A safe place for everyone on the TTC after MC rollercoaster. Welcome and come in - virtual wine and chocolate for all, and lots of support and hand-holding until you get your BFP!

The thread moves fast but don't let that put you off - feel free to come along and stay to chat; or dip in and out with any questions.

If you want to join the stats, just add yourself to the list:

WTTC = waiting to TTC
UCL = usual cycle length

Good luck to all - here's hoping for lots of healthy, sticky BFPs by the end of the thread!

Morning, sorry not a proper catchup

But, Velvet POAS before I pop with excitement!! Wink Grin

IzzyWizzyletsgetbusy · 18/01/2011 10:25

mamap lanterns sound lovely, glad you had the chance to mark it in some way x

(((( velvet )))) I hope you're ok and that af has stayed away. I too have fears of being on here the longest, left behind when everyone moves on, but I'm just trying to stay positive - I will get a bfp one day, and there is not a finite supply to go around.

We will all get there, ladies, just got to keep hoping xx

pink I was at acu last Friday, it wa great, just came away feeling very relaxed and positive. Haven't made an appt this week as af due and she says no point during af, but will try to book for next week. When do you go next?

velvet you mentalist, puking on toothbrush is A SIGN!!! POAS already!!!

DachshundsWantPuppies · 18/01/2011 11:19

HELP!!!!!

am completely mentalling - I've got no idea how I'm going to get through the 2ww - I keep obsessively Googling IVF stats and I can't find anything good! If I'm mentalling this much after 1 day, how am I supposed to relax for the next 13...?

Anyone got any suggestions?

DachshundsWantPuppies · 18/01/2011 11:25

it's good to talk...

plus, in our defence, we have had lots of BFPs and lots of POAS lately so we've had a lot to talk about...

and it's also a truth that our threads start off unfeasibly quickly and then slow down...

NewImprovedJollster · 18/01/2011 11:35

I think it's brilliant - support, advice, fish-slapping, back slapping and all Grin.

youremindmeofthebabe · 18/01/2011 11:37

Grin jollster. We've got a lot on our minds!

Mamapower · 18/01/2011 11:51

but Jolls were you impressed with our house keeping???

HongKongBaby · 18/01/2011 11:56

Have to agree Velvet time to POAS! How you are resisting, I have no idea.

MamaP your lanterns sound lovely, something you and DH will always remember doing too.

YRMOTB I am sorry you are still in limbo.

Well I am 10DPO today and I got a faint positive on internet cheapie this morning. So faint that after looking at it multiple times I began to think I might be imagining it. But, another POAS this evening and stronger line Smile. Only a Smile not a Grin yet as its sooooooo early and it could easily all go awry over next few days.

AandRMum · 18/01/2011 12:03

Very quick post as DH pissed that I am on Mumsnet during a holiday!!! Been enjoying the banter but can't remember anything other than knickerlessnix who is now at an S&M conference and the fact that poasing isn't happening!

dachs I can't remember who said it ages ago ( MummyA ?) but I quite like the idea of allowing yourself a window of time to mental/google/worry/fret as much as you want to - then outside that window whenever you get the urge (Every 5 secs or so) you just defer it! I think there is always be an initial surge of mentalling at the beginning! Great work on the eggs.

Hello newbies - sorry you are here but the company is great and I am in on the whole March thing - nice Christmas presents.

All warm and sweaty here - fairly certain af is on her way which is probably for the best given the level of alcohol being consumed!!! I'll be much better next month ...

youremindmeofthebabe · 18/01/2011 12:05
