Is it possible, do we think, for each ovary to vary in ovulation time? Cycle 1 I ov'd on Day 17, cycle 2 (presumably different ovary) on Day 14 and I'm now on Day 17 of Cycle 3 and no sign of ov having happened yet.
The way things have panned out this week, luckily for us, we'll have done the sechs every day since last Saturday, barring Monday night. If that doesn't crack it, nothing will!!

Cavey I always struggle to tell the difference between mine and his now we are ttc. It used to be very clear what was what when we were sort of using a crap version of the rhythm method and avoiding dtd to completion midcycle.

Oh, and my ov varies between ovaries. It more or less alternated between days 15 and 17 when I first went to see my acupuncturist. She worked to try to shorten my cycle and it now alternates between days 14 and 16. I think it is my left ovary that is a bit lazy. My first medicated cycle delayed ov to day 20 and I think this cycle it will be late again. I really miss my predictable regular unmedicated cycle.

Right, I am off to POAS (an ov stick). I haven't used them for about 9 months but I need to this time to time my monitoring scan close to ov and make sure I don't miss the egg. I have saved up a lot of wee. I hope I can make it down the corridor without anyone stopping me for a chat! I am not expecting a positve for ages yet but as I can't rely on my body signs I had better get POASing!

Doesn't tcoyf suggest kegels a while after dtd to remove any remaining swimmers? I also do them a while before checking pant snot, forces it to the surface iykwim.
bugs my charting indicated I ov around cd13-15 so it's always possible. Try not to drive yourself menkul or eat too much!
cavey AFAIK, you don't automatically ov from alternate sides each month, I believe that's not proven to be true though I could stand corrected

bugs how is your general health? When did you start cycling?/did you stop for a while? Are you eating enough before you cycle?
