Greetings and welcome one and all to a friendly and joyful corner of mn - the Christmas bargain thread. Here, we share Christmas present purchases, ideas, links and discount codes, with the aim to spread the Christmas magic and joy and reduce the financial stress.

You are an absolute legend and I will be eternally grateful. Not Christmas related but you shared the unflavoured Toothpaste recommendation (Oranurse). It arrived today and got the seal of approval from both children. Every day is a constant battle to get them to clean their teeth so this will make life so much easier. Thank you 🙂

The ELF website/app seems to randomly add extra points/birthday gifts when you leave it a while. Best thing seems to be to choose what you want, poo in the basket and then come back later to see what’s there.

Mine added a birthday gift during that time

Aldi last night had lots of miniature alcohols. Their own 'Baileys' three for £5, really nice gin and tonic crackers for £7, also lots of cocktail cans down to £1. I also picked up reduced NZ Wine reduced from £15 to £5!

If anyone was after earbuds these are £10 on Boots today (think I saw black ones too). Can't vouch for them though sorry just one of the items that caught my eye before I got frustrated with the Boots website that if you click on something it takes you back to the beginning of the list instead of back to where you were

For once, the hell that is the Boots website is worth gritting teeth and tolerating, for the sake of some very good items on £10 Tuesday. I snapped up Ole Henriksen, Estée Lauder and a couple of stocking filler satin pillowcases and then I may have gone back for a second go after reading on here about the Lumene items I missed first time round

I may have also popped back for the Lumene moisturiser 🙈 some fab brands I found it hard not to go a little wild!

I do not need any more skin care, or toiletries of any kind. I must not buy anything from £10 Tuesday 🐏🐏🐏

I really didn’t need anymore skincare but for £10 I decided to add some more to my stash!
