2014 will bring me a BFP!

I seem to remember there was a year thread when I first joined for 2013 but that didn't go my way. I can't see a 2014 one but I am determined to get my BFP in 2014 and hoping positive mental attitude will help.

Thought if see if anyone wants to join with 2014 goal to get upduffed rather than a monthly bus - some of us just need a longer term strategy!

Sounds like a few of us have appointments and test results coming in Jan then. Hopefully the start of some positive news!

No idea about the symptoms faus but obviously hoping for the best. Not heard if that second drug you mentioned. Must be hard to pinpoint 5 days before AF.

Hmm... Hoping for the best for all of us.
Dr has prescribed that medicine for treatment of infertility and spontaneous abortion (miscarriage) by stimulating the endometrium to prepare for a pregnancy and protect an existing pregnancy.

Hoping for a bfp in the new year too :) may be sooner rather than later as currently on a 2ww and cannot test until the 3rd. (Spotting at min so may be out or the running already) but hopefully 2014 will be the year.

Hello all, nice to join a thread like this. I'm currently moving from bus to bus and while I love the support I feel I need a longer look at the ttc thing rather than seeing it in monthly disappointments.
Ttc no2 and just entering cycle 14.... Had bloods done and DH all ok in the swimmers department. So I guess next I could have a scan to check tubes? Is that what you do next? I've no idea....

In my group there are a lot of second pregnancies all being announced all with the 'first month of trying' tag and I'm finding it hard to smile and not be jealous.

I'm starting some reflexology thins month and also hoping the crazy venos improves my cm too.... I guess relaxing would help but that is easier said than done when you've been trying this long!!!

Room for a little one? TTC #2 was aiming for a 3 year gap before I hit 40. Thought we'd cracked it with bfp in August edd 16th April. Sadly it all started to go wrong at 5+5. It took over 4 weeks to have mc confirmed and almost 12 weeks for af to return.Waiting for af to show up after first cycle ttc (been spotting for past 4 days). Really felt positive about this month and was hoping for a positive end to what has been a mega crappy year. Hoping for a bfp before my edd in 2014

I'm in - on cd19 of first cycle since coming off pill.

Thanks Guys! MC seems to have finally finished today so looking forward to a total new start. Maybe even some sex finally! Will be good to reconnect with OH without it being about ttc!

Had implant removed feb 2014 and ttc #2 since july 2013, only had 2 AF since Feb. Hoping for good news for everyone in 2014!

10 DPO.... Dizziness is a bit low today, no cramps but change in taste of mouth... Couldn't sleep well the night before. Fingers Crossed
I will wait till 13DPO to for HPT.

Hi sazzle . I'm thinking 2014 is our year! Completely agree, that I loved the buses in the first seven months but it got hard to keep up / not let it take over life / cope with the monthly disappointments. Here we are now though... come on 2014.

Hi everyone. I'm new to this website and wanted to join a group with other women TTC in 2014. I came off the pill in Oct last year and had an 8 week wait for my first period. Now after an 11 day bleed we are ready to start. I'm just really impatient and all my friends got pregnant within the first 3 months so it'll be nice to speak to other women with different experiences :) x

Hi all new to this. Been ttc no 2 since coming of depo in November 2012. Not had regular periods since then so unsure if I'm ovulating if going of last period should be due period around 6th hoping for 2014 bfp :D

We found out yesterday that we're officially in the unexplained fertility camp & that we'll be referred for IVF if we don't conceive in the next 4 months. It's great to know that there's nothing physically wrong with either of us & whilst it's frustrating that we've not managed a BFP yet, we start 2014 with hope that it's definitely possible & we have a back up plan now.

It's great to hear several glimmers of hope from others.

AF due 8th jan (i think!) aching boobs, they feel hot and tingly and have had alot of cramping over the last week or so as well - its fun this coming off your contraception malarky! sarky tgough my sex drive has had a serious peak!

Hi ladies, room for another hopeful? My dh and I have been ttc#3 for over a year. I was lucky to fall pregnant with my two ds really easily but since then I've been diagnosed with anovulation caused by PCOS. On Metformin and trying acupuncture after a mc at 7 weeks in October. That pregnancy was achieved on my 2nd cycle of clomid, which I'm giving a rest until early next year. That drug makes me a crazy, hormonal mess! Hoping that all of you on the tww are hanging in there ... I've just ovulated according to + opk so hoping this maybe our month too x

Started TTC in January 2013, have recently had tests that indicate PCOS so I've been referred to the fertility clinic. Appointment is end of January.

Lottie you could test with a First Response test with your first pee of the day? Although, with my two pregnancies I never tested positive until after my af was due. Good luck x

Hi Ladies!
CD 26 and 11 DPO. No symptoms of AF yet as I usually have some crampings and from the last 2 cycles, light brown spotting for 3-4 days till AF comes. The dizziness is bit low, but from the last two nights, I couldn't sleep well and there was lots of restlessness. Very low appetite, bloating and change in taste of mouth.
Trying to control myself not to test till 13 DPO
I hope it remains good till then.

I'm also cd26/11dpo. Had 3 if bfns so not testing today.

I have painful nipples, can't sleep on a night & had to nap at 5pm last night which isn't like me at all.

Only came off microgynon end of Nov so can only predict my cycles.

Will anyone on here stop trying at some point to avoid a Xmas baby?? I know they only come when they want but its a running joke in the family!

Hi twinkle! Welcome to the 2014 thread then; did you get anywhere with the 2012, 2013 one? Any beautiful babies at your end now?

Sounding promising for lottie and faus possibly. We might have some test on the way. Testing is usually day after AF is due but some tests (first response for example) are supposed to work up to 6 days before. Fx!!

No stopping here bella, it's taken too long to get this far so whenever it happens I will be ecstatic.

I'm illllllll! A lovely sore throat to end the holidays. Should be over PV time as well but no smiley yet. Very annoying!
