As if I'm not on enough threads already....but...
have decide to get pro-active and get fit.

On clomid for three months so I have decided to commit to 100 days of good stuff body-wise.
By 5th August (if I have got my maths right) I WILL be a twiglet!!
Slim (a long way to go), brown (healthily done of course) and with all the bumps in the right places!! Including a nice little baby bump too please!!

I thought if I posted on MN I would HAVE to do it!
Here goes....only 99 1/2 days left.....

I'm still chuckling now (especially as I've just remembered laughing about you on Putsborough as well!! Wink

lol coggy. You've got a dirty mind, do you know that? Grin

andyrobo237 · 16/06/2006 13:26

Well I am sitting here eating stawberries and blueberries with a dash of frozen yoghurt (hoping it tastes like ice cream!) Have also had tuna and ryvita and two nectarines. Grin

Did I mention the scarmbled egg toastie for breakfast, and the not so small danish pastry for elevenses Sad Blush

Hangs her head in shame - it will be salad for tea with peppered steak!

Natty1806 · 16/06/2006 15:04

That's not too bad, when do you weigh?

coggy · 16/06/2006 19:00

Andyrobo...sounds good to me!!
I have eaten sooooooooo much tea that I've had to undo my jean's button.
Good food I must add but loads of it - followed by strawberries...just strawberries...no cream, scones, sugar etc.

Oh...and a beer.....and a bottle of white wine (not had yet but AF came today so I will have lots tonight I'm sure!!!)

QUOTE FOR THE WEEK.....
Just read this in the Rosemary Conley mag that I bought because I am drinking lots of wine and eating stuff I shouldn't as AF is here!!

"If you eat junk you'll look like rubbish!"

Good eh?!
Now....how can I apply that to twiglets.......?

OP posts:
Hopecat · 18/06/2006 20:43

What a charming woman that Rosemary Conley sounds.

Really hungry right now but trying to be strong before weigh-in tomorrow.

MY STOMACH GURGLES MEAN I'M GETTING THINNER. MY STOMACH GURGLES MEAN I'M GETTING THINNER.

God I want some chocolate.

coggy · 18/06/2006 21:16

Hey I think I like your quote better Hopecat!!! Grin

coggy · 19/06/2006 07:38

Naughty Coggy!!!
Put on a pound - no great surprise there though.
I have AF and I think that last week jolly-well ought to have caught up with me as I was so bad!

Onwards and upwards this week.
Hope you've done better Hopecat.

Good luck for tomorrow Andyrobo.

ttc 12months (exactly yesterday!!!)
10 lbs to lose (bummer that's gone up!!)

Natty1806 · 19/06/2006 09:14

Never mind coggy we still have a few weeks to go, am sure we will do it, and you never know we might even get a BFP before then.
x

Hopecat · 19/06/2006 13:37

Afternoon.

Well, I didn't lose anything. I'm not surprised as I found it really hard to control myself this week.

Still having a treat Monday though.

Sorry to hear about your gain coggy. If you lose 2 pounds next week you'll still have avaraged a pound and a half a week. Smile

I must try harder.

Natty1806 · 19/06/2006 14:03

Well done Hopecat, i find it hard to lose every week.

Going to try and stay off the booze next weekend, to see if makes a difference( all those calories) plus as i am just starting to temp chart, it shoots up loads the next morning if i have drunk the night before and sunday i did not wake up on time to take it. x

andyrobo237 · 20/06/2006 09:02

Bad luck to you all on staying the same / small gains. It is always hard around AF time - I usually gain a pound or two.

I am reporting a two pound weight loss - but unortunately it is not though sensible dieting (before you all say anything) - my husbands mother died on saturday night - not too unexpected and a releif or everyone, but sad anyway - hence my weightloss as food has been low down on the list of priorities. These things happen, but the hardest part was telling my 4 year old - that had me in tears.

Anyway - one to the next week - focusing on holida in 6 weeks time - still need to lose 8 lbs!

Natty1806 · 20/06/2006 09:41

Sorry to hear that. x

8lbs in 6 weeks am sure you can do it. Smile

Hopecat · 20/06/2006 11:47

Sorry for your loss andyrobo Sad. It was a relief when my Grandma died too. She had alzheimers for 2 years, and the real Grandma was long gone. Plus she was very unhappy.

Hope you and your family are doing ok - my thoughts are with you.

coggy · 20/06/2006 21:58

Sad Andyrobo - sorry to hear about your grotty week (and your gran and her alzheimers Hopecat - that's a grim thing).

You are very kind putting 'small weight gain' Andyrobo - thank you!! :)

OP posts:
coggy · 20/06/2006 21:59

Natty1806 · 22/06/2006 11:27

Hi girls

I can't seem to get in to the being good head at the moments and just keep being bad.

will weigh tomorrow but should imagine it will be a big gain but am going to start again tomorrow. Those famous words of mine!

Hope you are all doing better than me, x

andyrobo237 · 22/06/2006 13:15

Well I keep trying - I am trying to cut down on sugary foods this week - ok until I had cake out at lunch on wednesday!

Keep at it and we will get there!

Hopecat · 22/06/2006 22:38

Well, I'm eating quite a lot but am doing loads of exercise.

Not keeping as close an eye on my calorie consumption as I should be.

V. tired now. Beddy byes.

Night night x

Natty1806 · 23/06/2006 08:08

Put on 1.5 lbs

bad natty

Hopecat · 23/06/2006 10:45

Oh, well, Natty - it's only a pound and a half. You'll get that off in a week no bother!

Just been reading Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason again - ROFL. Are we like that?

At least don't weigh myself every day, I s'pose.

Natty1806 · 23/06/2006 11:28

Thanks yeah am going to try and lose it for next week.

I am good at the moment and only weigh twice a week, i know i should only do it once, but this is an improvement as i have had times in my life where i would weigh twice a day.!
