As if I'm not on enough threads already....but...
have decide to get pro-active and get fit.

On clomid for three months so I have decided to commit to 100 days of good stuff body-wise.
By 5th August (if I have got my maths right) I WILL be a twiglet!!
Slim (a long way to go), brown (healthily done of course) and with all the bumps in the right places!! Including a nice little baby bump too please!!

I thought if I posted on MN I would HAVE to do it!
Here goes....only 99 1/2 days left.....

I had postmortemed my week and I really can't understand it!! I haven't been bad at all......

Not going to tell you what I put on....but.....I've got 11 pound to lose!!!!!!!!!

OP posts:
coggy · 04/07/2006 07:46

Back to square one like me then.

.....we start again. x

Angsthase · 04/07/2006 09:29

Feeling more positive about my start today. Managed a run yesterday (but not the whole park - always the intention). Still it was hot

Now just have to sort out food side. By the time I got home from the run I couldn't be bothered to cook, so had cheese on toast! - at least it was wholemeal

Coggy alcopops are so full of sugar, I've worked out the drink with least calories and perfect for summer is Vodka slimline tonic - vodka has least no of cals of all spirits - sound like a proper alky don't I

coggy · 04/07/2006 19:04

Hey - I need all the help I can get!!
Don't worry about sounding like an alky....I think I became one this weekend!!!

Also remembered the peanuts and the cheese I ate too!

Funny how you forget some of the bad things isn't it.....?!

Could possibly have been 3 pounds worth though

(Don't tell Hopecat!!!!)

Hopecat · 04/07/2006 22:43

Ah-HAAAHHH! Coggy - you forget! I am a serial lurker!

I shall do some cyber-hypnotherapy on you...

Look into my eyes, look into my eyes, don't look around the eyes, look into the eyes....

Aaaaaand...you're under.

When you wake, you will crave only lettuce, fruit and ryvita.

Aaaaaand....you're back in the room.

HTH

coggy · 04/07/2006 23:09

Just KNEW you'd be out there somewhere - spying on my disasterous week!!!!

Hi there

Hope you don't mind me crashing...
As I sit here eating my fourth caramel snack a jack since coming back from Slimming World.

I MUST lose weight this week!

coggy · 05/07/2006 23:35

Welcome, welcome!!
You are in good company!!!!

OP posts:
Natty1806 · 06/07/2006 07:32

Going to try and be good for def now. Meant to be going on holiday first week off september so are we allowed to extend the challeng (sp) by 1 week?

That will give me 8 weeks to lose 7-11 lbs thinking that 11lbs is a bit unrealistic.

7 would be lovely but will try for 11 (she says having failed to keep any weight off so far...)

Angsthase · 06/07/2006 09:08

Went for a run last night and my leg muscles hurt so much treated myself to big fat glass of wine

The words defeating and object spring to mind!!!

Natty1806 · 06/07/2006 09:22

That's good in my book, because at least you are toning your legs.

coggy · 06/07/2006 11:04

That's VERY good on my book.......I would need gas and air never mind a large glass of wine!!!

OP posts:
coggy · 06/07/2006 11:05

in my book - see....just the thought of it..................

can I crash? want to lose a stone and a half well two really but I'll settle for a stone and a half for now. have been being very good, crunchy nut cornflakes for breakfast, without milk I might add as prefer them without, rivita with marmite or filidelphia light for lunch, and generally cold meat or peppered mackeril for tea with (fattening alert) home-made potato salad with about half a ton of mayo on it - oops. But that's all honest. Started this quest in earnest on monday - I'm desperate!

In terms of exercise we have a cross trainer in the garage but haven't yet had the motivation to get on it because my weight loss seems to slow right down when i do. Some say it's the fat turning to muscle.

only one thing - I'm very picky about fruit/veg so my diet is very boring! lol. But all the chocolate/crisps/sweets/cakes/coke has been cut out of my diet, yes I am trying to avoid the packs of flakes sitting in the fridge - they're for DS' icecreams honest!

Natty1806 · 06/07/2006 14:11

You sound as if you are doing very well. Keep it up, think i would faint eating as little as that.

I have a big app at the moment, need to strink the stomach down so i only want to eat smaller portions.

Today i have had frosted shredded wheat, beans on wholemeal toast and for tea i have got lamb and new pots. Have to admit had had a cadburys mini roll (they were on offer in Asda and had to buy them for by DP but i think i have maganged to eat more than him)

Angsthase · 06/07/2006 14:27

Some git at work has bought loads of jelly babies and lindt chocolate

What is a poor soul to do!!!!

coggy · 06/07/2006 15:02

Yeah - join us too WannaBe

I have just been reading through a Rosemary Conley mag. It's got a 7-day plan that if you follow it twice (for a fortnight) you can lose 7 pounds!

Sounds good......now......off to do a Tesco order!!

Angsthase · 06/07/2006 15:54
