Ho ho ho and welcome to the bargain Christmas thread - home of the discounts for Christmas shopping.

Title is inspired by the turtle doves/gloves and in my head it's set to the 12 days of Christmas. I'm actually tempted for us to think up a new 12 days of Christmas nearer the time with all of our best bargains

Aliexpress www.aliexpress.com here . Useful tips here from sorryiasked: Aliexpress is a Chinese site that sells everything! Assume all branded stuff is fake. I personally wouldn't buy baby toys or electronics from there as I don't have faith in the product safety. But for fan merchandise, dolls clothes, "lego", household items etc it's great. Check the size guide on clothes and lower your expectations!
Use a seller who has a 4.5 star rating or higher.

You can pay via PayPal and there is an excellent tracking system, but be aware express postage is usually 2-3 weeks and standard postage up to 2-3 months.

Not a proper bargain for all but dh joined my Lakeland & eventually got the card with 10% off but it didn't offer it online-inshore & phone only.

He didn't do anything as he doesn't like speaking to people & today has had a 20% off offer. Which means we can't get the heated drying thing & accessories less painfully

Checking in dd has been diagnosed with sepsis and is so poorly my baby so instead of giving her her unicorn from aliexpress for Christmas, she is getting it now as she is being so brave my baby.

Can anyone tell me if the Velvetiser is likely to drop in price in the lead up to Christmas? I look longingly at one every year and I'm tempted to just bloody order the thing but would hate to order it and have it reduced in a few weeks.

I can remember from previous years, there was a bargainous Christmas jigsaw. I need one this year (minumum 500 pieces, preferable 1000) but hunting on Amazon I can't find that one anymore or a really good priced one this year, so if anyone knows of anything, would be very grateful of the heads up...
