Greetings and welcome one and all to a friendly and joyful corner of mn - the Christmas bargain thread. Here, we share Christmas present purchases, ideas, links and discount codes, with the aim to spread the Christmas magic and joy and reduce the financial stress.

It's a very busy thread, so see the tips below for helping everything run smoothly and avoiding repetitions of Cookiegate etc al. It's a lovely, friendly bunch and I'm so grateful to each and every one of you for building such a warm, fuzzy and generous spot on mn. I know I've save so much over the years and am so grateful to all of you for sharing.

Hi everyone, I've just bought 5 sets of kids christmas single duvet sets from Frasers at £2.49 each. I was very sceptical but my daughter used this site for some toys and I told her it didn't have great reviews, not about the products but delivery and refunds. Her order arrived no problems so I thought for this price I would chance it, All arrived absolutely fine and very pleased with them, in fact have just put in another order for 2 more for a friend. They are called Homelife Santas Workshop duvets if anyone is interested. Ive just had my email from Evri to say this additional order is with them also, so all grandchildren sorted.

Sale on at accessorize has just popped up on my Facebook. If you’ve never shopped with them before the 20% off for new customers stacks.

Got dd6 some post its and a clip on earring set. Work out about £4 each with postage so pretty happy with that for stockings.

Apologies if this has been mentioned already Qwertee have free delivery if you buy two t shirts , and if you sign up for their newsletters an additional £2 discount emailed straight away . T shirts are mostly £8 each , so with the discounts two delivered for £14 .

Bargain fail today… the play doh ice cream was not put in Amazon packaging and my husband and daughter opened the door for it.

Must remember to check for gifts that I’ve checked hide what’s inside!

Saw on another site that the nespresso orders are being cancelled. Fingers crossed though!

@TheBigFish I ordered from Gul and the payment took a while. They cancelled the wetsuit I ordered and the refund for that went through before the original payment. It did come out in the end though.

Thank you! I got sooooo much in B&M. I got the iced biscuits. mini gingerbread houses, lots of hot chocolate stuff including a lively tin of white hot chocolate, and a lovely match holder. Will get pics tomorrow.

@TimPat on Amazon they have one box for £10, the two pack is for £20 so make sure which you are looking at. I only noticed when went to look as thought this game sounded up my dd street too at your mention!

The 2022 64GB iPad is its lowest ever price on Amazon (£209-ish). Very are price matching, plus TREAT30 brings it down to just under £280, which I'm happy with!

I did notice with the virtuo espresso machine that you have to use branded pods. So I've decided against it as even though it's an amazing deal, I'm not sure I'd want to spend the money on the pods

I got 30% off by filling my basket and abandoning it after signing up for emails.

The coffee machine worked for me too. If it's satisfied at that price it has to be the bargain of the year
