I just said ultimately it's tough for me because ttc for so long is bad enough but the rejection feels personal even when he says it's not. I've always had low self-esteem issues, in fact am much better with him than I was before but after quite a few rejections it's not easy to keep telling myself it's not me. He was half laughing so I think we'll be ok, I just haven't made things any easier iykwim. He's not one to hold a grudge thank.goodness
I bought him cool presents so he'll be happy!

Glad your midnight mass was good dottie. I raged and wept (in a well mannered non obvious sort of way) through mine, turned a bit bonkers by all those carols about newborn babes in their mother's arms. I got my revenge with a silent but deadly fart during the offertory.

bugs, are you feeling any better? It's prob just a reaction to all the drinking, of course, so water should help. But NHS direct are always good for a chat if it gets worse or doesn't stop.

Hello ladies. This morning we have all been to the beach :) Every year there is a charity swim and The Mister and my Wanker-in-law decided to join in. I reckon there was about 700 swimmers. It's a great event and inevitably we catch up with a lot of people.

Tonight we have another family event. Should be good food but I am feeling a bit tired! Will probably walk there so we feel like we have done some exercise at least!
