Make yourself comfy in your velour trackies, sparkly thongs & fake tan. Just nipped out to the offie & got us some B&H and WKD to christen the place with.

Well done on the bfn Grin. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

I have a 4 year old for sale. Actually I will give you money and you can have him. Umbongo he could be a playmate for your ds.

Thanks but no thanks Lou! One small boy is enough for me thanks. At the moment we are going through "Ds can you get dressed/take this upstairs/to the front door please/put your shoes on" "But Mum, I am too tired, and I don't want to, and I would like my breakfast first cos I am too hungry, and I am thinking up legions of excuses as I am standing here arguing with you" "Yes but dear ds, if you had done as you were asked first time then you would have finished and be back here now, not still standing here arguing with me"

In the breakfast scenario, he was too hungry to go and get dressed, but when finally persuaded, he didn't reappear for his breakfast for at least 40 minutes! (result!)

Dd is wonderful, she stays still and doesn't argue with me (yet). We do have to go back and get her heart scanned again as went to GP again yesterday and he can still hear the faint murmur.

Oh dear Lou! You have got a none sleeper then - Urgh. I am very lucky mine are both sleep addicts like me. How much is he awake for during that time Lou? My ds can be a pain and not get a move on when told to, but at least he stays in bed once he is there. Dd is also in bed, her routine is bed at around 8, feed at 11.30-12 ish, and then she either wakes at 6ish or sleeps til 9-10 ish. I am wondering if I have the courage not to wake her for the midnight feed yet?

Haven't had many rows with ds today, although have been to soft play place with friends so he disappeared and played for ages with very little input from me!

He is alright once asleep just getting to sleep just getting to sleep some nights is a hassle. Tonight he fell asleep in the car around 7.30 but that has been the earliest for a while. Its been the school holidays that have sent him loopy. He was ok when at pre-school. I think he is also stressed about school.

Last night he woke in the night and fell asleep straight away in our bed. I usually move him (not that it happens often) but he was too cute so left him there.

DD sleeps like an angel at the moment but she isn't teething. She is however walking properly. She is so cute. Well worth all that SWI-ing.

I never did a dream feed. Ever. I used to wake them when they were super tiny as they were premature and needed feeding regularly but after we got past that I used to let them sleep. DD has had some nights of 14 hour stretches but they were a few months ago.

Anyway its the weekend. YAY.

I did day one of c25k. I found it quite easy but it is my third time round and have been doing some exercise. Am going to go again on Monday.

See FG your fitness bug is spreading. Well done you.

My plan is to be a size 10 again. Am a 12 now so not totally unrealistic. Though not sure it will happen.

OOh I'd love to be a size 12 again! Aiming to be a comfortable 14! But my plans are at least 1st less by 8th Oct, another stone by the time they want to start whatever treatment next & my impossible dream is 3st total! Fingers crossed.
My 30 day Wii Active finished Thurs so then it'll be back to c25k after that!
Lou glad I have a virtual exercise buddy!

Well done FairyG! That is brilliant, I am glad it is starting to move off, tis terribly disheartening when you exercise and diet and nothing budges.

I am hoping to start C25K when I have finished bf in another couple of months time, I too am hoping to regain a size 12. I have found that there are remnants of the running still in me cos I had to jog back to the car for something a few weeks ago and I am sure I ran further than I used to be able to, although whenever I try any small running at the moment the relaxin is still in my system and my right leg tries to fall off. :( I am giving it til dd is 6 months then no more excuses (apart from it will be october by then and "too cold" Hmm

Ouch. Luckily DD doesn't use her teeth on me very often. She has food to eat to practice using them.
