Shall we start with some stats?
I'm 32, TTC since last Jan, 2x MMC last year and on second cycle of trying again.

I think my faint line was actually an evap or just my line eyes. Either way I've decided I don't like ic.....too many faint lines that are not bfp' s.

My spotting has stopped (hurrah!). I never had it before mc and have always had regular periods. I wonder if it was a very light af coming very early. Maybe my body is just going to take longer to recover than I first thought.

Keeping my fingers crossed that your afs stay away ladies x

I eventually will test on a frer if no af. I don't think I ov this month though. The ic could detect tiny amounts of hcg after mc (I was also having blood tests so I know what the ic' s were able to pick up) so there's no real hope that it's just the brand of test not working for me.

redwine glad your spotting has stopped - I'm having very very faint spotting too, no idea when AF is due - maybe the weekend if I ovulated a week after my mc? Keeping my fx for you.

brickie I reckon my line eyes have got first - I do hate ics too but a blank FRER is much more depressing as they are so much more expensive!

madgie I will keep on using the ics rather than waste a more expensive test, unless I get a decent line - this morning's test was definite stark white BFN and with the spotting I reckon AF is imminent.

Argh, and to make it worse I've just realised that my next ov will occur when we are away staying with my dsil (the heavily preg one) and we'll be sharing a bedroom with our kids. Next month is my last and final chance too and now that's gone as well. Pass the vodka SadSad

kep it's difficult to know what spotting means. Are you still in your WTF cycle? Hopefully you''ll get a bfpssoon, and if not an af so that youatleast know where you stand

redwine yep miscarried on 15 March, so still in the WTF cycle. Obvs hoping for a BFP, but like you say, if I get AF then hopefully I'll know where I am next cycle.

It is taking all of my strength not to test. My tactic in the morning is to wee quickly as soon as I get up, therefore taking the decision away from me. But in the evenings.....

I feel like a TTC alcoholic. I have to tell myself that there is only one day that I have to not drink test, and that day is TODAY.

Going out for a walk with my friend, which will take my mind off it.

Just wanted to say hi and let you know I'm reading and will hopefully join you soon.
I mc Tuesday and had a scan to confirm yesterday. I feel like I just want to jump in and try again atm but not sure if it's too soon.
Anyway just wanted to let you know I'm here as I feel weird reading threads like this when people don't know I'm reading their very personal posts. Fx for all of you and apologies for my rambling post!

Does anyone have any experience of using opks in their first cycle after mc. I'm technically on cd12 (if I count first day of mc as cd1). This is usually when I start getting a line on my ic opks. So far though, nothing. I am getting ewcm though Confused Is ovulation usually a bit later in the wtf cycle? I've done some googling and have just read that is usually 2-4 weeks after mc, which would make the first cycle 4-6 weeks long. ..

Mary my experience of opks in the wft cycle is minimal! Since my last mc I've struggled to get positives. I think everyone's different. I'm sure you'll ov soon.

redwine I normally managing to keep poa(verylotof)s to a minimum but I've done 3 today.

Brickie your dh sounds as well trained as mine. Wine cheers by the way... But I'm just on Cake today.

So my tests gave me the faintest hint of a line, but it doesn't feel right. I'm convinced its just an evaporation line. I'll try again tomorrow or Saturday if I can wait that long. I will try really hard to refrain... Not sure AF will show up unless I stop the progesterone...

Marys I think it's common to ov later in wtf cycle. Some people (like me) don't ov at all. In wtf that is. That's why it's wtf cycle...

Not feeling too positive today, as had my usual pre AF clear out today and a couple twinges. Nothing here yet. I almost want to hold my breath...

mrsD sounds positive - I have everything crossed for you. The two times I've had a positive were the 2 months I was sure I wasn't pregnant!

Also I think I have stopped bleeding now. Will I ov now or do I need a AF before I get back to normal? Sorry for stupid questions I have no idea what happens after mc.

I don't think I'm ovulating since the mc (week I'm yet to get a positive opk in either of my cycles) so I think that's fairly normal marys
Fx mrsd are you doing another one today?
The reason this is my last month of trying before a break is that we're going on holiday and any further trying would potentially put me in a position that if it was another mmc I would be either finding out about it at an early scan a couple of days before leaving then having to have the confirmation scan when we get back OR I would be a couple of days after the surgery when we left. Pessimistic I know but I really feel the need to enjoy our holiday for the sake of the kids. We're camping for a fortnight in Cornwall so it's full on and not like we're going all inclusive to Spain where I can just relax lol. That means we can't really try now until September at the earliest. The month I should've been due.
