Ladies, Fred title says it all; we are the ones who shag as much as our men can cope with in order to get upduffed without the stress of scientific whatnots!

JSing lingo;

ERTD = Evil Red Tide of Dooooooommmmmmm. Or AF to most others.

Pant snot = Egg white cervical mucus.

Doing a kitten = Getting upduffed soon after joining (warning: may induce in other posters).

Viroid = This is you, dear poster. This is from the first JS thread when someone tried to type 'ladies' and it autocorrected to 'Viroids' - so there you go!

POAS = Pee On A Stick (of the pregnancy detecting kind, not from a tree). Also known as PIAR (Pee In A Ramekin - cos we're posh birds innit). Or PIATLH (Tea light holder) PIAWG (Wine glass) or anything else you care to pee in!

Shagging like something = JSing like a teenage nymphomaniac.

Giving a hooya = Giving a much needed slap to a fellow poster in danger of slipping into ttc obsession.

Contraband = Of COURSE none of us EVER partake of any silly opk's or temp charting. They are Contraband

I go for a baby wipe... wipe to avoid the wet patch. We buy TONS of baby wipes.

red me and dh bought a new bed and mattress last jan from ikea its lush! ! Its a half and half sprung on the bottom with memory foam on the top half with an extra 2-3 inch memory mattress ontop!! It is heaven theres no place like bed!

Oh woe is me. One of my best friends texted me to say she is upduffed. Obviously I feel happy for her, but here we go again . . . and I'd done so well not thinking about it all for the last few weeks.

Ha ha - you guys have cheered me up though - the wet patch is ALWAYS on my side. Grrr.

I am doing terribly with detowing as well. I've had to work very ahrd this week and I've been having way too much quaffee to keep me going. I am a bit disappointed in myself as I'd managed to get it down to a cup a day. Must try harder. . .

My dh is back home tonight after working away so may try to get one more js in. I think it may be too late if my pains were ovulation pains but its not really a hardship to do . My caffeine intake is also wary too high but i figure ill go cold turkey when i get a bfp ;-)

Sorry to hear that bear, its horrible isn't it. Hope you are ok. You feel happy for them, sad for yourself and guilty for being envious, thats how I always feel anyway.

My DH is back tonight too coffee. I think we will be too late too but will give it a go anyway as long as DH isn't totally repulsed by my snotty cold! Happy jsing!

humpty baby wipes are a good idea, if the clench and roll fails! although why are they called BABY wipes, if I had a flipping baby there wouldn't be so many flipping wet patches. I shall update you all with wet patch status after tonight's boffing, bet you can't wait!
essie your poor mum with the petrol spreadsheet, i think i would rebel if things ever got to that stage. DH has an oyster card spreadsheet for our travel, but that doesn't require any effort from me. Your cat incident gave me an image of a mrs twit-like character poking a mouse under the oven and putting it in a pie. Hope the mouse was caught and the non-mouse pie eaten!

coffee hope the JSing was successful. I've tried going cold turkey from caffeine before and had loads of horrible headaches so am trying to cut down gradually this time. I don't know how I'll cope without my morning cup of tea if I get preggers though.
I was at the in-laws last night, although just for the eve so no DEPRAVED JSing like some of you... Nephews and niece are so very cute, although of course I drank lots of wine to prevent suspicion of upduffedness.

The never fail clench and roll put into practice before OH left for work this morning, little does he know as soon as he left the clench and roll turned into the more popular but lesser discussed pillow under bum, fanjoo in air move.

MrsAVB, mouse still at large, but not under the cooker now, not sure where it's gone. Humane trap currently laden with pie crust, chocolate and peanut butter but I hadn't caught it by this morning. I was worried about putting the cooker on and roasting said mouse, but in the end greed hunger got the better of me as it was not just any pie, it was an M&S pie.

My BFP is allegedly due 30th April, although my last 3 cycles have been 25, 34 and 29 days so who knows! I think I'm going to avoid testing til the 30th though.

Not entirely sure what date AF is due, I've so far had a cycle of 28,28 and 32 but the app say she's due around the 30th, so then I guess.

Fugitive mouse apprehended and released a safe distance away. It had eaten every last morsel of the snacks I put in the trap! At least it went off with a full tum! It was cute.

My cycle was dead on 26 days last 4 cycles, but last time I had worse than usual pains from 25 days but ERTD didn't actually show til day 29, then was gone within 2 days. All a bit weird and hoping this time will be more normal. Going on a hen do shortly after ERTD due though so will be testing before the do either way so I know whether I can drown my sorrows drink or not!

You could get points for style and ingenuity!?

Hi all. Room for one more? I have been lurking for a bit and thought it would be nice to join in. I'm 28 and ttc no 1. I have had weird cycles since coming off bcp last September so really have no idea where I am as cycles have ranged from 31-86 days. yes that's 86 and not a typo! Currently on CD34 and judging by the awful pains think I ovulated 2days ago so I guess that puts me in the tww.

This week has been up and down. V. Busy at work . But I lost 2lbs on my 2nd week of ww so that's almost half a stone! close friends who had a miscarriage in oct last year have announced they are 12 weeks prego! Could not be more happy for them! I am on my 2ww and I think out chances could be good this time !

I fell asleep during the spurs penalties last night - bloody extra time ruining my boffing opportunities. I can never seem to manage a morning boff on workdays, I think my brain kicks into work mode the minute the alarm goes off. Any tips? DH got back from his work trip last night after 10pm, ate some cheese and fell asleep watching the golf (I know golf is enough to put anyone to sleep!), poor thing. TFI Friday, we exchange today on our house so will do some jsing celebrating tonight.

I'm back from smelly work trip away. Feeling a lot better about friend's pregnancy now. It is very difficult when friends are on their second pregnancy and I'm still lagging behind trying to get my first BFP, but there we go. That's life, I guess.

Well I POAS yesterday with an IC and got a BFN. Still no sign of ERTD for me despite it being CD30. My cycle is normally 28-30 days long.

At least it's Friday eveyone! [party emoticon] And thank goodness too!
