Everyone will probably see this thread was started by me and think "Oh god, not her again".

You can tell it's getting towards that time of the month.

Anyway, on day 26 of cycle - have had a really dull tummy ache for last 2 days as if A/F is going to arrive - actually been going to the toilet to check it's that bad (Gross i know but i have to be graphic).
Woke up this morning feeling really sicky but thought i was just probably hungry as had not eaten last night - therefore went to the shop to buy a Mars Bar (Healthy, i know) and have now just thrown the whole mars bar back up again.

Is it just wishful thinking? Can't test yet as cycle's vary from 28 days to 38 days.

Are you still feeling sick Jem

SamboM · 22/08/2003 10:05

Oh Bunny, well done
You made me cry!

Jemma7 · 22/08/2003 10:18

Yes horrendously (sp)!!
I don't understand it really becuase usually if i don't eat for long period's of time i feel sick and light headed - however, i am waking up in the mornings feeling sick now.
It's a feeling as in "Oh my god i'm going to throw up" it's more like what i get when i haven't eaten for a long time - sort of an empty feeling!

Oh, so confused - why is nothing ever simple!

OP posts:
quackers · 22/08/2003 10:53

Well, sounds like it then.I'm surprised you're feeling sick like this so ealry, unless you're further on than u think?? Can u go out at lunch and get a test. If this is pg sickness your hormones will be raging and will defo give a result. Pls jems, give yourself a break, worrying won't do you or your potential bump any favours. LOL xxxxx

Boe · 22/08/2003 11:01

Congratulations Bunny - so pleased for you!!

Looking forwad to the next 7/8 months of pregnancy talk.

Jemma - go out there and get yours done!!

Jemma7 · 22/08/2003 11:07

Oh dear - willy me(i done this by mistake but when i read it over it made me laugh so i though i'd keep it on)
I meant to write it's NOT a feeling as in "Oh my god, i'm going to throw up" more like i feel when i haven't eaten for a long period of time!

Silly Me x

quackers · 22/08/2003 11:12

Jems I didn't undersatnd a word of that, must be the hormones R u going to get a test at lunchtime????????????????? Purleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Willy you!!

bunny2 · 22/08/2003 11:20

Jemma, I konw how hard it is to do a test when you are so terrified of another neg result. I only did my test last night because Boe and Quackers were so encouraging. I am so glad I did, I have been walikng on air since. Do the test when you are ready, you may well have fantastic news to share.

quackers · 22/08/2003 11:27

Bunny - lovely to hear form you. How are you feeling today. How long were you ttc?? I'm so pleased for you. Glad we helped you do it. You won't be here then when I come back ttc, lucky you!! The numbers are dwindling now, we need some new recruits, all me mates are leaving the thread!! Lokks like jemsy will be off too. I'm pleased for you all. xxxx

Jemma7 · 22/08/2003 11:32

Maybe it is - you never know!
I must be doing everyone's head in cos i'm getting on my own nerves - I sit here in the day thinking "I'll do it tonight" and then as soon as i get home i turn to mush and am to petrified to wee on a stupid stick!

Getting a bit ahead of myself here but i go to Aquaaerobic's every week and wondered if it was still OK to go whilst pregnant?

OP posts:
quackers · 22/08/2003 11:44

Aqua aerobics is perfect in pgcy, just take it easy! Tell the instructor too as some exercies need to be modified. Gosh I'm hungover!! Catching up with me mates last night, went for a pedicure/massage and then out till late and I'm at work - ooh my head!!!
BTW - you have to test first!! Poor love go and get one!!

Jemma7 · 22/08/2003 11:53

I am going to test tonight - i promise!

Also, since your are the queen of all answers Quacks wanted to ask you this:
Not saying this is likely to be my case but is it possible for you to be PG and still have full on periods?

Someone i know was pregnant and say they didn't find out until they were 6 months gone as they still had regular normal period's every month.
Also, my best mate's friend did a 'Sonya' and gave birth in her bathroom without even knowing she was pg!

quackers · 22/08/2003 12:01

Obviously it';s not good but people do have this. Beccaroll I think bled all the way through. I bld in my first and she was ok, the first m/c never bled until 15 weeks, strange but everyone is so different, don't worry. The majority of bleeding cases carry on fine. You have more chance of a healthy baby than loosing one. xxxx (Your 'expert' not!)
