Hi Frolickers, it does feel quiet in here now doesn't it? Imps nice work on the wine consumption! We've had 2 weekends off the booze now as we've got 4 in a row of visitors, weddings, parties etc. That sounds like a definite symptom BTW! I have eaten an entire bag of M&S extremely chocolately caramels and now feel sick, nausea is a symptom right?
FingersCrossed sounds like your SWI plan is going well this month, all in the timing! Weimy's advice on charting is good, the charters anonymous thread is really good for advice and they are a friendly bunch over there. My best advice is to register for the free Fertility Friend account on FertilityFriend.com, get yourself a BBT thermoneter (this measures your resting temperature) and start logging your temps every morning. Basically there are 2 temp 'phases' in every cycle and your post OV temps tend to be higher than pre-OV temps so you can recognise what day you ovulated by the thermal shift this is the link to my chart so you can see what I mean.
The short charting lessons will tell you everything you need to know and the charters anonymous group will help you with everything else!
