Welcome to the lazy way to make a baby, part 10!!

Just Shagging (JS) is ttc using ye olde shagging & crossing fingers methods, our tools are your body, OH?s body..urm some wine & lots of finger crossing.

All are welcome, most leave happy & upduffed! The last two threads have been very successful; thread 8 had 5 BFP?s, thread 9 had 6 BFP?s....so we?re due 7 BFP?s here, which means we all need to get shagging.

We don?t ?do?; OPKS, taking temp or harcore charting...although it is nice to know when ERTD is due.
Which brings us to acronyms & slang;
AF=ERTD (Evil Red Tide Of Doom).
EWCM=Pant Snot
Getting a BFP soon after joining thread= Doing a kitten
You=Are a viroid, no idea why but it goes long back to the dawn of time.
DTD=JS or donning the Shag cape.
POAS=Sometimes referred to as PIAR (Pissing In A Ramekin), as we?re such classy ladies

am 34, SAHM of 2 DCs, aged 3 and 5. Both would be at nursery/school when newborn would arrive

really Broody for a third and final baby. cant describe it but it gets worse each month

very much like the JS approach, especially on a rainy stormy evening after a lovely dinner and wine with DH

so I shall bookmark this thread and think some more about TTC. #3

oh also remembered we have our 9th wedding anniversary soon, DH mentioned at stay at a posh hotel in France/Spain...could be a perfect JS location to remember!!!

Thanks for all the lovely welcomes. I'll have to get into the swing of checking in a bit more frequently so I can get to know who's who. Love the JS approach, and the bf certainly does. It's funny, took him a while to be persuaded to go for it (he has 2 older children) but now he's more excited than me!

'ERTD' has left the building. Trouble is, I'm really not sure it ever entered - well not in a 'sit down, put your bloody feet up and stay a few days, tab' sort of way. I'm thinking of PIAR at the weekend actually

Anyway, I have more to say but must get mine and DS's tea out of the oven (fish fingers and hash browns because I just can't be bothered tonight) and I've already burnt my hand twice I'm the process of cooking it. Dinner fail...

STILL no sign of ERTD and I had convinced myself after last nights cramps that it was on it's way, but as yet no sign (or any more cramps) In any case DH and I have decided we are shit scared anxious about a possible BFP after so long so we are currently in denial
An early night on the cards tonight as we are both shattered, no JSing tonight in this camp!
PS- wing if ERTD does not turn up we could have a synchronised PIAR at the weekend, a sort of Olympic tribute?! :o

I'm not sure if I fit with you list of "donts" as I did OPK for the 1st time this month. but in my defence I just wanted to check that I was Ov when I thought I was.
But I don't chart well except when ERTD is due as if the cramps dont give it away
TTC #3 as the puppy that DH let me get last year when he said no more DCs has grown up, and the broodiness has started anew, and DH agrees to 1more. although not sure he just wants extra DTD

well, as I mentioned o. the other thread, I hinted at #3 to DH while he was eating his dinner and he apparently does NOT think it a good idea

as i said, DARN and double darn

but, maybe HE wanted to be the one to 'woo' me into it, rather than have me 'tell' him

Thanks guinea for the advice about being pg, it helps to remember that loads of people do it and live to tell the tale! And that they hate it sometimes as opposed to walking around in a state of pregnant bliss like I imagine!

Hello to frustrated, upthere and chicken - I am brand new and still getting the hang of this! And finding it hard to keep up when I check in at 7am my time (late the night before your time).

upthere I was very surprised with DP response to TTC discussions - we've been together since teenagers, same as you, and both never wanted kids, so when I changed my mind I couldn't believe it when he said oh me too I'm really glad! So maybe your DH just needs some getting-used-to-the-idea for #3!

swimming I love the vicarious excitement of other people's POAS! I am not planning to test at all so I need to enjoy other people's POAS excitement!

Slightly random question - have any of you ever JSed on a plane? DP and I realised I may be oving when we fly off on holiday, long distance, and it might be fun to use it as an excuse to attempt a bit of mile-hing JSing!

This morning I feel sick, well more queasy than sick which makes me hope with every fibre of my being that it is a bug. I never had morning sickness with DS and I cannot imagine how awful this feeling would be for 3 months
Anyway now I am waiting in (again) for the bitch energy woman to come and do an energy performance thing, having failed to turn up last time. I can only imagine what sort of result this place will get I suppose if she is late I could always vomit on her :o
