AF arrived this morning, CD34. Probably won't be a +ive november for me either as DH is going away for 2 months sometime later this month, so he probably won't be here for my fertile window, but ya never know (in the army the dates for things change all the time, so gotta keep hoping). Will keep using my Persona this month just in case we can fit one or two BDs in at the right time.

I'm going to try and get some more BD action when DP gets home- still feeling CM downstairs- sorry TMI .

RachelRose · 15/11/2006 10:09

Morning all!!! Huge Congratulations to Firststar - Great news!!!

And I'll be joining you in the due in July thread - Got a BFP this morning with first pee. It was still feint (so more of a LFP - Little Feint Postive than a BFP) - but a line is a line! Am really really pleased, but wobbling a bit as well, especially after watching the Robert Winston programme last night - we have genetic issues to consider but I've decided I'm going to cross that bridge when I come to it - for now I'll just enjoy the 'postive'!

Greedy - I think it perfectly natural to come on here and rant I think MN is fab!! But like you, and others, I can't bring myself to tell my DH about it - I reckon he'd just take the piss. Glad you got your BD in last night. Good luck with the positive OPK.

Yippppppppeeeeeeeee, 2 more BFP, so overjoyed for you both Firstar and RachelRose and how nice to be graduating from here together!! Wishing you both happy, healthy and wonderful pregnancies!

Firstar - if you can get a BFP on effort, I think that you would have got first prize, very impressive BD record!!

Greedy - I am so impressed by your DH's commitment!

RachelRose · 15/11/2006 12:05

Thanks Firststar and Bubble,

The new things I did this month were Evening Primrose Oil and temping - I know the temping didn't directly help but I also ditched the OPK's and generally felt really relaxed about the whole ttc thing. I think I OV'd on CD17 and we BD'd every other day until just recently. Around OV I did sneak off to the bathroom (trying to keep all the 'product' in place! ) and did air cycling! God knows what my DH thought, but he was just lying there with that satisfied look on his face!

Good luck to everyone else - there's some good BFP vibes on this thread

RachelRose · 15/11/2006 12:07

Thanks to you as well MrsMc - we crossed posts. Good luck with the BD-ing for this month...

Bodkin · 15/11/2006 12:08

Oh My God!!!! Am putting some bunting up right now!!! Is this a record month for BFPs?

RachelRose - so thrilled for you. It must be a very mixed bag of emotions for you at the moment but am so chuffed you're joining us on July. Large portion of sticky stuff for you.

Firstar, you are a naughty girl but I think the result justifies the sneaky peek a couple of days early! Congratulations, and lots of sticky stuff for you too.

Greedy, I think it is just gorgeous that DP came all the way home to make a baby. Call me hormonal and bonkers but I think it is lovely, even if he did have to go back. Don't be a mad paranoid bird like me clearing the history (but if you are on AOL it is very easy - go to "Edit" on the top bar and click on "clear toolbar history". If you use Internet Explorer, go to Internet Options - it is in there somewhere) God I am so sad - what does this say about the state of my relationship with DP?!!!!

Honeyapple - hoping for a "one-minute wonder" for you!!!!

Will be 5 weeks tomorrow. Told DD last night - she told me she had a baby in her tummy too!!! I do hope not, she's not even 3 yet.

Hello to everyone else xxx

MrsMcJnr · 15/11/2006 12:15

Ah Bodkin - how cute! My friends kids keep asking me if I have a baby in my tummy like their mummies do, they think everyone does - if only!

RachelRose · 15/11/2006 12:23

Thanks Bodkin!!! Am thrilled too - I'll pop over to July to say hello.

Very cute about your DD - I dont think my DS is going to handle it very well!

MrsMc - Your time will definately come. When will you next be testing so we can send good vibes your way?

MrsMcJnr · 15/11/2006 12:27

6 December but I have started collecting babydust already...

RachelRose · 15/11/2006 12:29

I'll get a ParcelForce van to deliver some more!!

mrspf · 15/11/2006 12:29

Congratulations to all those with BFPs. I have been reading the thread in anticipation of some good news for you all (I'm on the due in July thread too so will see you there).

Good luck in Dec to those still BDing. Hope Santa brings you what you want. xxx

ready4motherhood · 15/11/2006 12:49

WOOOOOO! Firststar congratulations! I would have given you a cyberslap for early testing if it was BFN, but since the result was right, you are let off for early testing . Thrilled for you.

RachelRose - Wonderful news. Thrilled for you too. LOL at the LFP, tee hee. So excited for you!! I might try that cycling trick Oh and when did you take the EPO?

It would be interesting to see a tally of the November BFPs. Soooo exciting!! Please remember to leave all remaining babydust on the conception boards when you migrate to the July thread... hope you will pop back in from time to time to let us know how you are getting on.

Greedy - Sorry about your DH workload, but I was personally impressed by him driving back to BD. What a star!

Bodking - LOL... My DH calls mumsnet "The Cult", when I am online he will say "are you on CultNet again?" he doesn't mind though, he just laughs at us all

RachelRose and Firstar I am so pleased for you

There was some serious bding going on over there

Thanks for all the baby dust and tips we'll be right behind you!

Greedy I am pleased it worked out, given that OPK predicts for 24/36 hours and sperm can last longer you never know

RachelRose · 15/11/2006 13:45

Thanks for all the congratulations!

Ready - I took EPO from CD1 to OV but not beyond. I think that is the general advise. I don't know whether it helped regulate my cycle or not, but with that and temping I defintately felt more relaxed.

See you in the July thread Mrspf

ready4motherhood · 15/11/2006 14:07

It's my first couple of months ttc as you know, and my first proper month of temping (CD5) so I am not 100% sure of my exact ovulation date... would you think it would be ok to take the EPO for say 12 days?? and then stop??

Sorry for all the questions!

MrsMcJnr · 15/11/2006 14:12

Ready - sure that would be fine with the EPO. How's the temping going anyway?

ready4motherhood · 15/11/2006 14:38

Ha ha ha MrsMcJnr - Do you really want to pull at the temping thread?? It's ok, although being poorly I am not sure if my temps will be wrong? I have noted the days I feel like poo. CD5 and the temps have been erratic, but then I wasn't temping this early last month, so it could be normal. I may ask for you to peruse [posh emoticon] my temps later in the cycle, if you'd be so kind?

BBWBabeLisa · 15/11/2006 14:42

Congrats RR!!!! Just popped over here from the TCOYF spotters thread coz my nose was getting the better of me wanting to know if you'd had a BFP! So happy for you!

Ready4 - at "Bodking" !!!

ready4motherhood · 15/11/2006 14:47

PMSL - Oh Bodkin I am sorry . I can't even blame the keyboard, as there is a clear gap between n and g!! Oops. And yet I am chuckling away!!
