I hope the title makes sense.
Anyway, I came across these advent calendars that seem to fit the bill and thought I'd share in case anyone else is looking.

I find the super market chocolate ones (currently strewn over kitchen table) so bloody depressing!

This is ours, from the woodland trust. I didn’t know the little pictures were going to add to the main picture until we started opening them and I’m so delighted by it.

I love this!

Its funny as I was just about to post that we had one with matching pictures from the Woodland Trust a couple of years ago and it was delightful!

I’d completely forgotten but when I checked a couple of days ago I couldn’t see one so I guess they had all sold out.

I’ll be buying one next year for sure 🎄

Aaah hopelessly late , in my defence door number 4 was stuck closed and took some careful removal of the glue to open , not perfect but to update I give you ……

I didn't know these existed! We always have a picture one but yes, it gets annoying when the original scene is ruined!
