This weekend I am off to that there London town to a wedding reception. We've got friends coming for dinner on Sunday and other than that I'm not doing a busting lot. I was going out tonight but I am not feeling too well cystitis is a bitch.

I know I fell off the face of the earth for awhile. Things got utterly mad here at work. My boss, the president and founder our company, announced her retirement after 20+ years running things here. As if that didn't unsettle everyone enough, another senior manager resigned shortly thereafter. There's a lot of speculation as to who will replace my boss (including whether I'll throw my hat in the ring- gulp! Awful lot of responsibility, especially when I'm trying to start a family). Everything is up in the air.

On the baby front -- we had a "just shagging" cycle in April, but ERTD came as expected. The good news there though is that we finally got to move forward with a frozen transfer cycle after two years of trying and three IVF cycles. We finally had one of our little snowflakes put back yesterday! It was just effing AMAZING. I have been writing a blog about it, mostly as a therapeutic outlet. My pregnancy test is one week from today, which is also my birthday. I hope it is a good omen. I am sitting here trying not to believe that every twinge I feel is implantation when it's probably the hot peppers that were on my sandwich for lunch.

I will be relaxing this weekend, per doctor's orders to "take it easy." Lots of crap TV with my feet up. duck sorry you aren't feeling well -- but the weekend sounds fun, love weddings (when I don't have to be in the wedding party).

Hi viroids, dp has hidden the tests. I'm not allowed to poas until Tuesday unless AF comes on monday. Sometimes I really wish he wouldn't listen to my logical self! He is also under the assumption that its not going to happen this month, giving me perfectly logical reasons as to wy I'm irritable, and have a metallic taste in my mouth and reminding me that I had the exact same symptoms this time last month. And also the fact that we will only DTD twice in the fertile window, and have still only done it 5 times this month!

Ds1 has gone to his fathers, I can now concentrate on my studies and get this essay done without having to separate and constantly put kids on time outs and bans because they can't sit in the same room without being horrid to each other! Or annoy each other, or poke each other or fart or moan about a game/toy/book that the other is playing/reading. I have decided I shall teach him to play chess, I'm not much good but once he gets the hang of it I'm sure he'll be great at it! it'll give him something to do other than irritate others.

Thank god school happens on Monday,feeling quite well today, can't sleep at the minute though.
