AF arrived this morning, CD34. Probably won't be a +ive november for me either as DH is going away for 2 months sometime later this month, so he probably won't be here for my fertile window, but ya never know (in the army the dates for things change all the time, so gotta keep hoping). Will keep using my Persona this month just in case we can fit one or two BDs in at the right time.

Am sure there'll be other ladies who can explain chem pregnancies far better (and accurately) than me, but I think its where there is fertilisation but the pregnancy is lost before the person's period was due to. Hope someone can give you more helpful info...

FemaleoftheSpecies · 30/10/2006 08:29

if you look on www.peeonastick.com it has some useful advice. i definitely got a line on a first response.. but later that day, neg, then next day, dif brand, nothing. either chem preg- it just didn't implant. or the test was faulty for one reason or another / i did test wrongly.

i'm 3 days late, and had on / off mild lower back aches, boobs were swollen/achy, now nipples still big, slightly veiny but not really that achy.. feel constipated and on / off nausea but tesco tests showed neg so far. such a drag isn't it.

endlesslove · 30/10/2006 08:31

Thanks RachelRose. Yes I did one digital test Sunday morning and the read your own jobbie Sunday evening and then I did another digital test this morning.

I have just researched Chem pregnancies and I am praying that this has not happened to me, however I am feeling that this could be the case.

I feel awful.

I have booked a doctors appointment for 10:05 this morning. Feel terrible too for having a day off!

Thanks so much for getting back to me.

RachelRose · 30/10/2006 08:38

Good luck Endless - please let us know how you get on at the docs. Dont feel guilty about work - as things stand you wouldn't be able to concentrate anyway and it would be good for you to hear what the doctor thinks.

FemaleoftheSpecies · 30/10/2006 08:39

good luck endless. dont feel guilty. it's best to be on the safe side

endlesslove · 30/10/2006 08:49

Thank you so much, I will get back to you after my appointment.

Female - I looked on the website you recommended and defo sounds like a chem pregnancy.

Thanks for advice and speak soon. xx

Hello ladies! CD25 for me and 7dpo. Having cramps that don't feel promising, lower ab and back (not had back pains before actually)

What's the chat symptom spotters? any more?

Sideways - fingers crossed AF stays away!

Sorry 1n2s Is that Nov totally out then? If AF arrives on Friday, I'll be moving to a Positive December thread too. Babydust to you.

Ohhh Endless - how exciting and frustrating all at the same time! I have never had a BPF so cannot help but it is early days still - can't remember how many dpo you are but you are CD28 today aren't you? I agree with RachelRose - Drs appointment sounds like a plan so let us know how you get on. Everything crossed for you

Female - sounding promising for you too!

Hello Firststar, hello RachelRose

rubles · 30/10/2006 10:09

Good morning all. I haven't been on in quite while so things have run on loads in my absence.

My AF is coming tomorrow (still October) so I am going to be a proper November person. I fell off the wagon good and proper on Saturday (knew I wasn't pg) so have had a very good weekend & trying to keep calm for the coming month.

MrsMc - poor you with the AF cramps, they are starting early aren't they? That could be a good thing though....

Any room for a newbie? Been posting on another thread with MrsMcJnr (Hi! hang in there!) and she suggested joining in.

Not likely to have any joy this month as I have a lap & dye in a week - think that'll scupper any BD plans (Ow!)....

rubles · 30/10/2006 10:29

sunshinedays, I have a lap and dye planned in for this month (should be in around 8 to 11 days from now). I was rather hoping it would improve my chances for this month, for some reason. I have a scan booked for CD14 too, so am hoping that will show up a nice ripe egg on my ovaries.
How long have you been ttc for?

sunshinedays · 30/10/2006 11:06

Hi Rubles - 2 and a half peskie years!

Yeah - I had plans for a good ol' BD sesh post clearout... but think recovery may be a little longer than I first imagined.....

rubles · 30/10/2006 11:53

Actually, I have just thought, I am having an HSG and that is not the same as what you are going to go through is it? Yours is the one where they actually make tiny incisions in the skin, as opposed to going in via the cervix, am I right?
Have you had many tests prior to this?

Uki · 30/10/2006 11:57

Hi All
Congrats lou dh will be over the moon i'm sure.

Mrs Mc I always get af like cramps when preg, so who knows.

I'm cd 23 and noticed in the last 2 days alot of EW CM, (should be dry now) trying to figure out if I'm ov again or pg also had a glob yesterday and read it could be part of Cervical plug forming....mmm 1w wait to see, any ideas???

I guess i should know, this will be my 6pg,(only have 1 ds though) and you seem to notice different things.

happy bd everyone

sunshinedays · 30/10/2006 12:15

Rubles - HSG is not too bad... certainly shouldn't get in way of November attempt!
(I had an HSG and as a result needed a Lap & dye to investigate futher)
You may get a bit of af like pain while they do it and I bled a bit afterwards. On the up side it can help clear the way through.

Good luck!

mrspf · 30/10/2006 12:31

MrsMcJnr- stay positive! I had so much cramping, back pain etc for about a week before AF was due, and for a while after, but as you know, I got my BFP. So until she shows up, you never know. Fingers crossed for Friday- are you testing then, or will you wait a few days?

FemaleoftheSpecies · 30/10/2006 12:37

i'd rather be having the cramps and af signs now. was due friday and have very infrequent minor back cramps. good luck mrs mcj

RachelRose · 30/10/2006 12:53

Hi everyone - Hope we hear back from Endless soon.

MrsMcJ - As others have said AF-like cramps dont necessarily mean a bad thing - keep your chin up. Whats your testing timetable? Are you going to sneak one in before Friday?

Welcome sunshinedays

Its CD18 for me today and for the first time I have EWCM!!! Yiiiippppeeeee! It wasn't much but it was there. DH is working a late shift today and I dont normally stay up but somehow I think I might tonight

However, as I'm only on day 18 of temping, I need to ask a question. I had a dip to an all time low yesterday and it was back up to almost the highest I've had today. Doesn't that indicate I OV'd days ago? I'm still a little confused, but I still feel more positive than when I was using the OPK's.

Either way we've been BD'd on CD13, CD14 and CD16 (and hopefully CD18) so hopefully I've got the bases covered!

Thanks for the words of encouragement guys

Sideways - I felt so pathetic all yesterday , so doped up on brufren/paracetamol cocktail and attached to my hot water bottle for the pains, that I didn't even want an alcoholic beverage. Unusual I know

Kyte - You're right, I've worked out may slightly irregular cycles and I will still be in the November thread (only just)

MrsMcJnr - Fingers crossed for Friday, how are the pains? Could be good news!!!

ready4motherhood · 30/10/2006 13:47

Afternoon ladies!! CD16 today... temperature up this morning (does that mean I OV'd yesterday??)

Endlesslove - Fingers crossed and thinking of you. Let us know how you got on.

Firstar - Yeah, the judges got some stick. It was nice light entertainment to take my mind off ttc.

MrsMcJnr - Fingers crossed for no AF. When will you test??

RachelRose - Drink some coffee (although not too much ) to stay up for some late night BDing!

FemaleOTS - When will you test again?? Are your cycles normally pretty regular?? Fingers crossed.

Sunshinedays - good luck with your lap and dye.

Rubles - good luck with the HSG.

Kyte - How about Oyster Sauce Stir Fry?? DH will be climbing the walls waiting for you to get back!!!

Anyone I have forgotten hope everything is going well. Babydust!!

rubles · 30/10/2006 13:52

Rachelrose, I often get a big dip on the day of ovulation and then the big rise the day afterwards. These things you can only see in retrospect or when you have been temping for a few cycles I guess, but do you think that could be possible? The EWCM contradicts this theory though.

AnguaVonUberwald · 30/10/2006 14:28

Baby dust to all.
I still havn't had my AF - which isn't necessarily positive as I came off contracption over 5 weeks ago.

Need period to start so can start ttc - got all the symptoms but no AF.

I don't think there is anything I can do but wait, its just that its driving me mad. so I wanted to share it with someone.

good luck MrsMcjnr
