Greetings and welcome one and all to a friendly and joyful corner of mn - the Christmas bargain thread. Here, we share Christmas present purchases, ideas, links and discount codes, with the aim to spread the Christmas magic and joy and reduce the financial stress.

It's a very busy thread, so see the tips below for helping everything run smoothly and avoiding repetitions of Cookiegate etc al. Thanks for this. I'd looked previously but £10 postage put me off. Just ordered two at £8 each. Used the £2 discount code that was only meant to be valid for 24 hours from sign up and paid £1 for tracked delivery - so £15 total. Very happy with that!

Thanks @VeruccaSalty it's now magically appeared on my credit card statement. Never had something take so long to appear, it wasn't even in my pending transactions.
