Greetings and welcome one and all to a friendly and joyful corner of mn - the Christmas bargain thread. Here, we share Christmas present purchases, ideas, links and discount codes, with the aim to spread the Christmas magic and joy and reduce the financial stress.

In lidl earlier lots of Japanese food including a make your own sushi kit

@TimPatI would recommend the hobby craft one to one workshop for crochet I did one at the beginning of the year after struggling for years. I'm currently crocheting together my 100s of granny squares to make a blanket, made pumpkins and doing another large granny square blanket for a Christmas present. My 12 year old wanted to learn after seeing me so I bought her the one to one in may she has made pumpkins, plushies and currently making a bag by watching you tube vids. After she learnt the basics at HC. They might do discounts on them over black Friday.

Hi, Oodie have added their Sherpa slides to the sale: £24.50.

I didn’t even know they did slides! Has anyone got a pair? I am always on the lookout for slippers that won’t cause a flare up of PF in my right foot, and Oodie claim these have arch support.

Some nice stuff in home bargains today.
apparently that revolution pouch of cosmetics was £3 down from £20, no idea about makeup but the pots are minuscule so can’t believe that’s the actual price.
a reduced Polly pocket for £15 and some nice polar express gold hot chocolate bombs, amongst loads of other seasonal things. Oh and some mini squishmallow plastic blind pots for £2.50 instead of £5.
