As if I'm not on enough threads already....but...
have decide to get pro-active and get fit.

On clomid for three months so I have decided to commit to 100 days of good stuff body-wise.
By 5th August (if I have got my maths right) I WILL be a twiglet!!
Slim (a long way to go), brown (healthily done of course) and with all the bumps in the right places!! Including a nice little baby bump too please!!

I thought if I posted on MN I would HAVE to do it!
Here goes....only 99 1/2 days left.....

Ooops Natty!!

I am on a three day MEGA diet to see if it will get me back on track.
Wouldn't normally do it but dh is away so no 'real' meals needed and a good time in my cycle to give my body a diet blast!!

Started today so should end on my Monday morning weigh-in with a flourish!!!

Hope so Coggy!

Well, confessional time. Today (so far) I have eaten...

a bowl of crunchy nut nutty (with angelic skimmed milk)
A toasted tea-cake with butter
2 fried slice with a fried egg and fried mushrooms
half a packet of biscuits
a mini packet of rolos and some smarties

I just cannot stop eating. I know it's pathetic and that I'm a grown woman with a mind of my own, but I just don't seem to be able to stop.

Will one of you (or all of you) kick my arse please?

coggy · 23/06/2006 16:08

Okay - this will make you feel bad and make me feel like that diet angel again....

I have had......

boiled egg & dry toast (!)
small banana
cottage cheese and 5 fat-free crackers

[smug emoticon!!!]

Get you coggy

You are being so good.

Don't worry about it Hopecat, at least if you put on you will make me feel better. LOL

coggy · 23/06/2006 18:41

.......and now I feel dizzy and faint!!!!

Rather hoping that it's Hopecat's story about having AF and still being pg.... but more like the fact that I've gone from eating EVERYTHING in sight...to a last minute panic before weighing on Monday!!!

OP posts:
andyrobo237 · 23/06/2006 21:25

Natty - consider your arse well and truly kicked!!!!

Not sure that is the best way to try and lose weight - but arse kicking surely mustbe a form of exercise and you won't be able to sit down!!! When you have sinned and eaten too much - you shall run up and down the stairs 10 times without stopping!!

I have been to a BBQ where the food was awful and I had a jacket potato and one small peice of meat - even the salad was rank! All the food was burnt to a crisp!! Must have saved a ew calories!!!

coggy · 24/06/2006 12:01

Okay....so my three day kick-start only lasted a day!!!

Partly because I was STARVING and partly because the blinkin' Tesco delivery didn't come last night and so I had no lovely twiglet-type food.

Maybe I won't be losing shed-loads on Monday after all!!!!!

At least I made (a bit of) an effort eh?!

Hopecat · 24/06/2006 13:43

I am being appallingly uncontrolled this week. You know what it's like towards the end of the 2ww...

Will attempt some damage limitation over the next couple of days, but I will have gained some weight. Boo.

Natty1806 · 24/06/2006 14:35

Hi Coggy and Hopecat

Just posting to say i have decided to stop posting for a while, and try and stop worring about it so much.

Thanks to you two and everyone else who has helped me in the past few months with questions etc.

Am sure i will be back and you never know i might even pop back on August bank holiday to say i have done it and lost the 11lbs. LOL

Best of luck to everyone and hope you get your BFP soon.

coggy · 24/06/2006 16:54

Sad to hear that Natty. You always make me smile.

Take care and try to relax as much as possible.
Hopefully see you with your bfp soon.
X

Ditto that Natty . I do understand though. Sometimes you just have to step away for a while to get a clear perspective.

Take care - hope to hear from you soon!

coggy · 26/06/2006 13:47

Is there any reason that you haven't posted on here yet today Hopecat??!!

Detective Coggy has seen you on other threads already!!!

I am ill! So not at work today - still managing to drag myself on MN every now and again to have a quick look!

Lost 2 pounds - HURRAH!! Maybe starving myself for one day worked?!

So...8 pounds to go now.
Nearly half a stone - sounds good

Hope you get on okay too tomorrow AndyRobo.

Hello detective coggy.

Don't weigh myself until lunch-time, as that's usually my first opportunity to get to Boots.

Congrats on your weight-loss - VG!

I put on a pound. Actually, considering my stupendous food-intake, constipation and possible impending AF, that's better than I was expecting.

So: 10 pounds to go!

coggy · 26/06/2006 18:57

Oh yeah! I forgot you go to Boots!!
How suspicious I am!!

I always put weight on around AF time - I guess it would be the same even if pg.

I had to have a MEGA good few days to get my weight-loss...surely it could be easier than this??!

OP posts:
Hopecat · 26/06/2006 19:01

You are fantastic diet-guru and I am crap diet-gnu.

Or something.

coggy · 26/06/2006 19:04

LOL - I don't know about that!! Either bit!!

I guess life would be a bit easier if I bothered to do some exercise??!!

OP posts:
coggy · 27/06/2006 16:09

Hey Hopecat - I've just thought......

...you are our first knobbly bit!!!

OP posts:
Hopecat · 27/06/2006 20:36

What are you implying?

coggy · 27/06/2006 20:38

I was going to say "lumpy bumpy" but that didn't sound so flattering!!!

OP posts:
Hopecat · 27/06/2006 20:42

Think I will have to officially resign from this thread - dieting is not really on the cards right now.

Can I keep coming back to say hello? I'll miss you otherwise...

(Of course it would be wonderful if you could join me on the March thread...)

coggy · 27/06/2006 20:52

Please, please, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze keep coming back. I will miss you lots and lots if you don't.

I will do my VERY best to join you!!

OP posts:
Hopecat · 27/06/2006 22:23

I'll have to have my own '40 weeks to become a whale' section'.

apronstrings · 27/06/2006 22:25

ooohh - i read this thread when it first started - haven't got time to read it all...but how are you doing in your quest to be thin and brown?

andyrobo237 · 28/06/2006 12:35

Oh well - a bad week for me as I stayed the same! Must have not been watching what I was having - haven't had many treats, but maybe too much cheese and bread an potato! Roll on to next week - 7 weeks to hols!!!

andyrobo237 · 28/06/2006 12:37

BTW congrats Hopecat - just seen your other post elsewhere! Wow!
