All the best cavey let us know how you get on.

Bum. Results back, no ovulation Sad. All that rampant sex was for nothing!
Got to go back again on Monday for another test. Harrumph!

Report
Northey · 01/02/2012 14:03

Fuck, cavey. Does that mean that if Monday's test shows later ovulation that it will have been too late even for long-lived sperm?

Report
KatAndKit · 01/02/2012 14:07

Arsewipes cavey that is really shit. You really couldn't have tried any harder this month either! If the next test also shows negative will they adjust your clomid dose for next time?

Boooo! M&M fail! KFZK will be terribly disappointed.

Cavey that is really bloody annoying after all that effort!

Ta ladies. In not sure what they will say about dosage: 50mg worked fine in the first two cycles so why it should stop working in the third is beyond me. I'm debating about getting HWHNN to come back tonight for precautionary sechs. It's a 350 mile round trip for him, so really don't want to waste his time. We'll go at again this weekend and hope something happens.

Shag Dictator is still reading High so I guess there is hope yet.

Hello BESHies. I've come to ask if I can rejoin? Going to be going for ESHlet 2 this year, but got to get past a few medical issues first - like getting a shedload of prescription meds out of my system. But the process begins now. I'm going to read back to learn more about you all. But won't say more until I know whether or not you are happy to have me.

Hello Casper I'm phee/flamey/faith. I think you sound ok...any chance our resubmit your BESHtionnaire so those of us relatively new to BESH know more about you?
cavey that's pants....I suppose it just confirms what you felt your body was telling you...you haven't ovulated..yet. I confess to have googled clomid to Gain a but ,ore understanding about how it works!
My pant snot has changed - MSB was relieved! I dragged him out for a run so he has little energy left! My time/distance is improving...7.5 weeks til the 10k! Shock

Hi curlycaspar, I remember you from my lurking days. Well, your name, anyway. Did you say doughnuts?

Oooh exciting news - BrownB is off to the hossie to have her baybee today :)

That is exciting news Kit! Is there an appropriate celebration for an ESH baby? Should we dance or slap each other with wet fish or something?

Hello caspar. Welcome back! Gin and doughnut bribery still works in these parts. Can you tell us newbies a bit about yourself?

KatAndKit · 02/02/2012 10:58

Drink gin and smoke cigars?

Thanks for the welcome hags. I too am anxiously waiting for the arrival of baby brownb.

Here are my original BESHtionnaire answers from August 2009. I fail to remember the questions... so perhaps you could make up your own? Grin

i) Southern Comfort
ii) variations on a cream
iii) none - just a bitch
iv) yoof (28)**
v)Eddie Izzard
vi) Natalie Portman*
Vii) Fiz from corrie would play me
viii) wide, bulging arse ones, with strong elastic to cope with the swelling tides of judgement

  • I remember that this was my lesbian crush.
    **My Yoof is now 31.

Hi lugs, yes we have met elsewhere. If I recall correctly, our forenames begin with the same letter. I have also met boolala in the flesh and am stalking have a penchant for aries.

About me: I am a ginger Jock, and have one ESHlet born a whole 19 months ago. My TTC struggle is less about my womble and ovaries failing and more about the entire rest of my body failing. I am on a series of drugs for rheumatoid arthritis, including immuno-suppressants and meds that can cause abortion, therefore conception and pregnancy has to be a relatively drug-free affair, and hence potentially a world of pain.

That aside, I am generally of a black humoured cheery disposition and like nothing better than a load of virtual eroti-violence. Hope that still occurs around these parts and you are not all bogged down in BESH hell. Preferred approach to TTC was temping, I do not get on well with piss sticks and despise the thought of employing the shag dictator.

Je peux parle la Francais. J'ai rencontré mon mari pendant que nous travaillions tous les deux en France. Mais il est l'anglais.

    Ca suffice?

Back later. Supposed to be working now.

No rush for the Yorkshire mix, bugs, but do you fancy PMing me your address so I can get the peanut butter M&Ms off to you soon? Otherwise you may receive them a bit lighter than normal, and with one end sellotaped up.

I have a crush on stalk aries too, curls. She is ignoring us at the moment in favour of swooshing elegantly down some mountains. At least I hope that's where she is, because I am very much missing her.

Maintenant il faut preparer les poissons pour la danse de la  bébé de brunb.

If it's a vaginal birth, our fish dance really needs to involved ritualistic clam opening.

how exciting!
So I've been weighed and measured at the gym my first month into doing Paul McKenna...I've lost 9lb and 5 inches! Grin even though I've had steak dinners, full fat cheese, ice cream and scones with jam and cream! And they tasted good! Seriously, if you want to lose weight, I'd recommend it.
How is everyone?

Report
Northey · 02/02/2012 19:52

Next week, flamey.

AMAZING weightloss. That's over half a stone! Well done!

Am fine. Still no period, which is fucking me right off (see other grumpy thread). I mean, just what is the point of all this? My body does not want to ovulate. It's that simple.

What cd are you now? Where are you at gynae/infertility wise? I.e. what the flip are they going to do to help you?!
Thanks for the congratulations. I can't believe I've lost more weight in the least month since I stopped dieting than I ever have before in one go!
Well at he best for the interview when it rolls round...what's it for?

Northey · 02/02/2012 20:07

Will PM you job details, just in case the interviewer is lurking, and decides against employing someone who is clearly planning to be off on maternity leave as soon as ever she can manage it!

I'm on CD69 today. Last cycle was 34 days, and even though they we're still variable they had generally been aroun the 30 day mark for the last year. This is just double, out of the blue, and it is so frustrating I could scream. Next appointment is in March and if I don't leave with clomid, or a place on the ivf waiting list, I am going to do some serious raging. In fact, I think I will just refuse to leave the consulting room until thy give me what I want just to get me out of there.
