Oh My Dear God In Heaven - What have we done!!

Ok - I am being dramatic but have every reason to be - have realised after bit of prodding an poking that I can't find my threads to my IUD!!!

Had a bit of a bleed last weekend and heavy pains etc was weird as never happened in between periods before but just thought was one of those things!!

Well since then have had sex 4 times (sorry to be so intimate here!!) and now am terrified that I am up the DUFF!!!!

Last period started 7th of this month and finished on the 13th - what are the odds - can someone please tell me???

It would not be the biggest disaster in the world - DP and I are happy together and have spoken about children and he would love them and I yearn for a baby sometimes but now with facing the reality that it could actually happen I am terrified??

Now I don't want to go and have anew one fitted until I know if an pregnant or not but that means just waiting till my period is due and abstaining!!

Hey - I knew I shouldn't have gone to those meet ups!!

If you have any money or wee left (!!!!) then try not to drink too much as it will water down result, and don't go loo all afternoon (5 hrs or more is good)then when DP comes home, you can do another test!!!!
IT WILL BE POSITIVE TOO !!!!! but just so you know.
(I'm glad I'm not the only mad woman out there doing loads of tests, when I think I'm pregnant!)

vivat we are certainly NOT going to be making it a clean sweep. My dh has had a vasectomy so if I got up the duff I'd have some explaining to do

I am now crying - god must be pregnant - thanks everyone (thanks secur that really is a lovely thing to say ) - am sitting here drinking a big bottle of water with crossed legs and will get lots of tests on the way home - (mind you if I'm not am gonna be so so sad now )

I think you CAN celebrate with cheescake if it's the cooked type or made with cream cheese - it's only unpastuerised soft cheese like brie you can't eat, isn't it?

Oooh yes that will go down well pissing on a stick at my desk - won't really be able to wait for 12 weeks before I tell my employer then will I!!!

I really need to wee again now and not gonna be able to hold it -am going tot he sweetie vending machine and buying 2 bars of chocolate - cause if I find out I'm not I won't be able to use that excuse tomorrow!!!

I've never been that good at longterm sulking as that involves keeping quiet for a certain length of time!
I found out when I was only 3.5 wks too.... makes for a loooooong pregnancy, but at least you'll have loads of time to get used to the idea before the bump arrives. ..... which arrives a LOT quicker 2nd time around BTW.
