Greetings and welcome one and all to a friendly and joyful corner of mn - the Christmas bargain thread. Here, we share Christmas present purchases, ideas, links and discount codes, with the aim to spread the Christmas magic and joy and reduce the financial stress.

It's a very busy thread, so see the tips below for helping everything run smoothly and avoiding repetitions of Cookiegate etc al. It's a lovely, friendly bunch and I'm so grateful to each and every one of you for building such a warm, fuzzy and generous spot on mn. I know I've save so much over the years and am so grateful to all of you for sharing.

Just wanted to THANK the posters who discovered the glitch on Elizabeth Arden, and then helpfully walked through the steps. My sets and mascara have arrived today and I am beyond thrilled! My Gul changing robes arrived today. They are lovely and such a bargain. Anyone else who ordered, did you get charged straight away? I bought them Sunday and cannot for the life of me find the charge on any of my cards.

I got lots of bits from there for DS's advent calendar and for nieces and nephews. They also do mystery boxes of stuff, I had previously bought the hot wheels one and it was a good price but not the mega bargain advertised.
