I'm keeping everything crossed for you! I think they'll send you for a scan to date pregnancy as you haven't has an AF, but don't quote me on that.

Fizzie today you are pg. Just keep faith. One day, one step at a time. You'll get there love Flowers

Boil that is so hard, you've dealt so well with it though. Also there's a grip for you Wink

secret I'd say having in mind your history you should request the same drugs. The losses are so hard, but if you've always wanted 3, then I would say go for it. If it doesn't happen then at least you'll know you've tried xx

Mamama your day sounds lovely, keep the positivity going!

Ibeka sorry about the witch. It's very normal and acceptable to be upset with her arrival and eat lots of chocolate and get drunk but as the cycle goes on you'll feel ready again. Hugs Flowers

I'm feeling a bit down myself. Keep seeing mums from baby groups with lovely bumps. Can't help thinking I would have had a bump too by now Sad Someone hand me a grip...

Romeolovesjuliet · 27/04/2015 13:31

Congratulations littleb, lovely news. I conceived my DD after my mc with no AF in between - I was terrified too but she was born perfect at 38 wks. Try not to worry and take each day at a time.
tootle I have also had the backache in the lead up to AF - adding insult to injury!

AtAt · 27/04/2015 15:32

Hi, hoping I can join? I had a miscarriage mid March. I've just had my first period since, so feel like we can properly start trying again now...

Mamama31 · 27/04/2015 15:59

Welcome Atat! I hope you are feeling ok.

We went today and bought a rose tree. We didn't really know what kind of tree we wanted but we passed this little rose tree and when we read the label is said "remember me rose tree" SOLD!!!!!

I felt very low this morning but have picked up after our nice lunch and tree shopping. Hoping to enjoy a nice relaxing eve with DH and be grateful that I have got through another day hopefully without tears.

Carrot I know it's so hard when you see things that make you think what could have been. I'm trying so so hard not to do that, I keep telling myself babies are born every day, people will be pregnant every day and shops will sell cute baby things every day regardless of my situation so I'm just going to have to cope somehow! It's so hard x

kep1979 · 27/04/2015 16:50

atat welcome over this side Smile

Nousername2015 · 27/04/2015 16:52

Afternoon ladies, just wanted to check in.
Littleb - huge congratulations, hope you have a textbook pregnancy.
For anyone who got AF this month, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for next month with you!
Adventuregame - I really identified with your last post. It's been a real case of 'you don't know what you've got til it's gone'. I say we are trying a 'relaxed' approach this month (first since mc) but in my head that's not quite working out and I've been tracking my cycle app obsessively which isn't helping anything. Must. Put. The. Phone. Down.

Adventuregame · 27/04/2015 16:57

Nouser that made me smile !! I'm exactly the same.I'm tracking on an app too ! Also, I've got thermometer, opk, chart, pregnancy tests - it's like a military operation !! DP won't know what's hit him when I start demanding dtd !!

MissMrsMummy · 27/04/2015 18:10

littlebunny gosh! congratulations! That is uncanny actually, I m/c on 29 March and got bfp first cycle after as well! Fx it's sticky for both of us x

mamama yes I took a long time to get a bfp, 14 months, then m/c, then bfp straight after. Someone told me your body has to 'learn' how to be pregnant sometimes. Let's hope your body knows what to do now x

MarysPrayer · 27/04/2015 18:19

If only I could have made that a hat trick. I mc on 29th march too, AF arrive today Sad

littlebbunny · 27/04/2015 18:51

Aw mary Flowers and lots of hugs. I'll be keeping everything crossed for you and for all you lovely ladies heading into May. xx

missmr I had symptoms but just put it down to af. Temp rise was the only thing that made me test but I have to admit I never had a bbt chart and I took my temps at different times during the day.

Romeolovesjuliet · 27/04/2015 18:52

Sorry for AF Marys. You will feel better in a few days though, promise.
Carrot, I'm really struggling with that too. I would be 27 weeks by now, can't let myself think about it too much. With my last mc, I was pregnant again so quickly that was my focus so it was much easier Sad.
