As if I'm not on enough threads already....but...
have decide to get pro-active and get fit.

On clomid for three months so I have decided to commit to 100 days of good stuff body-wise.
By 5th August (if I have got my maths right) I WILL be a twiglet!!
Slim (a long way to go), brown (healthily done of course) and with all the bumps in the right places!! Including a nice little baby bump too please!!

I thought if I posted on MN I would HAVE to do it!
Here goes....only 99 1/2 days left.....

Andyrobo - staying the same is NOT bad....we all put on last week I think so you are doing fine.

Apronstrings - ooh I felt very naughty when I read your message!! It's probably coming up for the 100 days now and I'm not quite the twiglet I intended to be!!
We have one knobble (Hopecat) and I went slightly orange with my Dove moisturiser/tan thing but....no......not twiglets yet!!

Got some more of us now though too.

Decided to get fit and healthy for my next attempt at TTC.

Involves:
Running 3 times a week (in theory)
Eating healthily (most of time)
Stopping alc (AAARRRGGG)

Not sure any of these will happen, but would like to join you here to force my hand!

You are welcome but sound very much better behaved than we have all been!!!

Hopecat - I also had a nasty shock with my clothes tonight! Going out and tried on several pre-pg trousers that I ALMOST fitted into a couple of months after having ds. Now they are too small!! That is REALLY bad isn't it??!!

Anyway still got 11lbs to lose, fair play to Angthase - i can't jog it is far too hard.

How much do you want to lose?

Just about to write my shopping list while BB is on so will be putting healthy food on it.

Not too much damage then at 1/2 pound

I have drunk rather a lot this week. DH away around ov time so haven't cared too much about keeping of the wine etc.
Had some bicardi breezers last night - LOADS of calories!!

been shopping and plan for this week most days is:

cereal
Chopped celey and carrotts
ham sandwich on granery seeded bread
Sugar free jelly
something healthy for tea
Strawberries for pudding

Am going to try to exercise this week but find it hard to get motivted when there are piles of ironing and washing to do... oh and eastender and bb to watch.

I really fancy drinking when it is weather like this, but am going to be good for the week and i normally drink blue WKD's and they are full of so much sugar and additives so best avoid them if i want to lose this week.

Hi Girls,

Went for run on Sat morning then proceeded to get drunk at Englands tragic loss on Saturday and am still recovering!!! - Must have consumed about a million calories in Alcohol

That was followed by carbfest yesterday in attempt to get my head off the settee. Oh buggar. What a crap start!

My good intentions don't seem to have worked so far, may only manage 1 run this week. Don't want to overdo the start - must see it more of a build up .

I have a stone to loose realistically. Will resist alcohol tonight - even though weather is exactly right for a cold beer after work.

and you Natty.....sounds like my weekend.....the idea of running scares me!!

Well i am VERY as something has gone HORRIBLY wrong this week and I just DO NOT believe my scales so I am weighing tomorrow instead of writing down the horrendous weight I was this morning!!

Can't understand it - I had quite alot of alcopops but....surely.....that can't be it??!!

Hmmmmm.....be kind to me tomorrow instead scales!!!
