well BFN here Sad so gawd knows why I am feeling so sick and why AF has not turned up.... Confused

Away to hide in the sad corner and eat chocolate

apologies for another mememe - I'll feel better later...

wombatinwaiting · 06/04/2011 05:08

Oh wellie - how frustrating..... sorry to read about that. Was your 2nd test a cheapie test too? Can you try another brand with FMU again (and perhaps instructions in English English, not Aussie English)? Perhaps you will be like worm and a late bloomer in the world of POAS.... strange for you worm, especially given your usual regularity.... keep us posted on this morning's efforts - FX xx

Good going with the scheduling emma - is it in code on the calendar in case of nosey friends and rellies?! Grrrr re: insenstive comments -as you say, until you've been there, you just don't know...

Loving the tales from cat central sparkly - are we talking fur on end, bared claws and big starey eyes from Manjula? I'm scared already! errr.... do you live in a windmill then? Does the average house not have right angled walls....? Am saving the "worst things you've done to your children" thread for some down time - looks like it could be v funny - loving the one about your ds harassed! Agh - comfort eating - it is the worst infliction isn't it?

Very quiet on the pecka front.... all ok with you m'dear? And yellow is clearly in late night meetings with Q or M or someone....

Waves to all x

Well , morning girls still no AF and another BFN so that is me and wellie in the same boat!! I feel your pain wellie!!! Now on day 30 of a usual 28 and I have a sore right Confused boob too. Maybe I am not as regular as i thought

I am using superdrug tests which are 3 for the price of two at the mo. Fingers crossed for us wellie!!

Comfort eating...... the biggest kick in the teeth ey harassed I am a stone over where I was this time last year when we started trying......

I have symbols and dates all over my calander, emma and it hadn't occured to me that other nosey bastards people may crack what they are, not that difficult as it consists of numbers 1 to 28 with the key days all highlighted and stars where we got it on!!

harassed I read with interest you locking your DS in the car, Grin I can't think of anything to put on that thread , but there must be something.......... I havn't read it all yet but the one where the mum put the butter in the lunchbox instead of the sandwiches made me laugh !

Will update later when any news. Happy Wednesday girlies. :)

yellowtomato · 06/04/2011 09:18

Morning ladies

So sorry to hear about the bfns but at the nasty af isn't here yet there is still hope..........I am keeping everything crossed for you.

That's all I have time for today.....i tried to work out a way of using ie in private browsing on my work computer but it seems to have been disabled so it's iphone or nothing. I keep a lurking eye during the day but it's such a pain to type on that stupid phone

Byeeeeeeeeeeee

wombatinwaiting · 06/04/2011 09:21

Agggghh worm - how frustrating! AS you say, it's not over til the fat red witch sings! Fingers very tightly crossed for you and wellie.

Bugger re: the work computer yellow - surely a high-flying 007 type like yourself has special encryption codes and stuff subtly hidden in your Geiger wedges.... Grin

yellowtomato · 06/04/2011 21:45

Hello people

Sorry I've not been good at staying in touch, work is out of control, 12 hour days, no lunch etc so no time to post.

Will lurk and post when I can. Is it the weekend yet?

wombatinwaiting · 07/04/2011 05:22

Good to see you back pecka - sounds like you had a great time with your sis - hope the back to reality isn't tooooo hard. Believe it or not I am v Envy of your spring weather - it is so windy and dusty and humid here at the moment, it's disgusting..... oh for a daffodil!

So I will attempt an update for you:
AF got yellow on Saturday on CD27. She says she's not toooo sad this month given she's just started at MI6. Frustratingly, she will be away on a biz trip CD11-14 so not good for SWI this month.

Down in Oz, wellie is getting v frustrated - she is on CD34 (I think), no AF, but only get BFNs, however it sounds as if POAS down under is more complicated than in the northern hemisphere Grin

In a similar situation is worm - also got BFN but today will be on CD31 when she is normally a v regular CD28. She does however report a sore right boob Confused

sparkly should be due AF tomorrow but of course fingers are very tightly crossed that she doesn't rear her ugly head. At the moment sparkly's not feeling particularly PG but she is very busy sorting out her 2 gorgeous new kittens - Batfink (girl) and stilltobenamedboycat who are having varying degrees of success initiating themselves with the incumbent senior felines in the sparkly household.

emma is taking romance to new levels and scheduling their SWI on the calendar Grin. I'm not sure quite what CD she is on though - can you help Emma? Thanks.

harassed is a bit up and down still (to be totally expected) and thinks she may be ov'ing about now but hasn't mentioned if she will be SWI this month.

Haven't heard from nurse or mana in a while so waves to them and hope all is ok.

I am 7 weeks today and started very positive about this one but had quite a wibble last night due to lack of uterus stretching pains over the last few days. Boobs are growing at ridiculous proportions which I am grateful for but I would love the reassurance of some ms or similar.... it's all want want want with me!

I hope I've got all this info correct ladies - many apols if I haven't.

Home-made muffins for you all! x

Wormshuffler · 07/04/2011 07:14

Excellent summary there wombat!! Big boobs are good !!! when are you having a scan? and are you still on progesterone sups?

Good to see you pecka and glad you and the family all had a lovely time.

Yellow no lunch blimey!! I hope that is not putting you off your new job and that it is going well for you.

Still no AF and now 4 BFNs!!! going to buy a different brand of test today as the superdrug ones aren't giving the result I want!!! Both boobs now sore and I woke up ridiculously early this morning which is another symptom!! If I turn out not to be again I think I will go to docs as I must be cracking up!!

Any news sparkly and wellie???

nurse47 · 07/04/2011 07:50

Hi girls still here, fingers still crossed for worm and wellie!!! Your not out yet!!
Sorry been really busy at work lots going on in the nhs at the mo!?
And I've been off sick! Got a flipping 24hrs stomach bug that has completely floored me!! And I gave in and brought a home doppler, but have to admit it I love it I can hear bubba whenever I feel like!! 15 weeks on sat!!!
Waves to yellow, sparkly, pecka and emma, does anyone remember beesok?? Was she on our original MC thread?? She's also PG (I've been lurking on the PG threads but not posted, I'm quite happy here, with you lovely lot)

wombatinwaiting · 07/04/2011 08:10

Thanks worm - scan is booked for 17th April - a week on Sun and also sparkly's DD and the day after yellow's DD Sad so will be thinking of them lots then. Yep, progesterone supps still slipping in every morning Grin.

Aggggg re: your BFN - I would be going mental if I were you. I would recommend Clearblue personally.....

Fab to hear from you nurse and so glad all is good despite bug Envy - that is sick emoticon, not envious!

Great news re: beesok - when is she due?

Gotta run - we have our Corporate Olympics on the beach today!

OP posts:
harassedinherpants · 07/04/2011 09:56

Wombat blimey.....how do you do it?! Corporate Olympics sounds fun, more fun than being stuck in front of spreadsheets while it's lovely and sunny Envy....

Nurse so sorry to hear about the bug, but so pleased about everything else!! I love hearing post-mc happy stories, gives me a bit of hope.

Worm I'd move away from the tests for a couple of days lovely. You'll stress yourself out too much. Hard I know.....

Pecka fingers x'd for you!

yellow sounds stressful, look after yourself.

Me.....well it was 2 weeks yesterday that I started mc'ing and I think everyone forgot, including dh. Was very sad tbh, but it was such a busy day. I think I'm def ov'ing but trying to ignore. We are kind of ttc, well we're dtd and not taking any precautions so what will be will be. Off to the docs at 5.30 for blood test results and to try to persuade her to get more tests done. Dh is being dragged along for moral support.

Dd has gone off to school today dressed as Tinkerbell Grin. She looks sooo cute! It's the last day of term, and they're raising money for Japan.

I have just booked one days holiday which gives me 6 days off....bliss!

wombatinwaiting · 07/04/2011 11:38

I'm actually back from the Olympics already.... it's seriously hot today and I was over-cooking even in the shade which I know is not good for me.... everyone was having a great time although it never fails to amaze me how competitive our male staff get e.g. hitting females full in the face during dodgeball! Shock Venue was fab - right by the Atlantis hotel on the Palm Jumeirah man-made island - shame.... however now home nice and early and have lovely dinner planned for me and DH to ease us nicely into the weekend.

Good luck with your results harassed - can you remind me what this one was for? Good for DH. Tooooo cute re: your DD Smile and yay for 6 days hols. Good luck also for the ttc x

OP posts:
harassedinherpants · 07/04/2011 11:54

Omg at the competitiveness!! I have lots of my equipment in the Atlantis Hotel Grin. I manufacture equipment for entertainment venues. Well not manufacture myself lol, I do the quoting. Your part of the world is rather good for business!

Good thinking not to get too hot, look after yourself!

Results are just for basic bloods..... an attempt to fob me off I think Hmm

Wormshuffler · 07/04/2011 14:41

Oh fcketty fuck Sad AF is here......................

wombatinwaiting · 07/04/2011 15:05

Bllockys bllocks - so sorry to hear that worm Sad

OP posts:
wombatinwaiting · 07/04/2011 15:05

How interesting harassed - what sort of equipment?

OP posts:
pecka33 · 07/04/2011 15:15

AAAhhh worm, like i said shes a bitch!! i know we all have to have them at some point but seriously she is a evil witch when you dont want her to arrive, chin up and crack open a bottle or two i say!! Wine

thanks for the update wombat that was very nice of you to offer, seems like its been a busy two weeks...

nurse lovely to see you again, glad alls going well.

so just sparkly, wellie then?? come on ladies no pressure but we really need a bfp soon, other wise i will start to think ive planted my bad luck seed on the thread...

harrassed nice to see you back with us, hope your oing ok and looking forward to your break away.

feel very sad today without my sisters girls around, especially the little one, 19months, shes such a cutie... my house feels so empty, the poor dog is fed up with mummy cuddles already!!

im currently on cycle day 18 i think? and due on my period on the 20th, not sure if ive ov'd this month as decided to give up on the sticks and temps for a month or two to take the pressure off....

boobs are mega sore still, have had a dickie tummy for the last two days not sure if all related or just down to having to go back to work today.. boo hiss!!

waves to all xxxx

Sparklywine · 07/04/2011 15:52

Worm, sorry about af, Wombat will no doubt verify exactly how late you are this cycle Grin but nothing worse for getting your hopes up I'd imagine.

I'm due af tomorrow, haven't had so many of the usual symptoms and earlier convinced myself I may be pregnant based on the following signs;

  1. Pulled maternity tights out of the drawer this morning by accident.
  2. Do not fancy wine tonight.
  3. Saw two magpies. Er, that's about it really. I normally get a bit of brownish blood the day before but haven't had any yet (sign number 4), and did have cramps a couple of days ago, which is obviously, sign 5, implantation! Grin Thus the delusion continues, I will at least resist the temptation to test until the weekend because I am tight pragmatic and will also probably want wine. I shall keep you all posted. Nurse, glad all is going well with you. I remember Beesok, great news that she is pregnant. I think Worm put her off the thread with her pornographic offerings. Grin
Sparklywine · 07/04/2011 15:55

Harassed, "equipment for entertainment venues" eh? Grin
Are these venues raided from time to time? I think I've read about them in News of the World.

wombatinwaiting · 07/04/2011 16:43

I think they are all excellent signs sparkly and I am getting reeeeeally excited for you already mildly curious to read your developments over the next couple of days.

So we have worm with her pornographic offerings, harassed dealing in dodgy adult entertainment equipment, yellow wearing no knickers so what else is going to come out of the closet ladies....? don't be shy Wink

Not a bad idea to take the pressure off pecka. Hope getting back to work isn't proving too horrid. Looks like lovely spring weather you're all enjoying....

OP posts:
emmaandthestar · 07/04/2011 19:51

Wombat how do you do it - yes CD8 today...
It's in symbols and code :) I am hoping for Yellows job in the encryption dept! Sometimes I forget what they mean and wonder what the splodge at 7pm is!

Good luck SPARKLY those sound like positive symptoms...
Sorry Worm that's a crappy end of the week.
Everyone have a happy friday

manamana · 07/04/2011 21:05

Hello all, just popping on to say hi and to share some good news - hoping it spreads some good luck (especially with all the symptom spotting!). Went to see mw today and heard heartbeat for first time :-) Am now 16 weeks, the 3 weeks since the scan have flown so am hoping it'll go nice and quickly until the next scan.
Worm, really sorry to hear about af, especially as she was late - this whole process is so bloody cruel.
Hugs to Harrassed, all the little reminders really sting don't they. Not really sure when that goes, I still find it hard that my LMP is the same date as my ERPC and that's even with the consolation of another one brewing.
Yellow, work sounds mad - hope this is just a temporary blip and that things calm down soon.
Good news about Beesok, thanks Nurse. I haven't joined a thread either - just come on and lurk a bit every now, work is mad here too, can't MN at work cos office is open plan and when I get home and too tired to type so just browse. Really good to see the positive stories and hear that all those little'uns are doing well. Hope we're giving those still waiting some hope. Sorry you're feeling low Pecka -

Sparkly, loving the magpie symptom, am keeping fingers crossed as some of the others sound promising (well, maybe not the tights one!).
Wellie, am sending more chocolate over your way.
Hi to anyone I've missed. Sorry I'm not a great contributor but still here in spirit and you lot are still who I want to share all my news with. Will be keeping my fingers crossed for new BFPs soon. x

wellieboots · 08/04/2011 00:08

Sorry about AF worm - it's a bugger when you get your hopes up isn't it?
CD36 today for me - tested again, FMU, did a cheapie and even cracked out a CB digi - BFN :(

I'm at the point now where I just wish AF would hurry up and show, so that we can get on to the next cycle and have another go!

May go to the docs next week if nothing shows - apparently they are better here at listening and taking you seriously, probably because you have to pay a bit towards it....

Hi mana and nurse really great to hear from you
I love your list of pg symptoms sparkly
Hope you're doing ok harassed milestones and stuff still hurt me tho I've only had one mc and it was 4 months ago (as DH reminded me last night when he asked me why I was still grieving :() Like I think I said the other day sometimes they just don't get it!
Have a good weekend wombat
Sorry you're not feeling great pecka - like the idea of taking the pressure off, good for you - have a Wine

waves!
